App loads extremely slow and crashes frequently. Makes use very difficult on newer devices, and nearly impossible on older ones. Zooming into photos is not user friendly. Scrolling not ideal for mobile devices. Bidding screens almost completely cover descriptions, making for a poor bidding experience. Probably the worst auction style app I've ever used.

The app itself has a lot of bugs & I felt a little scammed. There are 2 fees added to each item that I didnt see on the website. Until you check out you wouldnt know about them. You might think it would be under FAQs but its not. Unless youre buying a big ticket item for cheap its not worth it. Plan to pay at least $5 in fees per item before you bid. After spending about $50 on various items I ended up paying $90 after fees. Pick up only available Mon-Fri for me.

The app was a little glitchy before but usable. Now the layout changed and it is harder to see items that match my keyword search and items on the home page don't show the warehouse they are in. This is a huge step backwards for how I used the app but maybe that is the point to get users to look around more. If that is the intent it is having the opposite effect on me and I am using the app less and therefore participating in less auctions.

App keeps crashing when searching for items. Goes to white screen than forces you to close the app & reopen. Crash occurs while you are typing in the search window. Reinstalling the App does not solve the issue. Update: 1/13/24 App crashing more often than before. I reinstalled it twice, and the problems continued. Once a white screen opens, you can not go back. You must close the app, clear cookies & reopen. It makes it very difficult to bid & buy anything.

Though buggy for some, the latest update to the app has been a great experience for me personally. The search results based on your location preferences has begun to work properly once again, and although the method to see whether or not items ship has changed it is easier to determine it's viability for your locations even faster now. Also the ability to click on your keyword searches from that tab to search them, and seeing how many items are available for that search is an awesome addition.

App is very easy to use. You can save items you want to bid on. Auction automatically adds 2 minutes to the ending bid time each time a bid is exceeded by someone if it's within the last 2 minutes. This prevents someone from "sniping" a bid at the last second. The only drawback is not being able to edit your email address. You have to add another account for each email address.

Crashes, but you aren't getting these deals any other way. The new version of the app is much improved. They added 5 minute notifications, categories, and a whole host of other things. They took away the location from the browsing photos, which is annoying if you're only willing to drive to certain warehouses depending on what the item is. The app crashes less, but still far to frequently.

Apps users beware!!! This company rips off its customers. 90% of the items are either broken, missing parts, and false advertised. They don't fully inspect the item at all. They charge $30 for a lame membership that gives you unlimited transfer but only 1 return a month unless you purchase a risk free insurance which ranges from $7 to $10 per item. And even though you see it what the pic shows. If the item looks nothing like the pic, you can't return unless you have insurance. No worth it!

I'm addicted!! Love the variety, prices & ease of the app. There are however a couple things I would like to see done. I'd love more variety added to last chance deals or at least another section added where we can buy outright a better variety of items {The bidding sometimes gives me anxiety}. Also I can't use the autofill option for payment within the app, it only allows me to do it online. Lastly I'd love the option to see auctions by location like you can online.

Learned to be careful and try to make it to inspect the item before you bid. Paying for insurance is a plus but keep paying 7 to 10 bucks and leaving the item behind adds up. At times the "Research product on line" isn't the item you are researching.. but ultimately you can save some money and get deals! My husband says I am out of control. But so is he!

Recently updated the app and removed functionality that is available on the website. You can no longer sort items and availability alerts get mixed in with other search results which makes it impossible to distinguish when items aren't actually what you were searching for. You can't sort items by price, current bid, or by auction end time. It makes using the app a chore.

They fix things then break them again... On Android they finally made a sort option so you could sort things like highest/lowest retail value etc. which was an amazing feature to not have to mindlessly scroll. Now... They removed it in the most recent update. They have duplicate auctions that are the same item... The countdown sometimes bugs out and randomly adds time even when no one else bids against you... Things that need to be fixed and addressed to be a better app. Has potential.

Shop by category/brand doesn't work. Nothing happens when tapped. In the settings tab category tap just returns the main page. See all link, nothing happens when tapped. Unclear if only turbo buy allows shipping or if any item is able to be shipped. Can't add key words for notifications. Continously loading symbol. PA , Oh, Tx, SC area specific.

Mostly Positive. You really cant beat the deals. 85% of the time,my experience has been positive. 15% of the time i got non working or damaged items. Early on, i got burned. I then started getting the assurance on what i buy, which can get costly if you buy multiple items. Bid at your own risk! The lines between OPEN BOX and LIKE NEW are blurred. I won bids on like new items that were damaged. If i didnt purchase the assurance, id be stuck, because everything is as is. Its a great concept tho.

Regularly lose deals because the 5 minute notification never works despite the app having full notification permissions. Search function is nearly useless and shows random items that aren't remotely related to what you're looking for. (I.e. I just searched for a Bestop Supertop for my Jeep since I lost a bid due to the notification problem and got hoverboards and bug zappers as results).

The app is good, but some things aren't quite great. Here are some issues: 1> Auctions that you've won disappear for a time between the auction's close and the time you are to go pick them up, and they don't show up in the "Closed" auction long enough. 2> It is sometimes difficult to tell if you have the currently high bid or not. The worst part is not the app, but the "Open Box" policy. It's not what any reasonable person would believe it is. They could hand you an empty box within policy.

Something happened to my app on my Samsung Note 20 Ultra phone. It won't let me search for anything. It says zero results. When I look for All items it says, "Sorry, we can't find any matches to your query" (even with no filters set from the main Top Deals page when I'm not even specifying anything to look for.) Maybe I bought too much stuff and broke it but Im thinking something happened to the app in this specific phone. It still works on my Samsung tablet.
