This app is a joke Been trying to connect my Instagram and it just doesn't work. Slow and doesn't get the work done. Do better please!

The app doesn't update real time. Messages don't appear in the inbox right away when people message the page. I have to close the app and open again to see new messages. When a new message arrived, it just inserts anywhere in the inbox, no sequence. Images not supported. I just use this to pause automation (Literally). I use facebook pages to reply. But now, manychat always crashes. Not working anymore. Thinking of uninstalling.

First of all thank you a lot for publishing Android version. It is the first version so it's normal that there's things to improve. I would like to leave a note which things are missing or not working well. 1- the conversations not updated very well, sometimes you need to close app completely and reopen again to update the conversation. 2- not possible to send the flows manually which is very important.

I signed up and linked my Facebook account, I then downloaded the app and went to sign and and it directs me to a blank page

It's a useful app but I don't appreciate that the feature of Automated DM through comments on IG was free and part of the app, and without warning it was changed into a $15 subscription to use it. Disappointing :(

Error message cannot log in on the mobile app because of the embedded browser in Many Chat. Will change rating when I get logged in. I'm logged in on desktop but when I go to activate my Facebook it says I have to be on the mobile. I'm on my phone and it refuses to let me in.

The app doesn't work at all. It best you use this on your laptop or desktop . Signed a very dissatisfied user ☹️

I set up my account on desktop. The app wants me to log in via Facebook, but then it says not allowed to use an embedded page.

It is not a well developed app. There are inconsistencies even when setting up the account and establishing group members. If this reflects the design/programming of the features, it will be a bad experience for my team.

Very weak app. Doesn't include note functions, extremely slow loading, cannot mark messages as unread, text box doesn't automatically capitalise, emoji responses don't show up, cannot edit or delete messages, cannot reply. Tried messaging support by all these things and they just tell you to submit it as a feature request so that people can vote on it...silly way to deal with pretty logical feedback/issues

Can't even log in to my account. I want to log in with facebook, but it keeps direct me to an embedded page, and the notification tells me that I'm not allowed to log in on the embedded page. Wired.

HORRIBLE APP - The app doesn't work when linking Facebook. The page just stops working. They have fixed that bug but there is a new bug when you try to connect Instagram again, it just keeps saying you're not connected when I can see Instagram on the app. Useless piece of junk. Devs need to change career.

The experience is good, fast to reply to the conversations and stay top on messages. In the android app An area of improvement would be in the live chats the leads are only filtered by closed and open, if the closed leads can be filtered by tag attached that would be a game changer to increase follow up efficiency Let me know if that is in the development phase and I can recommend this to others

It's quite good and seamless. I would have given 4 star if your trial was not limited to certain features eg, sending bulk message/ template messaging. You could have set at least 200 messages/ outbound on trial. Your help center doesn't consider some small issues, one has to struggle to navigate through. Lastly, I am struggling to add other team members despite having sent invite link and them having sighed up to Manychat. The system only added one team member. Quite frustrating.

Fantastic app but stopped working. Since fb business page doesn't send notifications for customer messages, I needed to find an outside app that would give me notify me. Unfortunately after the last release (I think it was the last one) it stopped working even after signing out and reinstalling. Luckily the desktop version still works though. Hopefully this bug can be fixed soon.

Trying to use with IG but the app keeps making me connect through FB. Which is fine, but then it asks me to switch accounts to continue and when I click the "connect" button it takes me to a new screen saying I've previously logged in with FB and makes me hit a "continue as me" button. I do, and then it repeats this same screen a second time. So I click "connect as me" again. And then it routes me to a blank page. Every. Stinking. Time. Too bad. Looks like a great app.
