Great app that helps makes work more easier,saves time as can just pay your bills from home..It would be great if can add another feature on to this app all the transactions history.(i.e deposit made and all withdrawals,payments to other suppliers, and transfer transactions etc) very much appreciated.

Tried updating app as it had stopped working but would fail on install after successfully downloading update on Play Store. App was working fine prior so very disappointing. Will update review and rating hopefully after they've fixed this bug. Update (04/07/22) Ive since managed to reinstall the app and have it updated and works awesome! So glad bug was fixed. Changed rating to 5 stars.

With the latest update, you cannot use the app with data from other network providers, they require you to have data in yr Voda Sim, how unfair practice is that. Why would anyone want to buy data from them when thy cannot provide coverage in prime Suva areas. & when you go to their centre to fully withdraw yr funds because you no longer wish to use this service, thy charge $3 withdrawal fees.

Good App but the e-ticketing redemption function is pointless and a waste of time. It serves no purpose - all it does is after we have topped up our transport card through mpaisa, we are required to go to a Vodafone outlet (not any 3rd party e-ticketing mpaisa agent) which is usually situated in a town or city, to redem the amount. It makes things more difficult which is the opposite to its primary function - practicality and efficiency. Please change this issue.

It's not the best app but it works, it looks like it was designed in the year 2010 but at least it's simple and functional as an app. Also Vodafone please update the app, cause I can't sign into my account, there is a loop that I can't seem to get passed in the login phase 💀

Honestly pathetic. I wanted to apply for mastercard however I'm stuck on the application process where it allows for selfie option. I didn't even want to upload a pic and was just seeing what the verification options were. But now I want to go back to the document options page to see rest of the options but it's not even going back and is stuck there. Top it off if you even want to upload the selfie it says something went wrong. Fix the app and do proper testing before rolling out the update!!

This app is really pathetic with the latest update..trying to login so many times..this message kept on popping up"we are unable to verify your devise and select mpaisa account data sim...already selected mpaisa account data sim...what else to do..it's really frustrating Vodafone...not good

Great app, only issue is having to redeem at nearest agent when you've done direct top up of bus card 🙄 why not train bus drivers to redeem cards in the bus, I know that option is available yet most drivers don't know how or simply won't do it. Making it more inconvenient, esp when e-ticketing agents aren't located anywhere near. 3 stars more than generous.

Updated the app on Wednesday (26/07) & I cannot login even after having data on my Vodafone sim. Every time I log in, I am redirected back to the sign in page where I have to re-do the whole sign in. It's a never-ending loop of signing in, but I don't actually get in the app. Visited the Vodafone Triangle branch and was told that the new update is flawed & your IT is trying to fix the issue. Please do better as most of us use QR pay amongst your other services to transact daily.

It's a great way to pay for services. The only problem I think is that this app lacks is a security feature that will require a code when we open the app. As of now, anyone with my unlocked phone can open the app and view my current balance and my transaction history. Hopefully the next update would bring a security feature. Would rate this app 5 star when this feature is available.

this recent update has made it worse, cannot even open the app. once I sign in it takes me back to sign in menu. I've also emailed Vodafone regarding this issue but no replies or help has ever given. thus, rating 1 star for the app. I am not able to do any transactions whatsoever.

Easy to use. Few times QR aren't able to be scanned for payments also app sometimes have problem and doesn't work for couple of hours. Overall app is a very good place to keep money and have savings eventhou there are no interest included if you leave your money longer for a certain amount of time. Just the fees to withdraw is kinda too much especially if there are people who uses the app for transactions and really don't have much income and Jobs.

I wanted to provide some feedback regarding the technical difficulties I have been experiencing with your app. Every time I try to open the app, I am greeted with a message stating that your team is working on fixing the issue. However, this has been going on for quite some time now and it is becoming frustrating. I understand that technical issues can arise, but it would be greatly appreciated if these issues could be resolved in a more timely manner.

Gradual reduction of important functions makes what was a useful app now a clunky and frankly dangerous app. Previously (when doing an mpaisa transfer) I could search names and click on the name to have the number update into the "number" field, then that feature stopped working. Now I can't even search for names. The address book is also not sorted so it's no use scrolling either. I can't copy and paste so now I have to enter the number manually. This means the best functional utility is gone.

Hi, overall excellent experience as I use it to pay bills, etc and it's very reliable and convenient. But, please please include BSP as your bank for direct transfer as most of us if not all use BSP nationwide and it'll be very helpful if we are included in MPaisa app so that in desperate times, we can transfer from our BSP bank to our mpaisa app to perform transactions. Hope it's done really soon. Thanks!
