Terrible. Waiting since morning to get a response from the online chat team. Now, almost 3 hours completed, still no response. Never expected this from a leading company. Very disappointing

Very bad service after 1 year they send renewal price too high when I try to cancel they showed chat option but no one replied there then I called they hang up and said try online it's very bad experience

I would advise you not to use this co. They don't have a contact no. They do online service only. It takes ages just to get to them. Don't get the work done. Shittiest Co ever. Strongly advise not use them

Am glad to have Marshmallow for my car insurance. Setting up account was easy and smooth. Accepted my driving experience from my home country after providing evidence. Hopefully I will get my renewal with a cheaper quote with them. Well done 👏...

No much information in the app, difficult to find your police, horrible app everything is hide, come on do something more easy all in 1 click the app is exactly as when you open a newspaper all looks like you reading all not sense cos you want to look for you information and not you cant find it.

It's cheaper, but it's very difficult to get in touch with anyone for any resolution. No phones, no emails and chat option would take 2-3 hours to resolving. Even the app is not clear while taking insurance. Any small error will cost 25 pound for any rectifications, even when the policy has not started. Will update the review after the start of the policy

Very bad. Irresponsible representatives. Never respond to messages properly. Always comes with apologies on the next day. Cancelled my policy due to poor customer service. 😪

affordable insurance. very flexible. Although i have not had to do a claim yet, so dont know how effective is their claim procedure.

Do not pick marshmallow, tried to cancel renewal and their app didnt track me cancelling said renewal. Then took me a week back and forth to cancel the renewal and they still ended uo charging me cancellation fee which they are unwilling to pay back. I was paying 200 a month for insurance last year and they increased the insurance even after no claims to 350 a month... crazy.. so id skip Marshmallow if i were u guys.. no agents to speak to, all over chat and extremely repetative.1/10 experience

Never use Marshmallow for your car insurance. Very poor in customer relations. You will find out if you have any issues or want to make any claim. I subscribed and paid for a courtesy car with a high monthly subscription of about £130 per month. When my car broke down and I demanded the courtesy car I had been paying for 8 months, they refused and gave excuses. I had to cancel my insurance immediately and use another provider. I wouldn't want anyone to have such a bad experience.

One of the worst insurance..They will gamble your money with adminstration fee etc after policy cancellation i paid 211 pounds before policy after policy cancellation they charged me 130 pounds this is very ridiculous & there is no call support to discuss the issues don't install & don't invest your money here totally fraud..

expensive insurance that does not factor in your other driving in other experiences in other countries as advertised, was paying £4000 for a little 1.6L where as in the past I've paid the equivalent of £800 for a 3L turbo

I was asked to use the chat to cancel my policy. The chat experience was horrible. No response from the bots. I feel like it was made that way purposely to discourage people from getting a refund. If that's not the case, please fix it.

These reviews have nosedived for a reason. If you dont verify quickly enough your quote is ditched and they charge you more. Cant speak to a real person on the phone, only through a chat box, and the individuals on the other end dont have the authority to do anything meaningful. Avoid!!

The worst company and app going. Constantly going in cricles to try sort anything. Ive tried numerous times now to chnage my payment date. It tells you to do it via live chat and then the bot tells you to do it through the app which you cant do!!! Its same with every problem you have

Be careful, this company have no phones lines should anything go wrong. Renewals are done automatically, even if you advise them you do not wish to proceed. You then have to use the app to sort out an issues and that's where things become much more difficult. Everything is done automatically, including admin fees, even if they are wrong. I advise using another insurance provider that care more about their customers. Everything is fine until it isn't, then it feels so much worse than necessary
