Changing my review to 2 stars. The only way i can use this app is if i uninstall it and reinstall it, but even still, it only works once before its frozen again. App functionality issues. Freezes more than a kids brain drinking a milkshake. The app freezes when opening the log in screen for me to enter my password. Once I'm logged in, and attempt to view my balance right away the app logs me out "due to inactivity". Then freezes sharing at the log in screen.

I thought the app was great until a few days ago. I changed phones and now I can't log in. I've tried resetting my password a dozen times and still can't access my account. I've tried calling and emailing support, only to be told someone will get back but no one has. I'm very frustrated because I nearly lost my car insurance. I can't move funds from my goal to my spend account. When this is resolved, if it gets resolved, I'll probably never use it again. #7087

Update: no longer 5 stars. I can't check my balance in the app. I've had my card connected to PayPal and have used it on there more times than I can count, but since yesterday morning, my card no longer shows up when trying to make a purchase through PayPal. I've deleted the card, added it back, and when it comes down to choosing the payment.method on PayPal, it disappears, PayPal isn't the only app it disappears in either so Idk what's going on but it's super inconvenient.

Worth managing another account to have the lyft direct card. I learned about driver perks I have been missing out on thanks to this banking app. At first I really didn't want to manage my main bank aact, my Uber Pro acct, and add lyft direct to my list, but overall the app is intuitive, easy to set up, and if anything has streamlined my payouts and help me sign up for perks I could have been using for over a year, but was unaware of. Glad I decided to give it a shot.

It is currently impossible to log in to the app and all support features require you to be able to log in. There aren't any options to contact support anywhere outside the app so if you can't log in (even after multiple password reset confirmations, uninstall-reinstalls, etc.) you're entirely on your own. I haven't been able to access my account a single time after creating it.

So easy to use! I love that the money goes in right away, it's nice to have it when you need it. The app is so easy, and earning rewards is effortless! The best part I love about the app is the feature where you can move money into a "goal account ". It's instant and helps separate your money so you don't accidentally spend it. **** The only negative is that the bank routing number and account number can't really be used for paying the bills that need a bank account. ****

It does great with payouts, but lately, it has had a major glitch with me being able to use my fingerprint to log in or to be able to lock my card. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app just to get the card locking feature to work. The last update didn't fix any problems at all because these problems started right before the update. It was a 5 star app before, but now I'm thinking about going back to weekly payouts because of all the issues it's been having, and the update didn't help.

Simplicity is bliss! Every transaction is posted real-time. Makes tax-time seamless. Tracking of expenditures, each and every one. Goals, savings, transfer of funds, paying business bills. This is the best tool, headache free, hands-down that I have used to date. Take advantage of the discounts associated with Lyft Direct as well. They got it right with this one!

What a great way to keep my Lyft payouts and driving expenses separate from personal finances! Lyft payouts occur as rides happen, making it easy to confirm I've been paid properly. The dedicated business debit card is useful for fuel and other rideshare and auto maintenance costs. In addition, the Goal account is a practical and easy way to save a percentage of earnings in preparation for paying taxes. An all-around useful and simple to use app.

I love love love, so very organized how it's set up. You get money back at certain places and you can choose to let it add up or cash it out to your original account for spending. I encountered only 1 problem with it charging twice at a merchandise place but before I can call it already had a message in the app explaining they already knew what was going on and how they are trying to resolve the problem which was resolved by the end of day. It's awesome. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, 5 STARS APP!!!

Was great. The latest update broke the app. Blocks you from using the app and asks for 3 authentication questions, but when you enter and save that info, it just pops up again, in a loop! You can't even use the app to contact support! Un/reinstalled, restarted phone, tried about a dozen times to break to loop, but it just keeps asking as it I haven't set them up yet. Now I'm literally blocked out of my cash. Seriously.

Can't access my account. Keeps telling me my username and or password aren't correct. I changed my password and I still can't login. After I changed the password I got an email telling me that if I still have problems to contact customer service in the app, but there isn't an option to do that. Very frustrated! It sure would be nice to access my account from a PC when the app doesn't work! (Update) I was finally able to login but now after the first login it crashes every time I try again.

So far it everything I expected it to be and more. Some cool features and easy if use is a huge plus. Wish the notification system was a bit more timely. I tend to get notified of purchases 20 min later so it's weird when I get a notification and I think it's someone trying to talk to me. No it's just lyft letting me know I bought a candy bar half an hour ago.

So far so good. The updates have made using the card easier. In the beginning it was rough expecting the card to work for purchases when it wouldn't at certain establishments. This would have been embarrasing if I hadn't had an alternate method of payment. All in all, it's great! I love the convenience of payouts, bonus of rewards, and benefits of savings.

Overall, I am very pleased! I would love to be able to deposit a check with this app by snapping a photo, and it would be great if the rewards were instantly deposited into my account (although they are instantly available) vs. having to "cash them out", but even without those features, the app is easy to use, and I love how I have my payments instantly available without having to incur a fee! UPDATE 03-11-22: when I move the slider to redeem my rewards, app crashes; Galaxy s20 Ultra; Android 12

The app is very useful for drivers. Makes for easy payouts after every trip, allows to transfer funds to bank accounts, and can set money aside in a "Goal" section. I would like to see the option of multiple goals with ability to name each (as this is my primary spending account). And maybe make it easier to transfer to/other cards and apps (PayPal, Venmo for example). Other than that, it's really easy to use and I love it.

I'm very happy with the app and the ease of use. Update 4 17 24. The fingerprint scanner stopped working many months ago. There is no option for me to check the box. It is getting aggravating that I have to put in the code every time I want to open the app, which times out quickly. Face recognition feature would be a great benefit. Having to put in your code each time you want to access the app can create frustration and aggravation when you only have minutes between trips?
