How to Activate Your Mandiri Mobile Token App:
1. Click “Activate” in the Mobile Token App
2. Read and Agree the Mobile Token’s Terms and Conditions
3. Log into MCM/MCM Lite account in the MCM 2.0 website
4. Open the Mobile Token Activation menu
5. Input Your phone number to request OTP and click “Request OTP”.
6. Input OTP into the website and click "Activate".
7. Scan QR Code from the website
8. Input Verification Code from the website into the Mobile Token App
9. Click “OK” to confirm the Verification Code
10. Input Registration Code into the website
11. Click “Next” to complete the activation process in the website
12. Click “Next” in the application
13. Create and confirm Your PIN Code to complete the activation process in the App
14. Click "OK" to use the Mobile Token.

Aplikasi belum siap, tapi dipaksakan, harus 2 device (laptop dan Smartphone), sinyal harus kuat, dan setiap kali transaksi harus uninstall dan install ulang yang di smartphone, baru bisa baca barcode. Perbaiki dulu sistemnya, baru bisa promo ke K/L untuk mekanisme cashless

Scannya SUPER LAMA, scannernya muter² aja terus!!! Setelah berhasil, masa berlaku SANGAT PENDEK, CUMA 30 detik!!! MCM ini nyusahin nasabah saja!!! Mending pake token konvensional.

Tidak support Pixel 7 Pro sangat aneh sekali HP Android asli malah ga support. Masih banyak bug dan ribet makenya.

Capek banget pake MCM, scan super lama malah bikin ribet. Masih mending pakai hard token kemana mana. Kenapa nasabah harus dialihin semua ke soft token kalo belum siap gini sistemnya.

1 kata : RIBET!! Butuh 2 device bt approve 1 transaksi! sangat ga convenient apalagi kalau lagi keluar negeri Login sana sini mpe bingung.. knp ga pake google authenticator aja? 🤦🤦🤦

1 mobile token untuk banyak company ID. Luar biasa keren sekali. Jadi praktis tidak perlu bawa banyak hard token lagi.

Ribet sekali, tiap transaksi harus scan barcode, jadi butuh 2 device. Tlg dibuat lebih praktis & user friendly.
