Ok the game is fun. But the horrible choice to need upgrade tokens along with the upgrade materials is abhorrent. Those shouldnt even be necessary or in game. And the lack of hero xp. Each character needs upwards of tens of thousands of xp for one level. Yet the modes to aquire said xp gives you maybe 100 or 500 per completion of mode. These are obviously methods to get people to spend tons of money. Honestly those two things need to be changed and the game would be pretty great.

The worst castle builder ever. you won't get past castle 7 without spending. Only game iv ever seen that requires a special material to upgrade buildings after level 6 that you can't mine or have a building to produce it. Only way to get it is from the radar by praying to the gods it'll give you 1-2. Or spending money. So many menus and options are closed unless you buy certain packs or passes. 100% garbage. Better castle builders out there you can just play. Not be forced to buy to play

Horrible game! You need to spend $5 per week for an extra construction que because construction times are insanely long. There are many aspects of the game (modes, buildings and features) you can't use unless you pay $20-$100. The $100 packs are GARBAGE! There's no excuse for this. P2W is one thing. This is Pay-to-play. The game wastes so much time and really forces you to spend the money. Save your time and money.

Another Chinese owned/managed game. Excellent graphics with extensive game play features. Main fault as to why I quit and deleted the game was that I was constantly getting attacked by much higher level players and getting all of my resources plundered. There needs to be a limit set to where you cannot be attacked or attack someone that is more than a few levels higher or lower than you. High level rogue players ruined the gaming experience for me.

Microtransactions within the first five minutes of trying it. Standard waste your time mechanics in an effort to get you to spend money to speed up progress and power. Little to no actual engaging content, dialogue is off, the more animated battles that can occur are somewhat neat, but revolve around you pressing a character icon every few seconds which is not engaging. Do not install or play this, it is an example of what's wrong in the mobile game industry.

Can be fun and I'm met some good people on here but to be honest it's p2w. Monsters give little in the way of supplies, you constantly need tokens to upgrade just about everything which are hard to get and shields to protect you are so rare that you end up getting hit every time you build up resources to grow stronger. As I said it has some good things to it but games like this one the only way to progress is with your wallet and not just 10 or 20 USD but hundreds of USD.

Have to give it 4* since I haven't really played long enough to form an honest opinion but, so far, it has every single one of the hair pulling features in SoS but none of the positive ones. Graphics are good, voice acting is quite good although cheesy at times, interface is pretty user friendly but they start the clock watching phase extremely early, constantly flashes ads in your face, and won't allow you to even find your Alliance.

Complete money grab, you need special peices to upgrade just about everything i.e buildings, research and heros. Which is whatever but they are not obtainable with the in-game currency, lame. Too bad it could be a game worth investigating in if not for that aspect. What's the point of buying powerstones if you can't use them for the purpose of upgrading your base.

New player for a week. I understand many games like this, this one seems excessive in all the places you have to go to claim milestone rewards. Like, it gives you a list to finish chapter,, and those rewards come up easily on screen. But getting to where your main/ daily tasks is not as user friendly. There's are so many tabs you have to open to try to find out where other rewards are.

This game is not very much like the advert portrays it. It is more like a re-skin of games such as Guns of Glory or Final Fantasy. I had hoped this would be something new and refreshing, playable by a single player without being a multiplayer war game, more like a empire building game in the lines of SimCity. My disappointment is why I only gave it 1 star. I might have given it more if the adverts were more accurate than misleading.

This game used to be great, but the changes to solo and hell trial events is going to kill it, your average players can not get rewards, and spenders will quit too... it is simply a bad business scheme... where players have been asking for better rewards from most events, and bug fixes, it has been met with what seems to be extortion of only the biggest spenders of the game, competing with multiple servers to earn rewards! I urge you to change trials back before it is too late!

Although the game is good to play. Developers seem to lack the ability to correct problems that are made. Such as the game freezing, glitching or failing to respond and closing. Missions have to be done over & over before they get completed, then the rewards are gained. Uninstalling and then reinstalling has done nothing to remove the problems.

Game used to be fun, but it has become almost impossible to play unless you're spending crazy amounts of money. Solo and hell trials changes have made it impossible for even mid level spenders to play the game effectively. Choosing between spending money on teleports to compete or spending to build up so I'm strong enough to compete is a problem. I can't spend on both so I will spend on neither until the game issues are fixed. focus on fixing problems before releasing new useless $100 packs.

For all its story, and great graphics, smooth UI... it's not what it appears to be. There's no rts element, no squad control, no real interaction of any kind. This is yet another war-style Farmville clone, with a, "click here to progress," mechanic that gives them rts-looking screenshots. A lot of effort went into to making this complete blah of a game. DEVELOPER ("what can we do better?"): Focus on game mechanics and gameplay FIRST. Once that is solid, THEN make it pretty and marketable.

Have this two weeks, which is hard to do with not much going on. It's a stab free but utilizing the tree great characters and monster designs in any way. It could've been great. As far as gameplay it's average, with many needed items being to expensive. Legit throwing $100 packs in your face constantly is insane. Biggest issue would be a bad messaging system, with no way to unit, it talk with other alliance's, or ways to get help in the game from players or devs.

Intro video unskipable. Long and annoying dialog scenes that are unskipable throughout the game. You put a red dot on offers that cost money and it won't go away, the same red dot is used for notifications that an energy source is ready or a daily quest is done, seems like a way to trick people into spending money by accident, smells like a scam. Very annoying. Game needs a ton of work which I doubt it will ever get. I'll uninstall after the tapjoy offer is complete. Bad quality, Typical China.

This game used to be a lot of fun. But the devs got greedier and greedier. They've made it nearly impossible to play without spending hundreds or thousands of dollars. They removed two of the most necessary challenges (Solo Trial and Hell Trial) and replaced them with challenges that require at least $50 to win a single teleport. Whoever spends the most wins. If you don't spend and win the challenges, you can't get teleports to move around the map... It was fun while it lasted... RIP Marsaction.

Really great game. Graphics are really nice. Overall, the game is very well designed......but the biggest complaint that I have, and that every other player has, is that rewards are very little, resources are extremely difficult to accumulate (they get consumed in huge quantities to upgrade buildings that take forever to do so). Increasing reward payouts by a reasonable amount would definitely improve the overall moral within the game. Thanks

It shares a lot of the game mechanic similarities to games like z empire. Gives you a little bit more freedom in base building. The mechanics are layered and there are a lot of paths to carry out tasks. It leads to menu digging which can be a little frustrating at times. Downgraded stars & uninstalled. The instructions on the timed events aren't always clear. Once I hit the low 20s and level the game became unplayable, as more powerful players would "zero" me. Became pay-to-win, so uninstalled.

This is the standard chinese "war game" with new textures and scripts. The framework is identical to "state of survival," but has a new animated combat event. Has good features, but isn't playable and community management is as offensive as the rest (obviously, it's a war game). Ultimately unplayable, because the core is designed only to prompt players for "top-up" and mandate timer-watching.
