This app used to be pretty great, but this last update definitely made it worse. I don't like that it's more difficult to select multiple emails to delete. Used to you only had to hold down the first one, then you could easily and quickly select the rest. Now you have to hold each one. There's other complaints, but that bothers me the most. Hope this makes it to the developers.

I have downgraded this app because there is NECESSARY FUNCTIONALITY MISSING FROM IT. As in, there is NO way to create a white list in this app, so many of my wanted emails are in the Spam folder and there is NO WAY to add them to a white "allowed" list as the help menu tells me. I can ONLY "see" the "contacts list" that it mentions when using the web version, but there is NO WAY TO EDIT IT ANYMORE. There's NO way to move a draft into a personal folder either. The selection of domains is neat.

Just created an account and installed the app. Seems to work okay so far. Would be nice if it had a few basic personal touches like color theme. But as long as it works that's the point. It does have ads. Some are low profile, they are at the bottom of the screen but some pop up in the middle of doing something. I'll update my rating after using it awhile. So far I like it better than Outlook.

Their web mail barely has any options and the app has even less...a whole four options! Has an ad on each folder view, plus whole page pop up ads. Reporting spam does nothing, as I've been doing so for years, yet the same number keep pouring still to this date. Also it seems many of the reviews are shills. Update: Spam reporting has been removed.

Can't send emails in app anymore! I compose them but then they disappear! They're not in my outbox or sent box, and they're not being received by the recipients. I even tried emailing myself, still not in outbox, sent box, or inbox. Nowhere to be found! I compose long emails for medical, court documents, etc. I can't even tell you how many hours I've spent rewriting things over and over because they just keep disappearing! Site seems to be okay from browser, but app is useless now! UNINSTALLED!

This app is absolute garbage. Loaded with ads. It's gotten worse recently as many of my emails won't open or are very slow to do so. Developer does not seem to be keeping up with pace of technology. the only reason I still use this is that I've had my same email address for over two decades at this point so kinda locked in unless I want a bunch of hassle. I've messaged developer and they don't respond.

After years of loving this app, it stopped loading my mail. 🤯😰😳 It has been a month, going on 2 months, with no mail. It was fine until January 30, 2019. That was the last day of mail. It is now February 24, 2019. Other than go to a clunky computer to check mail, I'm stuck in mud. It may not be the app at all. Could be something on my end, but.... my gmail works great with no issues, so does my Yahoo and Outlook.... 🤷🏽‍♀️ I use a Note 9+ since November 2018.

There is this Annoying Pop Up when selecting email to mark as spam, move, trash, etc. on the free version of this app. No matter how long I waited to see when the pop up will appear. It get extremely frusterating when I've selected so many emails and the only way getting out of it was to use the back button - that also DEselect the emails I was selecting for trash. I've been dealing with this for over a year now. This used to NOT be a "feature". For some reason I doubt this would change though

Generally functional but glitchy. Ads recently became full audio and mandatory to listen for several seconds. I'll be looking for another app that's less intrusive. Yesterday I sent an email and while I received an email from the server of the addressee, no copy or record of the sent email was retained by the app. Thre's no message or even evidence that I sent it. I've been using various email apps to send emails for years. I've never had a message disappear. This is the worst!

UPDATE: DELETED WITH PRIVACY CONCERNS. The new update doesn't need to know my exact location for email. Yet the privacy settings are not clear if you agree to the invasion or reject. Other privacy settings are also suspicious. Not quite as great as it used to be. It used to go straight to the inbox and was ready to go. Now I have to wait 5 to 10 seconds to do anything while looking at a message telling me to wait. Not cool. Otherwise still a solid and stable app.

It's important to know what you're getting with the free version: choice of clever domain names, filters, folders, etc. Setting these up requires using the web interface, which IMHO, is confusing in its complexity. The Android app is simple and easy to use. What you don't get is the ability to use IMAP or email forwarding with other email services, or applications like Thunderbird. Just so you know...

I've been using this app for 3 years, and liked it. Within the last year the persistence of ads started becoming annoying, but recently it has become unbearable! I'm ready to uninstall it unless the developers read this and notch the ad placement back a couple of notches. I have had more and more times where my inbox view has an ad between each mail! I was planning to attach a screenshot showing it, but the review format doesn't allow attachments. Every other listing was literally an ad!! Booo!

It's ok, ads are intrusive but expected, though the functionality of the app is less than favorable. It remembers the account assigned to it, but the higher functionality of the mail client isn't UI friendly on the mobile version (which is what I can afford). That's okay. It's the version I chose. I'll uninstall the app or wait for an update. It saves a few clicks and the mail client itself managed to make keeping an email that wasn't security locked to the gills possible. Eh.

First let me say that the app itself functions properly and without any issues. Lately though I'm having problems "registering" for websites. I've learned that this email service has been blocked by some as being a distributor of spam. I don't understand this, and it's not something that happens frequently (blocking the email provider) but be aware. That's the reason for 4 stars.

i dropped it two stars because now you can't store email addresses without giving up your contacts. if you don't use your contacts you have to manually put in n email address when sending mail. this is a big hassle for me. Simple to use and not over packed with useless bling. This app has just enough features to get the job done and doesn't stuff it with features that bog an app down.

I've been using the app for years. Lately I can't get time sensitive emails in a timely manner. The inbox just won't update. I can only see emails from the "last 7 days" which doesn't include the last 24-48 his even though it says it just synced. This has been going on for a couple of months now. By the time I get password reset emails they have expired. Not cool.

It's a very good online email and the app is very handy. 04-21-2022 After the last update I started having problem. 1. After opening the app about 1/4-1/3 of the time the app will automatically close. This is new problem. I've been using the app since 2013. 2. If I delete multiple emails at one time, it gives the message "Messages are deleted", but still showing on the screen with an X in the delete box. I have to exit app to clear the delete emails. There is more, but I've reached limit.

I recently switched to Android from the other phone manufacturer and their version of the app for that device doesn't have constant pop up ads like this one does. Unfortunately the pop ups are roughly every 20 seconds making the app completely unusable. I really didn't want to but I guess I will have to change my email over to something else.

I am just getting the run around and being ripped off. I've paid for 3 different packages that each include a certain amount of "Everlasting" photos plus ones that u lose once ur subscription ends, but as soon as my subscription ended, I lost access to every single photo, and now they're trying to tell me they don't see the 3 timed iv paid them!!!! what a scam! and now they have all my personal info! beware of this app and spend ur money somewhere else that u can trust

EDIT: The help desk advised me to uninstall the app through the Play Store and reinstall. I did that, and the app works like normal. Took about a day to receive the email from the help desk. The app isn't working properly. I select an email, and it tries to open it but does not show the contents of the email. As of now, the app is useless. I've deleted the cache, I've un-installed the app and reinstalled it and the problem still exists.
