Bad Ux, great pizza. I love Marcos pizza. But I honestly don't order as often because the app is terrible to use. It never saved my login. You can't login with biometrics. It's difficult to see what the best deal is. And (most importantly) it doesn't save my payment information. I have to type it in every time even after checking save my card info. Other apps are much easier to use and order from.

Worked for a bit... until it started automatically force-fulfilling orders that were partially done, but not confirmed, as well as deleting my $10 off coupon even though I removed it from an order because it was causing errors. I want my $10 coupon back, or you lost a customer. Edit on 03-30-24: Now the app crashes on my phone as of 2 updates ago, and the recent update didn't fix it at all. I am keeping this review at 1 star until I see some evidence that someone competent took over the app.

Very poor user interface. Pressing the back key will delete your order rather than moving to the previous screen. Worst of all, it'll change the location to the closest rather than your previous selection or favorite. This is not a review of the restaurant or the quality of the food, just the app itself.

Love the pizza, not the app or customer service. I received a promo by mail and tried to order using the app. It got hung up on the map and would not let me select "start order" on my favorite store. I tried calling and was put on hold for a while. I had to show up in person to order and wait. Now I have no way to gain "points" for my purchase of additional items I bought. Other apps will allow to add a purchase for points from code on previous receipt. Not this one. I'm sad.

It's 2024 and I bet any developer who worked on this app, let alone approved its launch, never tried to order a single menu item using this awful app. The UX is awful and so is the UI - a browser built into an app. It could be better developed by a 6-year old. Seriously, y'all need to completely start over. Thanks for always losing the information I've asked to be saved. Be better - this app is completely blown out of the water by top competitors, which is where I will go.

It crashes. App doesn't work. They are losing business due to this problem, they need to fire the responsible of this app and find a professional, or close the business. It used to work OK, but it declined with the months until it is now useless. Also when you try to order using their portal, password doesn't work, then you try to restore your account resetting your pass and you never get the email to reset it. Nothing works. No matter how many coupons and promotions you send, it is useless.

Since they did the system update I lost my saved points, all the history, the app will no longer save a payment method, and there's bugs with applying coupons that appear in the app itself. And I have cleared data, cleared cache, and reinstalled to no fix. I honestly can't recommend the app, despite the pizza being absolutely delicious and the people that deliver always being courteous. Tl;Dr the app is a buggy mess despite being good pizza

My rewards aren't updating. The point total keeps going up but it's not adding to the reward points. I have over 100 points since my last $10 coupon, but the reward points have been stuck at 58 ever since this POS app came out. And it's absolutely ridiculous that there's no "contact us" any more. You're about to lose a long time customer, Marco's. Get it together!

Was going to reduce rating due to lack of updates, but it seems like maybe some fixes have happened without an app update? Remaining issues are logouts, autofill, & card saving. PROS: All the food is good, ordering in the app works properly, earning and using rewards works as well. Home page buttons are fully functional. Favoriting actually does seem to work too. CONS: I'm regularly signed out and the app doesn't support autofill for some reason. My credit card never actually gets saved.

App had recent significant upgrade & now is buggy as hell. You sign in, order, and when you check out it asks you to sign in again & tells you your password is wrong. Plus, it drropped all previous rewards & preferences. I have to reselect my store each time & resign in each time. Please go back to previous app until you beta test & work through the many bugs. Update: Many months later, & the app still crashes every time you try to start an order. The website isn't great, but it works.

The food and delivery are great, it's the app that's frustrating. Never remembers me (even when I check 'Remember me for 30 days'), keeps changing if I need to choose my discounts or coupons at start or end of order, and today it wouldn't start up when I clicked on my location. I had to order via web instead of the app. It used to work effectively, but not anymore.

This app is full of issues. I can't view or apply my rewards while trying to order. One wrong selection, and it deletes the items in your cart and takes you back to the menu. Can't seem to exit out of the app. My reward points are not adding up, in fact, they decreased after my last order. Five orders, and I haven't reached 100 points yet, I should have reached it twice.

I've never had success with this app. I install it, open it, and it automatically, immediately minimizes. I then uninstall it and either order from my computer or just walk into the store to order. Unfortunately, I forget each time why I don't have the app installed on my phone and must go through the same frustrating process. It's a shame. If they'd work out the bugs, I'd patronize their business more.

It's an okay app, but a poor replacement for the previous version. I hoped after a few months that the bugs would be worked out, but it's been quite awhile and the updates they have done have not addressed some big, but basic issues. I have to enter my email and password each use because it doesn't keep me logged in. I also now have to input my credit card info every time even though I've selected to have it retained for future use and it doesn't keep track of the reward points as efficiently.

The app is convenient & easy to navigate. The only issue I've had is that twice now I placed an order, received a confirmation e-mail & number but food never arrived. I called Marco's to see what happened & they said they never received the order. So we had to cancel the 1st one (on my debit card) give a new one over the phone & wait another hour to get our food. Recommend calling to verify your order was received after you send it in. Otherwise, all good. 🍕🥗🥤

I've never been able to log in to the app without resetting my PW every time, but the web site's Sign In/Sign Up button only provides for signing up. (?!) Trying to get this company to take my money is irrationally difficult. At least the product is good and the drivers are friendly... if you can actually get an order to go through by using sorcery.

I installed it, open it, allow location access and then the app closes. Every time. The previous app was amazing. I didn't have to continually log in or remember my password. I don't know who decided to update it but they need to go back to the previous version. This is awful. The website is no better. People need to stop think they are fixing things when all they do is ruin it. I can't accumulate points now because of this ridiculous app.

You can't use half of the front page functions anymore, such as the track your order button, and the app just doesn't work some days. Edit: Same good food, same terrible app. The majority of users wish we could go back to the old layout but that clearly isn't going to happen. Edit 2: the app still sucks, but many of the bugs have been fixed, like being able to update payment info and the tracking button on the front page. Still wishing for a rollback...

The previous Marcos App was incredible - easy to use, intuitive, literally tracked the car that was delivering your order. Now? It is completely unusable - literally! Every time you attempt to open it, it crashes. The mobile website is so awful to use, it makes me not want to order pizza because it's so off puting. I never thought I'd write a review of a pizza delivery app but holy moly it's bad.

The fact I have to log in evertytime is very frustrating, sure it'll keep your account safe, but it's frustrating if I have to log in every few days. The UI before the current one was far more prettier and satisfying to the eye. Edit 5/22/24 It's not every few days, it seems to log you out every hour, forcing you, well, to log in every hour. C'mon. Y'all got multiple buildings, y'all can update the app. It's not that hard.
