This app can do better. One downside is delayed or total failure to fetch latest transaction updates. If only all updates can be realtime, it can be a great app

Safaricom never disappoints,just captured my imagination on that one...am very satisfied.... thanks safcom... The app should reflect all transactions in real time,that will be of great help while monitoring away from the business premises Am disappointed by the inability to generate statements and transactions failing to load on time

If you can't correct the issues highlighted here then customer reviews are useless. The app stays for several days without updating transactions.

it's pretty good, just that sometimes it goes off and difficult to use it then. It would be nice to have communication passed when the app is down .

I like the app because you are able to fetch data in a speedy way though it takes a longer time to update the recent transactions kindly check on this.

The app is very frustrating,no up to date statements,or some transactions never reflect. you can not depend on it for management of bussiness.

Recently the app hangs a lot, and at some point it crashes. Is it possible to have the same service accessible via the browser for accounts which are not cooperate . That's an option when the app fails

It's been 2 years since my previous comment. I check for updates everyday. I have the most recent version of the app. The missing transaction problem is actually worse. I only see transactions after 1 or 2 days. I no longer get old portal statements so heaven only knows which transactions are permanently missing from my side. The app is really slow especially when paying. For my supplier's peace of mind I just transfer cash to the old mpesa tool kit and transact from there

1. Very, very, very slow and reliably unreliable updating recent transactions. Unable to fetch recent transactions is a very common error message 2. Entering details for transactions is challenging to say the least due to poor auto correct programming. 3. In general Safaricom is absolutely stellar. Specifically Mpesa Business App transactions are embarrassingly poor. 4. Simply said this was substandard programming we got work Android apps 2007-2015 and should never reach the light of day today!

Nowdays your app has become too slow especially on login one has to try several times to login and also transactions are no longer real time. Also the USSD option no longer works you cannot input the operator ID hence cannot move beyond to transact any services

The app is real good but not very reliable when it comes to real time update on transportation. The total keeps on increasing but not messages for auditing. If this is sorted it will an excellent app.

Very frustrating app, always lagging, transactions always missing even after trying to export statement it does not work. The customer care is not useful at all they only advice you to uninstall then install but still the problem is the same Bure kabisa

Very unreliable. Not able to make any transaction and little to no support from Safaricom. Takes a long time to log into. Takes a very long time to reflect current balance. Not able to withdraw, send, or do anything with the money in the account.

The fact that I can't get real time transactions is so frustrating. Sometimes when you checking your total transactions transactions for 6 months it only shows 2 or 3 months. At times it takes forever to even make a transactions even with good Internet connection

Back in 8th July 2020, I left a review with a resounding 1 star rating because the app was not showing the real-time transactions nor balance simply because that was the lowest rating I was allowed to. Its now 21st June 2024 and the app still sucks. If I check my balance or a transaction it always says the balance is outdated, I only see my days transactions the following day and have to rely on checking a customers phone for confirmation or have a extra kabambe phone for messages. Pliz fix it!

It's a nice app since you can keep checking on the transactions. Though the transactions are not real time. Also, some transactions don't appear. Please rectify this. There some days you won't see any transactions , and some days, it shows network errors.

Half the time the app won't let you log in. The transactions have a long lag time before showing up on the app. When making a payment from the app, it's a 50/50 chance whether the app will show you the name of the intended recipient before sending. The line graph will sometimes reflect the correct totals but most of the times it's just an arbitrary number.
