Great service. Customer service is kinda fast. The only problem is u can't do anything as far as send anything without having ether. That's the only down fall. Wish I would have known. I probably would not have used this app just for that reason.

To buy $100 USD (their minimum) of Doge you only get $87 USD worth. $13 fee for a $100 transaction? And they use Simplex if you want to buy with a debit card. Simplex are a group of jackasses. When you enter your birthdate, Instead of just typing it, they make you tap through every month all the way back to your birthday (idiocy). Then they ask for your billing address associated with your debit card but will not accept PO Boxes??? Even though that is the billing address! FAIL!

What's wrong with the app... My friend from us can purchase bitcoin through it... It's alway declining it payment method... Besides he uses apple pay and credit card.. but still yet it was declined... You guys need to improve your app.. or stand the chance of losing more investors

After a week of looking for my Bitcoin on the app and ignored in multiple emails to customer service. Still the app reflects a zero balance. I had to go online to access my Bitcoin. Which completely defeats the purpose of the non functioning app. I transfered my funds to another crypto wallet service and will not be looking back.

LUMI has essentially stolen my funds! One of my tokens disappeared completely and is inaccessible. My father has the same token and his also disappeared in the wallet. We added the Wallet back and it just shows $0. This is a major concern! I reached out to Lumi and they have not addressed the issue. Beware of this wallet.

I lost my password, tried every password I remembered, wasn't even asked the 12 characters word, wrote an email to Helpdesk, they never replied.... They don't help the user and that's really sad... After all we are the ones that make the app successful. If it was a wonderful app with 0 downloads they wouldn't earn a penny

DO NOT USE THIS WALLET. I had no choice because I needed a wallet for Shiba. For 700000 Shiba, they're fee to receive is up to $2.41. To send $2 worth of Shiba, their optimal fee is $22 and some change worth of eth. Since I'm a novice, I have no idea how to decrease that amount and even they suggest not messing around if you're a beginner. I also have no eth because I downloaded this primarily to store shiba.

Been having problems lately. For over a week the exchange screen won't respond to changing any of the currency types so I can't trade.... And now it says no connection even when on WiFi so it won't do anything..... come on lumi u have a good variety of crypto currencies just maintain your app and make sure its working

This is pretty cool. I couldn't find any other open-source multicurrency wallet and finally I found this by searching with the right keywords. Thank god there's an actual open-source wallet that also supports Dogecoin so I can use it for the funnies. Also has a dApp browser for ETH and EOS. It features an exchange and also fiat ramp that even supports my currency (Indian Rupees), which is a pretty rare thing to see. I wish this had lightning-network support too. Then this would be perfect.

To say the least, this is one of the best crypto wallet you can find for storing your Eth and ERC20 tokens in the Play Store. But that is not all! The support for this app is absolutely amazing!!! Emails that I sent I literally received a response within minutes! You can’t get any better than that! Thank you development team for making this app, you guys roccccccks ?

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I have up loaded a sum of money to allow me to feel safer while making transactions online with those that I dont know, however this app is absolutely useless since I am unable to withdraw funds that I currently have within the app to my bank app. This makes the money completely inaccessible which is appalling. Completely put off.

Really my own fault; this was an uninformed choice. I thought I would be able to buy and sell crypto with this app. However that is not the case. You can trade with other wallets, and exchange for other crypto, but you cannot sell for dollars, euros or any other fiat currency. If that's not a problem for you this app is OK. Fees seem a bit high as well, but otherwise this is a 3 star app. If you need to cash out, then it's useless.

It seems easy enough to use, but if you don't have etherium in the wallet, you can't do anything. You can't swap without ether. You can't even swap for ether without having ether to pay the fees. So essentially you can put coins into the wallet, and then can't do anything with them without paying enormous transfer fees to get some ether in the wallet to pay fees. I understand the fees are necessary, but how about taking them out of the transaction somehow? A percentage of the transaction?

Attempting to send BTC, get error "Something event wrong :(" I keep trying and keep getting this error. When I open the app, I get the error message "Loading failed Try again" If this does not get fixed I will lose a lot of money. Please fix this. Whether intentional or not, your app is holding my money hostage.

Even though maybe because of poor Network connection at the moment which I hope will improve that I was denied access to the address I needed, there's a great feeling of goodness, difference & dependability that I have up till now. I believe you deserve this rating or close to it even though network is telling me: 'Loading failed. Try again.' I use MTN & Airtel.

I've been using Lumi for nearly 3 years, I've never had a problem with anything I wanted to do... Only cons I would give is the limit amount of tokens available.. however majority of the most high rated cryptos are there... Other than that I would also say overall updated design to the platform needs some love..but most simple and useful... 5✨ from me most satisfied with the app Lumi 👍🏾P.S. DON'T BE TURNED OFF BECAUSE OF THE LOW NUMBER OF DOWNLOADS ‼️ IT'S GOOD 👍🏾😊 THANKS LUMI WALLET

Easy to use UI simple straight forward app does what it says in the most part. Lost a start because each time I go to buy it takes ages to go to the next stage. But overall pretty decent app especially for those who are not that experienced at this kind of thing.👍

No way to cover or exchange coin. You just get a 'something went wrong' message when you try. I've had coin in there for approx 3 years but there is no way to send, exchange or move. It's just permanently stuck. Messaged the 'help' page who send me a link to their faqs about cpu of which most of the links are dead and the one that is live doesn't have anyway to progress. Can't buy cpu to exchange. A mess really. Avoid and keep your coins in an alternative wallet if you want to access them again

Thanks guys. Almost thought I got scammed cause the BTC took a minute to go into my account but it's all good! Even gave me a transaction ID and was able to track the status on Blockchain. Fees are outrageous but for the convenience compared to other exchanges and their verification process it's somewhat worth it. Very quick and simple; a great relief after going through red tape from even the most reputable of exchanges such as Coinbase.

Nice looking app. You would probably get a 5 ☆ rating from me but your fees are too exorbitant. You want to charge me over $11 just to purchase $50 of bitcoin when there are many other good wallets that charge $3 or less to make the same purchase. On sorry but I can't see paying those huge fees when there are so many other excellent options available to me
