Great app for managing your sales territory! Only thing lacking is a monthly calendar to schedule customer visits but otherwise a great help!

Hands down the most time consuming app I've ever used. And can't get help over the phone to save my life. Stuck in field again not being productive because my app is down AGAIN!!

This app is absolutely terrible. The functionality with android is non existent. Continuously locked into a 25 mile radius. After that it just gets worse. This is the worst cms I have ever used

WILL NOT CANCEL AFTER REQUESTED. I had emailed and asked to have this service to be canceled before the l renewal date back in July. Well, they charged me. After emailing support and being told that would get refund, not only they failed to refund me for July but they CHARGED ME AGAIN for the month of August. Horrible support. I will be contacting my bank to charge them back for those 2 payments.

This app has allowed me to manage over 2,000 accounts across the Countey. I can set my routes, enter notes, follow up, and much more. They are always thinking ahead with good updates and customer service response promptly. Thank you!

App worked ok. Requested cancellation, received email reply from support acknowledging my request, but was charged upon the next bill cycle. Only method to cancel is email. Of course when I signed up, they were very available via telephone. Buyer beware.

So far I have been very impressed with the service. Uploading a Excel contact list was a breeze and a Time saver. Being able to map out my day to ensure I get home on time all while maxing out customers and saving fuel is amazing.

Map My Customers save me HOURS of time by allowing me to get to job sites I need to get to in record time. I can visit more sites than ever in a day, by simply mapping them out. Then I can edit right from the app. Since the new Apollo platform it is more robust but just as easy to use.

Great software and service!! We have used MMC for pest control service since 2016 and couldn't be more pleased with the results. It has completely streamlined nearly every aspect of our customer interaction. We get management, route planning, and everything we need from MMC. There have been very few issues with the software but even then MMC has been quick to reply and fix any problems that we have, even the ones that are our fault. Thanks MMC!

This has been a great app that helps me organize my customers on a map so I can plan my travel. It's really easy to use and gives me a single place for all my customer data that I can update easily when I'm on the road. I connected it to my hubspot so everything flows through to marketing. It's been a huge help and I highly recommend.

still trying out. but it is a serious disadvantage that I can not add contacts by Google. I would like an option to add a contact to be as easy as typing in "store xyz" and not have to manually enter addresses. it's making it very time consuming to try this out.

Have tried using several other lead tracker apps in the past, have even tried leaving Map My Customer but always come back, it just can't be beat, I love how easy it to enter data via the website and instantly have access to it via the app in the field. Its worth every penny and without a doubt helps me get more deals!

This app is very helpful for maximizing the amount of clients I can visit everyday. Anytime I have an issue or simply can’t figure something out I send an email to support and get a response within minutes from an actual person instead of bots. I recommend this app for anyone that wants to make the job easier.

Not straightforward — the app doesn’t clearly specify that it’s a paid service and only offers a 10-day free trial. If you continue using it without realizing this, you may feel pressured into paying the $60 monthly fee. It comes across as misleading and creates a sense of being trapped.

This app has been a game changer for me. All of the basic CRM functions are in the lower tier app as well as mapping and planning. I've used other CRM apps for basic functions, but they did not have maps unless I paid for the premium tier as well as the cost of the map pack. The only reason this is a 4-star review is that there are a few issues that need to be fixed. I would also like to see some cross implementation with functions in the app that are already there.

Great apps, unfortunately they ruined the mobile version by requiring you to enter the county. Why would you add this requirement to the mobile version, Im in the field and driving, I don't want to spent 15 minutes scrolling down a list of every country in the world to get to the US, you don't require it on the desktop, why oh why would you require it on the mobile app. Customer service is outstanding, real people who reply in minutes and can actually help.

I rarely take time to write app reviews but after using this app for 20 minutes I felt like I needed to take the time to break this down and hopefully save some of your time and phone storage. The app is really designed for paid users so if you're looking for a free solution this isn't it. The app constantly freezes and I had to force it close and re open it multiple times, which granted, might be just on my phone and it may not freeze for you.. The app looks like it runs off a website, like you're looking into a website while using it, it's very cumbersome and slow to load. The app is very unintuitive and forces you to take multiple steps to the things I wanted to do the most which is plan my daily route. There are better apps on the market and some that you can use for free with limited numbers of clients or stops on your route rather than charging you after a trial. Save yourself the trouble.

crashes frequently. last update increased bloat, almost unusable. click and wait, route doesn't load sometimes. If you bump the wrong spot you lose your entry. map updates incredibly slowly, even slower after the last update, and doesn't actually remove contacts. frequent issues posting activities. I hate it. i cannot fathom why it's so much slower.
