Great game but everytime I leave the game and come back all my coins and gems are gone. This has happened twice and it makes the game far less enjoyable. There as to be an easier way to get gems and coins AND KEEP THEM!

Enjoyed until the safe puzzle, as others have advised it doesn't work on the phone, you turn it to the correct symbols and it doesn't stop on them, you can do the first 2 (sometimes) but not possible to do the third so will have to uninstall as impassable

Very challenging but the hint or skip button should be easier to get then buying it. I understand that this may be the way to get revenue for your platform but all other hidden object games I've played allow you to earn hints.

Have played several games from this series and increasingly unplayable on phones - details in HOP games are too small to see and mini games just don't work. This time, can't even progress past the puppets as it's impossible to adjust some of the joints.

Great story lines and graphics in these games. I also appreciate the option to earn coins for hints, easier puzzles and additional content by watching ads. You can always pay for coins, too, which is quicker and easier, but it's possible to play the entire game free.

Great game, cute story and the puzzles are just hard enough. I did have a problem with the safe in the bonus chapter not wanting to work right but it was probably my phone not the game

I enjoyed the game however some of the games needed more explanation as well as more sensitive buttons. I had to check the walkthrough a couple of times to check if I was doing it right because nothing was happening when it should have. The story was enjoyable though!

Ok,so I started playing the game, then it glitched at the mask puzzle and didn't give me the mask so I couldn't move on.I deleted it and tried again-I thought it was all set but the ♡beat puzzle doesn't work now.It won't register the symbols on the dial.It's too bad cause I liked the game until this.I'm not gonna keep deleting and playing the same stuff over not knowing if it'll even work, especially not this far in and after watching so many ads.Is there something special you need to do there?

The game is good but it's impossible to create a Domini games account - how on earth do you do it? I just got error messages about password invalid or not existing, then I was blocked for 'unusual activity'. It's a terrible interface. Edit: support were really helpful, they need to fix the interface in the game though

Pretty enticing puzzles, the only problem was it always crashed during the completion of the lion and flag clock puzzle. I restarted the app and the same thing occured. I have the video evidence to show it. I gave it 2 stars because i won't be able to finish the game this way.

Great graphics and story! Its got all different kinds of fun puzzles. However, one issue i find is that i repeatedly noticed that i was trying to use an item for a particular task, but the game/screen kept responding that its the wrong item or not recognising it at all (and I have a phone with an annoyingly sensitive screen) so then I would have to use a hint, just to be told I was correct the whole time. But please don't let that stop you from giving this game a try :).

I really like your games, especially the storylines. But unfortunately this one has, like others I've played a mini game that doesn't work properly and this is unsolvable. There is, of course the free jewel one can use, and so far that's what kept me playing. But this pattern of having a buggy game kills all the good stuff. If you want players to buy jewels, it would be better not not offer a free one and instead make the game PLAYABLE! I already sent mails with screenshots to the support.

Absolutely lovely ! The graphics are gorgeous , the soundtrack is fantastic and as a result the game is very atmospheric. The puzzles are fairly easy but given that it's a fantasy-themed game that's a plus ! Minus 1 star because of the safe puzzle : it is way to sensitive ! This is a recurring problem with domini games. Playing a point and click game on a touch screen is different from playing one with a mouse . I'd rather you skip all special effects and do some thorough beta testing.

These games are pretty fun most of the time, but there's one thing that always makes me stop in the middle and uninstall... There is a safe in one and a door in another where you have to turn the central piece to various symbols... On the phone app, these just don't work. You can't stop on the symbol and have it stay there, it flips back to starting point. SOOOOO FRUSTRATING!!! I just end up giving up.

Horrible interface and instructions for puzzles but beautiful artwork and storyline. 1 star because the interface is so bad on this game I couldn't play it. There is one place you have to enter a combination lock and even though I had the right code I could not enter it. Instructions for another puzzle were incomplete. And any puzzle where you touch outside the box resets the whole thing. So incredibly stressful to play. Uninstalled.

I love your games and the style of them. What I can't stand is the puzzles that are intensely difficult. Trying to put in the safe combo is absurd. I know the code, but it is impossibly sensitive and will not go through, even with dozens and dozens of tries...the last part of the code will NOT take. Please stop letting things like this ruin your otherwise great games. It's no longer fun to play it's just maddening, and I'm deleting it. Super disappointed.
