While creating my account, I was in the username and password creation section, I tabbed out to open my password manager app to make a password, and when I returned, it put me back to the main page, I now have an account created with my number, but no username nor password, and there is nothing I could do to retrieve it, customer support or changing username/password requires the 16 digit number WHICH I DON'T KNOW

The application can be much more user friendly. Also, I can't go out of the application normally by pushing the back button. Every time I must go back to the phone using the Home button.

Very Bad service I Open account and trying login to account on app and its say deatils weing and same details I use on laptop and they working and been calling them why This happen answer WE don't no . I received email login to your app and for More information to active your account but no letting log in and on laptop there no update for extra informatie for upload more info been calling them but no help person answer calls like custmer service they don't have any idea what to say oh email but

Very bad experience because my debit card is locked by touching and when again and again touch not unlock I already call helpline but he also says to go card control and click on unlock but not unlock so what I do now

Too much deduction of balance twice a month saying breach of minimum balance. First 3 months okay but after update twice a month deduction of balance . I want to close the account 👎👎👎👎

Stupid update. We can't log in anymore. " Something seems to have gone wrong." This could be due to the reasons out of our control or yours , really?????

Its a nice app but i couldnt use this app since 2 days now.Whenever i try to log in its telling "there is something wrong which is out of our control...." This is very frustrating if we want to initiate any transfer outside the country.Please solve it fast so we can use our own money.Thanks

Mashreq bank debited money from my account even though the transaction I tried to initiate failed. I need my refund. More to that they are not responding to my emails.

the app is not working for a week. i have sent complaint 3 times. every time i receid an email saying the issue have been resolved, but the app is still not working. shameful customer care.

I just open the account seen there advertisement it's showing fast transaction and all Totally disappointed it will take 03 hours add benifitory after that only the payment will transfer totally wasted! To be honest the best account in UAE its CBD for fast transection & easy access it's best one no one beat the mobile application. Masreq it's simply wasted my purpose was not fullfilled

My mobile application is not working when I try to log in, it's been like few days now and still not working. I emailed the support team 2 days ago with no answer till now. Please I need a quick assistance!! Other than that, all features in the application are great, except for the OTP which only received through sms and not through Email.

It's the worst bank ever. If you need anything from this bank, there is no two-way communication. You will be stuck with automated responses and a few branches, which do nothing but ask you to call the call center or send an email. No one will reply to your email, and if you're lucky enough to get through to the call center, they will just add a comment to the ticket you raised three months ago.

That shows the banks attitude towards customers. We just don't care if you use our services or not. This bank is notorious for this typical don't give a damn about customers attitude. Stay away. Look at the response from support below & you'll realize how much they care. a typical AI answer. Compare that to Liv immediate clear answers

Registered as new user, when I logged in it asks me to reset the password. I reset the password and login and it again asks me to reset it... this cycle continues, tried from mobile and PC. Called support, they said there's no issue at their end, they asked me to do a 'forgot username' and 'forgot password' cycle. Nothing changed, same issue. The software quality is VERY LOW. Not trustworthy.

The whole process is through this app. So the basic approach should be to make it seamless, got my username and password right after I enrolled for debit card. Plot twist is, I still can't login to the app after the debit card is delivered. The app says Incorrect Details when I enter the username I recieved through their email. And when I send tried raising a ticket. They resolved the issue by sending a default step by step guide without addressing the core issue.

The apps is not working.. Before leaving the UAE for a vacation we called the costumer service we asked if we can used the mobile banking and other services while outside the country then they provided reference number and confirmed to us that we can use it. How can we pay bills and due payments if the APP is not working. What is the use of calling the services in advance if it not working outside the UAE country.

Generally slow application for entring the app, The main problem now us that after the last update it's preventing me from opening the app saying my device is not secure for them. After further inspection, i see that your app is restricting devices that have developer options turned on, You either allow this since it's important for a lot of people, or simply put a clear message stating the issue and how to fix it in the app.
