The app is great! I love all the comics and it has a wide variety to choose from. I have the subscription and it's a nice way to kill time. My only issue, and why I gave it 3 stars, is that ever since the 1/25 update my app loads extremely slowly. Before the update, I'd start the app and immediately be at the main menu, after the update I have to wait half an hour to even choose a comic to read if I'm lucky. I've re-installed several times already too...

I have no issues with using this app to read comics. It's simple and straightforward. The filter button to filter genres is at the upper right. There's no way to comment or rate comics besides thumbs up or thumbs down (and I'm fine with that). I am subscribed to the Manta Unlimited and I really enjoy having access to everything without having to think about it. If you contact them about the occasional typos, they do fix them quickly! But errors besides that...

So, The app is great itself. and I love it! There's no interrupting ads while your reading the stories, And The stories are actually very interesting. But, There is one problem for me. It keeps glitching the screen for me. For example. I was reading a story and then I didn't have connection. But my internet is perfectly fine. Please consider fixing this!

One price gets you access to every comic on the app. The subscription used to give you access to everything, including comics and novels, but now it's just comics. Now the novels have moved to gem-based access. Wish that hadn't changed but not too bad otherwise, especially since you don't have to pay for coins to unlock comic chapters. Will definitely continue my subscription unless it turns into a money grab.

I found this a good webcomic app. I loved the stories. The only things I have a issue with was that you have to pay to read the last 5 or so episodes. This really sucks for those who can't pay, like me. Another thing is the daily thing. I wish it had a set time. W/out a set time, there are days it becomes to late to read w/out me having to read it really late the next day. Maybe I'm just picky

Excellent comic book app! The only downside is having to wait 24 hours to read a new chapter in some of the comics. Overall the prices for the premium account are very cheap! Other apps want to charge so much. This app can be used completely free or you can pay a small price for full "no wait times" access. Love it!

Amazing stories! The only downside is that the subscription policy changed TWICE in less than a year. The first change was a $1 increase to all new user subscriptions that didn't affect me, which was cool. It just changed AGAIN, and now, if you don't pay the $4.99 a month, you can't access the 10 most recent chapters. This isn't like Webtoon where you pay to read ahead. This is a price change on current chapters just get that extra $1 out of long time users.

I paid for the yearly subscription, which was worth it in my opinion, and saves me money on the long run. However, I'm very disappointed that as a subscriber who paid $60 for that subscription, I don't have access to the novels. It's ridiculous to pay for a subscription and content is still locked behind a pay wall. Very disappointing.

It's very affordable & I love that you don't have to pay per episode. Instead you pay a reasonable monthly fee that's very affordable. I like many of the Mangas on this app very much! However the app tends to get glitchy from time to time, doesn't always run smoothly. I wish there was a way to contact someone through the app & report when the app is glitching out. I even uninstalled the app & reinstalled it & it is still glitching on me, which ends up giving me a headache when it does mess up!

Would be five star but the downloading feature so you can read offline is really bad. Often fails (tried on multiple wifi and multiple devices) and when it does work, it creates what I can only describe as a studdering effect when going through the comic - it will stick to a frame and then when you try and scroll down will come back to that frame or go to what seems to be the next one which for the devices I've tried - means missing content as a frame is typically larger than the phone screen.

Haven't had many problems (as a free pass user, haven't had the funds for a subscription yet) but lately I've noticed that when I try reading a chapter, the scrolling is very clunky instead of smooth and seamless like it used to be (I have the latest update and considering I restarted my phone earlier and the issue persists I know it's not my phone.) Edit: Thank you for that very much needed update to get rid of the scroll lag.

I've been using this app for almost a year now and I love it, the monthly fee is sooo much cheaper than paying per episode like some webtoon apps! I wish more apps did this, I'd rather pay a monthly subscription and read as much as I want than spend a fortune on buying every episode, that adds up fast! Everything about the app is great too it saves your spot if you can't finish a chapter and gives you great recommendations based on what you like. I've recommended this app to several friends too

I love this app a lot. It has amazing stories with well written characters, and it can keep you entertained and engaged for hours. I have the subscription too, and I can say it's honestly worth it. However, recently, it hasn't been loading at all. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling many times, and it hasnt worked. I dont know if it's just me or not, but please fix this🙏

The app is definitely nice to use and I really like the comics on here. The premium version is better. However, I should have done my research before subscribing. I bought a year subscription partially to read the novels. That actually isn't included in the premium plan that I paid for. Hey, lesson learned. I won't be renewing my subscription for obvious reasons.

I have had Manta for a while. Since I first found out about Under the Oak Tree years ago. I have the subscription as well. I absolutely love being able to read the stories that are available in this app! The only problem I have had is with my own patience after burning through the many, many amazing stories I have been able to find and have the wonderful experience and opportunity to read. 5 STARS! I ALWAYS RECOMMEND!!!!

While I love using this app, the process can be extremely frustrating at times. A lot of times, I have to swipe repeatedly because the app won't read my finger and books as well as chapters take a ridiculously long time to load once pressed. I keep my phone clean and my nails short, so the problem isn't on my end. This app needs to be worked on. It shouldn't run so slow, especially when there are people (myself included) who pay a subscription.

I have the subscription, and it really is worth it for the price. I love that it saves your spot, and when you rate a story, it recommends others based on your reading preferences. Being able to download episodes is really nice for when I'm on a road trip or just won't have a great internet connection for a while. They make it really easy to see new & returning stories as well as setting notifications for when they are released! However,since the app updated, the edges of the panels are cut off.
