nice app, I am only giving 4 Stars not 5 becoz sometimes It's difficult to find the right exercise and it happens most of the time for calisthenics exercises 😅, but other wise it's gr8

its perefect tge way it is. Keep doing bug improvements, no major changes needed. At max, what it needs is to show the date you started the program so you can decide is it time to switch the program or not

The only app you'll need to track workouts period. The UI is fantastic and the free version has lots of great features in itself. Also the paid tier has lots of Analytics goodies so worth paying for!

one of the best apps. I tried too many good apps like fitbod jefit &.... but this one first of all it's free. It clearly divides the muscles into tiny sections. it includes almost all bodybuilding exercises. and you can customise your plan. even have a notes. although it's better that I mention it, I already have my plan and just set it on this.

Please add a dedicated scroll for the "Note" section in the workout section. It is very difficult to scroll the notes section. Please look into this matter. Otherwise it is a great app. Will give full 5 stars if the Note section is optimised.

This app is Amazing. Using it for years it's awesome. Exercises Programs Share with other users, simply awesome. 🔴 IMPORTANT 🔴 One thing i Don't like, Requesting the developer to improve it. I can't edit or delete any workout when i'm offline, and it's a problem. most of the time when i want to change some sets, reps or exercises when i'm offline in the gym i can't i have to wait till i go home and be online, and i forget most of the time. it's really frustrating please fix this issue.

This is my first workout tracker app and I've been using it for the past few months and it's a really good app! The exercise library does need to get cleaned up though, there's several exercises with the same name, some that logs incorrect muscles, and two of the same exercise but with a male or female model in the photo instead. Other than that, it's simple to use and has a lot of features that make tracking workouts much easier.

the app is really good, I'm able to track my progress and various metrics like 1 RM and my progressive overload. I'm to create custom workouts. the muscles hit in an exercise is based on what is configured in that routine, and with so many duplicate routines that feature seems a little flaky. otherwise the app is really good.

So far it's decent, but buggy. Wear OS integration is buggy on Pixel Watch 3. workouts won't close on it and remain open even when closed on the phone app. Workouts are not syncing to Fitbit through health connect. Star removed for each issue. If both features worked correctly, it would be a 5 star app.

This app is so good. I was looking for an app which has rpe and rep range but none of them other apps have this. I love that lyfta includes these advanced methods. I am using it by creating my custom program. I wish it had folders/group feature within a program so I can group weeks and it's days. Also having an option to add alternate exercises will be very helpful

the overall experience and UI is great but i wish it was more private like a record just for me. also it's very difficult to add friends, when I try to sync workout with my friend I can only invite him and that invitation is to download the app. although he follows me I'm still not able to add him as a friend.

PLEASE READ THIS EVERYONE THAT WANTS THE MOST ONNEST REVIEW!!! I PROMISE I'M NOT LYING!!! It is good, I like the app but for the paid version it is too expensive for me so I don't know everything yet. I have done some exploring in the app and it is very good for someone that wants to make their own workout and be able to see other people's workouts without using the paid version of the app. It helps alot with everything but doesn't have a diet to follow so that is the only downside for me.

Good for tracking the workout. But it would be better if it shows the exercise while performing it (needless to go to view exercise) . There should be a separate rest timer after the exercise is over and the next is about to begin. Right now when last set is finished, I've to follow same timer that is meant between sets . For time-based exercise, timer should start as soon as that exercise is started and should mark done when the timer resets . Right now , I've to go to screen multiple times.

I've tried a couple different fitness apps but this one easily beats them all. The user interface is intuitive and the catalog of workout plans and routines is super helpful. Most other apps only give you like one or two example routines. Lastly, every exercise I've included in my workouts so far has had explanation videos showing proper form.

So, the description I gave below is when I first started but I'm 5/6 days in now and this app is freaking awesome. They give suggestions, you pick what you want to do according to the muscle group you want to work and then they give you a moving picture of how to correctly do the exercise. Then on top of that, you get little rewards as you do more and more to encourage and inspire you. Awesome job Lyfta! Very easy to navigate and keep up with

This was a great way to get started on building a schedule and documenting progress! I tried many other apps and got a bit confused but this is the one that stuck with me and my favorite part is the mini video demonstrations to help understand the movements and muscle groups worked! I highly recommend this app :3

I LOVE this app!! I highly recommend to anyone that likes to keep a record or log of their progress. The free version even allows so much to keep recorded. It is amazing. The only reason I give it 4/5 is that I am unable to switch things from counted reps to timed sets. Some things I just prefer to do timed, and I can't log it that way.

Only day 1 so I'll edit if any of this is wrong. Currently using the free version and it's a lot more intelligently built than many of the other apps I've tried. You can build your own workouts or use preconfigured ones or ones from other members. Exercises that use dumbbells inherently have a x2 for the weight so you just list the db weight and it doubles it for total weight moved. Overall it's clean, effective, intuitive and NOT AGGRAVATING TO USE. Take notes Gym Strength app, you amateurs.

So far, this is the best app a novice like me could have! I have tried a few, but this one is extremely proficient. So many precise, fine-tuning options! I also appreciate that it isn't like a vulturous salesman like many of these apps tend to be. It sells itself. I plan on subscribing after my trial is up. My only gripe is the social media style homepage... I wish there was a way to collapse/hide it. This is an exercise app, lol.

I've tried countless workout apps trying to find something to create and log custom workout routines. Some apps had some good features, but none had everything I was looking for. Then I found Lyfta! Lyfoa let's you create countless workouts and routines, has a HUGE database of workouts (stretches included!) sorted by muscle group, and even allows you to adjust set type (normal, drop, L/R, etc.). My only gripe is that I don't see a summary of muscles worked, but I might just be missing it!
