I can't verify my picture ID. So they they said i couldn't have a account with them after i gave them my social security number, and all my info. It's not my fault that it wont work. I asked how to close it, cause i want my deleted, they told me to contact help support, and i did and nothing. I really would of gave them no star's, but i had to in order to write this.

Use to be a great app for me but recently they couldn't fix some bug issues affecting the apps forcing the app to logout customers and unable to log in again. Even customer services and their tech teams can't fix it. Am opting out..

After I was sent an email saying I needed to scan my ID, i was told that email was never sent. Which I have proof if was sent, When I asked what information they had for denying my account they would hang up on me and not give me a reason as to why. After calling a few more times my number would automatically be hung up on.. Terrible Customer service, 0 Stars if I could

This app is ridiculous!! There is absolutely no communication with anyone relating to customer service at all. These three bubbles are at the top of the screen with three different 'apparent ' customer service people with a statement that reads will get back to you in 2 hours. I had reservation at a hotel booked and canceled the same day within 30mins minutes. I'm sorry booked canceled a d refunded all within a 25mon time frame. Majoruty has been holding this payment,and three other return paym

I downloaded the app, got approved, tried to fund it and the app said there was a problem and to contact support. I have money in my bank. There should be no issue. So I contact support and they tell me that I can't find it using a bank account. Ummm.... What?? It clearly has the option in the app and my friend was able to find hers. I've been trying to get them to fix it for almost a week now. Let's see if they fix it after this review. SMH. I'll gladly change my rating if it's fixed today.

Thieves!! Majority closed my account without explanation and without notice--no letter, no phone call--and attempted to steal the $1,500 in my account. I needed to jump through hoops and endure their terrible customer support which do not seem to have any knowledge in order to get my money back. Watch out, or they may take your money, too! I've seen that others are having their accounts robbed, as well. The promises of the service are great, but the company seems either innept or malicious..

This stupid app debited my bank account without actually loading my funds for transfer like it was supposed to. Customer service was very slow to respond, and gave no helpful explaination when I did manage to contact a rep. I made it clear to her that this was a time-sensitive emergency issue, she just texted me back to casually announce that my money wouldn't be returned for "3-5 business days" -- over a holiday weekend, no less!

Poor services, workers are not properly trained of what the company is capable of doing or not, I received mail that my $300 has been refunded, until now money has not been credited to my account. Headaches, why do you need to make transfer of money first from your bank to majority account before services. I used WorldRemit and sendwave without any need to contact their customer services for refund or any help. It could be a great app if there is better management of services and customers.

This is the worst app I've ever used to send money. I sent some money for an emergency to family member and they promised the money will be received in 24hrs it's been 2 weeks and they still haven't delivered the money. They have the worst customer service too plus I requested a cancellation and a refund of course because it's taking way too long they still haven't gotten back to me or refunded me my money please don't ever use the app or their services they're a scam

I've never been able to even use my card. It came in the mail weeks ago but whenever I try to open the app it has me put in my phone number and then says "if you keep having trouble contact support" and then goes back to the splash screen. Worthless

Majority will take money from your external accounts even after you have unlinked them and cancelled your membership. I cancelled my membership several days before the renewal date and i unlinked my external bank account and they still took $5 from my external bank account. It may only be $5 but they had no right to take it and i will be disputing the charge through my bank (that charges NO monthly fees).

This is the worst bank that could have possibly opened. So many things wrong with this app and the bank itself. I thought that using this bank for my personal use( play money) would be great. But i was totally wrong. First the app is not great.There was an incident with me trying to check my balance and I couldnt access my account. Trying to call or email is impossible. Email it takes them 2 days to get back 2 you. Go with a reputable Bank.

It looks good it's well put together but it does not recognize or accept state identification cards it only accepts passports as well as driver's license. Which is a huge downfall for people that do not have driver's license because they don't have a car they only have a state identification card.

Effective, efficient, reliable and fast service provider. They keep you informed of your transaction. Their service is superb with zero service fee and still sometimes pay additional percentage on your transaction to make them more competitive and have advantages over other. They charge $5 monthly fee but make provision for one to gain much more than the $5 monthly fee.

Straight no BS app and program with incredible user interface!! Besides the "banking" bundle which I currently don't have a need for, it is bar none, one of the best per minute offers to call Nigeria where majority of the phone numbers are Cell anyway! So having same great price for Cell and landline is a big WIN. Still a lot of periodic call drops! Guess the App owners have little to control in network stability! $5 monthly fee is ok and worth it!

Bad customer service experience. If a customer calls for concern or enquiry, it is rude for any of your Agents to hang up the call. The customer should be the one to end the call. Train your Agents. Bad customer service

Worst app ever..... They have no phone number to reach anyone at, when you call it literally takes you through a couple options then it hangs up on you so you have to message through the app and their representatives... lets just say they are complicated And they are false advertising when they say your money is FDIC insured
