If you know if an even more corrupt CC company, I feel sorry for you as you experiences must be even worse then mine. Its al.ost impossible to get an English speaking rep on the phone and in the slight chance you do, they are no more effective than the non english speaking reps but at least it becomes clear after 39 min of being on hold as opposed to using the enigma to decipher communications.
