I'm trying to add your app on my phone just to get a discount on corn and I can't get past registering my email. What is wrong with your app? Most reviews rate it as one or two stars like I did. Fire your app designer!! Update: I was finally able to add your app. Now I can't delete items added to my list after I manually delete them. The items I delete keep coming back. Please fix this glitch.

The shopping list is unusable. The app keeps automatically restoring items I've deleted. Also, from the screen where I clip coupons, there's no way to add coupon items to the list. How am I supposed to remember to purchase them?

On a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 running Android 9. The Lucky Supermarkets app on Android has been acting up for the last 2 months after upgrade versions installed. At first could not view the weekly ad then could not see the Rewards section. Keep trying to login to the app and app fails login. Now the login screen won't display. An older version of the app works on my old phone which is no longer used. Phoned the Lucky support and they can't help other then tell me to try other phone or website

I can not install this app, but I can install all other stores app as Safeway, Starbucks, etc. And the service support can not give me appropriate answers via phone calls, and emails, and web comments. My cell phone is met the system requirements. I have tried to install the app many times during over the year, it was not been improved. It waste me too much time.

This is very good for track your Lucky points and selecting reward, but best to select before going to store because it will sometimes take a while to process award. Coupons are a bit of a pain. You often have click the scissors button multiple times for it to show you have "clipped" the coupon. Would be nice if coupon removed when the limit of used times is maxed.

I wanted to use this app if it could help me enter the rewards number wirelessly at check out. I'm not sure whether it is intended to do that or not, but it's impossible to login to the app so it doesn't work. Impossible to see/manage reward points. It doesn't work. It just loops from screen to screen to screen and back where you started.

Downloaded the app to try to get the super coupons but I can't find the ones I need. When I tried to talk to the store employee, they said that the (nonexistent) coupon needs to be downloaded for the discount so they told me to go home to grab the paper coupon. What's the point of the app then? It doesn't make any sense. Definitely uninstalling this useless app and avoiding shopping at this chain.

EDIT: Found out by accident that if the login screen just "sits there" right after you try to login, close the app and open it again, and with any luck you will be on the app home screen! What a stupid app. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Suddenly, after years of working fine, I can't login. Password resets don't work. Biometrics (fingerprint) don't work. Get your act together, Lucky!

Worst store ever! They send you the weekly ad with a super coupon in it. But the only way to use it is to click it on the app. But there app is so flawed that once you click on the points section the page turn black. I have reinstalled the app multiple times with the same results. Customer service says they have no idea and even the store clerks say their app doesn't even work for them. I gave up with this store! I have decided to only shop at Safeway.

Glitchy. Big one is having to log in constantly to the app. Then having to restart the app to get the login to work. Then finding I'm logged back out oftentimes as I'm in the middle of shopping at the store. Since it has my lists and my coupons this is a pain. Due to the store not having connectivity I have problems saving while in store. Oftentimes they adds are repeating and asking me to clip multiple times. And I can't unclip ads I mistakenly clip.

Barcode scanner is a joke. NEVER works — not even once (works on every other app). Every time I tap a notification from this app, it opens the app and just says "No results for". It's bad enough that the app never shows the relevant coupon (or anything else) when tapping a notification, but Lucky can't even show a meaningful error message (I'd settle for a complete sentence)? Incredibly poor QA/QC. What on Earth are they thinking at Lucky?

The UI is AWFUL. I did a search for Oranges, I have to go through 193 products to get to actual oranges. The "filter" doesn't have a dept. option. I honestly don't shop at Luckys because the app is so useless and searching for products is a time suck due to not being able to filter by dept. within a search. Has your team even looked at other grocery store apps and seen how EASY they are to navigate? Keep up with technology and do better, this version is 💩

This is a poorly written app. Had a lot of trouble installing on Pixel 4. Put in login info and hit "continue" and nothing. No main screen, no error notice, no nothing. It just sits there and does looks back at you. Customer service was a waste of time. They just kept saying to reinstall and get off the phone. I finally found that a Terms & Conditions box was not checked when installed originally. I hope whoever designed this app is getting good grades in High School.

what did you do to this app? since the update, it's larger than my screen (Samsung note 8), and after I close it, it keeps sending error messages that the app has stopped. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, even rebooting my phone, but it still does the same thing. Please fix it. I can't recommend this app to anyone if it's going to act up. Even while I'm typing this, I'm getting error messages. 10/28/2021 The update has knocked me out of the app. Trying to log back in doesn't work.

Just when I got used to using the app they changed the layout. Older version had more options with points conversion and more offers. Looks like it's basically a turn your points into coupons app. The option to scan items was pretty useless for me. I didn't see an option to create a shopping list either. Looks like a few of the better parts of the app were taken away and we're left with the minimum function of coupons.

*edit I initially gave 3 stars trying to be generous but after looking through other comments I am changing to one star, and accurate representation of the experience using this app. I only use this app because I have too. Can be very slow and tends to glitch, especially when I am trying to clip coupons. I end up going to the website to clip coupons because it is so much more reliable. Please add a clip all feature!

Unintuitive process for finding and clipping digital coupons caused delays and purchase cancellations for multiple customers while I was shopping. Checkout was rude and dismissive but even they couldn't find the items with coupons per the shelf tags when searching the app despite the fact that both items were in my grocery list. A mistake like this should be a 10 second fix to correct. It took 5 minutes before they gave up and tried to move me to a different cashier. I left buying nothing.
