it doesn't ring all the time to my app. sometimes it doesn't ring at all to my app and whenever I do talk on it through my app people say they can't hear me

unreliable app. calls keep ringing even after someone answers at the office. doesn't show most up to date history even after refreshing it multiple times. many other issues to list

Major glitches and repeat crashing, and failure for the app to load in the past 2 weeks (Aug 2020/Sept 2020.) Can't even get into the app to send report to developers. I need this app for work.

People can't hear me when I'm calling them on the phone app, and when I answer on the phone app they can't hear me either. So the Android app is a mess. The desk phone service is stellar though, no complaints there.

When I make calls out or receive calls through the app, people can't hear me. I've changed the settings and permissions without luck. the only good thing about the app is seeing who you got missed calls from. which isn't helpful

New app is worse than the old one. I NEVER get calls to my phone app anymore, only on the PC app. The texting feature lets me view texts, but the send button does absolutely nothing at all. Except on PC. Everything works properly on PC. But the point of having an app is for it to be useful, right? I also stopped getting notifications entirely. The old app (orange icon) actually worked! How can you have gotten worse over time? What bug fixes are you working on? No improvement AT ALL in months.

This app is very poorly designed. It crashes frequently, fails to put calls through, and has no useful options or settings. There is no way to receive notifications if someone leaves a voicemail on an emergency line. In fact, the only notification this app gives is when you place a call. It actually interrupts the call to notify you that Mango is making a call. Sadly, after talking to support it seems Mango has no interest in making improvements to this app.

Notifications fail to be sent most of the time. As a startup dental office who isn't physically in the office for half of the time, I rely on the phone app to make sure I'm getting my calls and texts. Missing communications with patients and potential patients has lead to a lot of frustration and wasted money. I am likely going to be switching to a different service.
