System is full of great features, very fast platform, only thing is that user cannot upload their own data, they have to do it for you. Another thing is the Time Entries Reporting, figures do not tally Work Orders with a 0.01 difference!

Great app. However they lost it when they charge $450 per user, lol. They lost our entire team. Should have a realistic subscription fee or else rely on advertising. Hard to swallow such an extreme cost for your whole team.

Absolute garbage, app is always loading never uploads pictures when I need to and I'm always having to restart app to make work orders.

If your a solo business owner or business owner with a few employees, GET THIS APP its GREAT for making work orders and organizing what you need to get done. It was hard to find an app that could just do the work orders since I have an invoicing app already HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I'm linking Facebook messenger by copy link. The going to recipient to create comments about days work detail. I am also commenting in faceboom messenger on the opened copylink under recipients name. It's for service people serving eachother with all options safe future pervention & preservation for unforseen traffic or unseen complications

This application performs amazingly where the design, construction and running is fairly sophisticated,but users won't pick up on that given the ease a fluid operation with features responding like being in private cloud functionality for broad scope of uses from a yard sale on saturday to a fortune 500 company on Monday.Have used similar apps and programs for dispatcher to field work since 2000 by a couple different main stream telecoms this application performs as they should have.

The construction business i work for A Quality Plus in Houston uses this. We used to use paper workorders but keeping organised was difficult. With Maintainx it has now turned us into a more organised and well oiled machine. We can now bill customers and prepare for jobs in real time as well as staying organised with lock codes, paint codes, etc to customers we maintain on a consistent basis. Overall Maintainx has improved our company dramatically within the last year.

It's a great app for making work orders and then keeping track of them. The only down side is at the lower levels of access you can not see any other work orders but your own, so there could be several pending work orders for the same thing.

I only use it between myself and one other person. And it does more than enough. He premium version only gives you more responsibility curing events. Who cares? Just do your job. This is more for maintenance tickets that aren't as daily. Although if you pay for premium. You could use it as a paid Microsoft excell spreadsheet list. Lol overall the best app for maintaining a building that is free I've ever seen.

As an overworked Plant Engineer keeping up with all the paper is impossible! I would spot check work orders once a month. I have tried a dozen CMMS programs over the past 3 years and all were impossible to implement. After trying MaintainX and talking to Nick and his team I've found a package that is perfect for my team. It's simple, powerful, very flexible and they are adding new features weekly. Now real time work order status and communication keeps my team focused!! Try it, you'll like it!

So I don't use this to it's full potential, but it's perfect for recording and making procedures for my small bath bomb and soap shop. I like how I can make the procedures on my phone and add pictures as I go. It'll also be useful as I expand, because it tracks inventory and work orders as well. It seems useful if I ever expand to the point of having employees so you can coordinate with multiple people to get orders completed.

I have tried close to 90 something work order management apps, this one hands down beats all of them. It's easy to use, covers everything, awesome layout, clean UI. Customer for life Feb, 17, 2021 Still loving this app each update it just gets better, the only suggestion I have is please consider making a downloadable version for windows, the web version is great, but in the field my laptop doesn't always have a wifi connection an my phone runs the app great but it's hard to type on sometimes

I work in commercial property management and this app keeps me organized. Everything from preventative maintenance schedules to one-time repairs can easily be tracked. The ability to quickly add images and other documents makes it easy to go back and reference jobs. I also like that I can assign my items to another manager when I am on vacation.

I have loved using this app for work! It's super helpful to see what needs to be done each shift as well as what we may need to prep for the next couple days. It's super organized and shows everything in a calendar style which is SUPER helpful!! It also gives you reminders about when things are overdue! Highly recommend for any business.

I use this app for 2 different nonprofits & for my own house and property. I wish I was high enough in the management chain to make it the app that we use at my day job, because it is so solid, so dependable & so easy to use! MaintainX is the best of its kind! I've been using software and apps to manage tasks, projects and calendars for well over 20 years & I've never found a system nearly as good as MaintainX, & I'm only using a free account. I can't imagine how much I'd like the full version!

I mainly use it to add pictures to parts in the parts inventory. It's not bad for that. However it does crash occasionally. It also saves every picture you take twice. It saves a full size and a scaled down thumbnail. I assume this is for offline mode but I have offline turned off. The way the photos are saved they cannot be deleted in the app or by clearing cache. They must be manually deleted with a third party app. This takes up a large amount of space and slows down your device.
