This app used to be really good, but it's getting worse these days.. All my transactions seem to be failing (cash pick up and bank transfer) and the reason stated is due to "technical difficulties". I end up having to go to the branch physically to solve the issue. It's almost impossible to chat with someone through the app.. I've been on the chat for almost 20 minutes and the person has only said one line so far..!! I used to recommend this app to friends, but no more..

Unfortunately very bad experience.. The staff were rude and behaved unprofessionally,, both East Riffa Branch n Riffa Lulu branch.. Very unhelpful and Uncooperative.. Dropped them immediately and switched to BFC.

Better rates in person. Also, once you register for the app, you'll receive spam emails. You can't unsubscribe in the email. You can't change notifications in the app ("coming soon"). You can't block it in your email app. I contacted them multiple times through chat to remove me from their email list, but they continue to spam me.

UNRELIABLE money transfer system. 3 out of 4 transfers failed and all of them ended up with the bank rejecting because Lulumoney can't get the proper methods to complete the transfer even when i was at their counter and they ensured everything was done correctly. Out of the 4 transfers the successful one went though when it was done over the counter which had a conversion rate that was higher than what was in the app. It seems like they don't want the customer to transfer at the lower rate.

I have been using their services for quite long but recently had very bad experience with their customer service especially with their automated bot questions and the agents who are assisting.

I dont recommend LULU exchange because several times they receive money from my local bank and app still waiting for money. After afew hours transaction is expired and they got my money already. This issue could stay for several days

Most of the times, it is cheaper to transfer from my own bank. The app charges a fixed amount of fees regardless of the amount you're trying to send. It may give a better rate for a transaction over €1000. Also too many steps to complete being a registered user. For my last 2 transactions, I got a communication error, and the transactions are pending without additional information. There is no option to send money in a different currency than the one used in that country i.e. send € to England.

If you want your money sent to your home country to be delayed then use this app, it takes 3 days to transfer money after a transaction is done on the app & that also after you speak to customer service & make complaint.

I think your customer service is not good I already tell my problem by mail but still my problem not resolved and when i want to talk to your customer care they also not resolving my problem and sone times they not answered Please if you have a good service please resolve my problem My problem is that i m not receiving any otp when i make a fund transfer from app

Unable to log in to the app from my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G, S22 5G, and S23 FE 5G. However, other older Samsung phones support this new version. The old version worked perfectly on the above-mentioned phones, but after updating to the new version "4.0.17.1," I'm facing an issue. When I enter my 4-digit PIN, after a few seconds, it returns to the main login page."

If you are sending small amount of money, they are very fast . But when you send a big amount, they will reflect in the app that it is already credited even if it is not. Then you have to follow up a lot of times and you have to be angry before they send it out. And they are passing the blame to your receiving bank. It happened to me once and to a friend of mine 3 times. And take note, we did our transfer personally in their branch.

I am in Pakistan and trying to open the lulu Money App but Failed many times. Really disappointed. I used Lulu app for online transfer money from my account but App is not getting opened here in Pakistan. This is something I couldn't believe due to which faced problems.

Quite a few number of timeouts. Need try every step multiple times for it to work, but it eventually succeeds, so the app is reliable.

The app is generally good, but adding a new beneficiary and sending money urgently after office hours is difficult. I faced multiple issues with this process. Although the app suggests calling customer support, I received no response when I called at night. During the day, they approved my beneficiary. This process should be automated to avoid reliance on human support. Implementing an OTP system via email or SMS would make the app more user-friendly and efficient.

Found "TapTapSend" is even better for remittance to Pakistan. Funds transfer to Pakistan is never instant unlike my experience with Al Ansari Ex. 2nd, the app has no full history of transactions, only past five, again Al Ansari exchange provides past 10 years history through their app. Cancellation of a remittance (in case app deducts twice due to error) is a hassle as even after confirmation of cancellation from their side by email a number of branch visits were required to get money back.

Most of the times transactions are not credited to the bank account on times, showing different errors. Then we've to contact the customer service many times to get it solved, they are promising that, they will call back us, but not happening, we have to follow up again and again.

Very disappointed, inconsistent, inconvenient and unreliable. Money transfer is taking so long, 3 days? Really? Even your customer service isn't responding and is difficult to contact. I guess it's time to shut down this app and close every branches. I would've given something lower than 1 star if possible.
