I literally just downloaded the app and it says that if I wanna use it, I need to update the app to the newest version... What? I mean, I literally just downloaded the app🤔 Update:Just had to used the app again and had the same issue. Does not allow me to use it saying I need to update while it IS updated. Does not even allow me to login

Since we started using this app it is very difficult to log in & most of the time it doesn't log in or just times out automatically. Few months back & again today the lounge counter staff said on Android & some phones the app is not working. Really wish they look into the issues & resolve it ASAP...

Too many issue with app. Also sign out and when you try to connect there are always a technical issue. The a great app when traveling.

Works well every time, until now! No longer allows me to enter the lounge. Says "failed". Nothing wrong with my credit card or membership details. Contacted my bank & MasterCard, no help at all! Very frustrating...

I have recently updated the app by activating touch id , but there is some issue with it, as when I log out from the master travel pass app , I cannot login using the touch id ,please look into the problem and rectify it ASAP. Regards

Idiotic application. This is what happens when you use coders who have no exposure to the real world. There is no thought about how frequently the user may open the application, their connectivity or available time to fiddle with a stupid application. Get these people out in the real world, preferably in the hot sun without internet, so they can learn how the world works instead of their opinion. I don't want an application that suddenly wants an update, needs strong internet to get junk OTP.

Terrible experience as i keep getting connection time oit error message continuously, even when opening the app without even try to login. And i also get similar error when trying to login. Mastercard what is this service? And why can't we just use the physical mastercard card? Why do we need to use such a lousy app? Currently I'm not able to enter any lounge. This has been the case for sometime already without any resolution. If i could put a rating of below 1 star i would have used it

Cannot log in. It gives a message "connection timed out". Another message flashes which reads that the App needs to be updated. There is no update available on Play Store. I uninstalled and reinstalled the App, but I am getting the same message....

I am concerned that the app is asking for full card details as the first step of registration. Card number, name on card, expiry date, cvc and country of issue. This feels like asking for too much. I shouldn't have to give the full card details to have access to this service. You can verify that the card is eligible without making users add their full card details for you to store for future use. Let users decide if they want additional paid service from you and how to pay. Don't store card info

This app constantly has errors when trying to open. You can't access any of the lounge passes or restaurant deals with the app because it doesn't open. You will have to have a printout of your membership to access anything. You will also need to go on to the website to see which restaurant deals there are since the app doesn't work. Fully broken system... I hear this has been a problem for months already.

This app is not working at all. I have reinstalled it but continue to get an error message that says: Your connection has times out. Please try again in a minute. 67796E Then there is also a message that says to upgrade to the latest version. So frustrating. Can someone fix this please!!!

This App is quite user friendly. It offers lounges at majority of the airports. Going to use this app in my upcoming visit to Thailand and Singapore next week.

This is undoubtedly the worst app I have experienced. As soon as I opened it, it keeps displaying the message that "your connection has timed out, please try again in a minute". And it keep popping up every 2 seconds. For a company so huge this is a shame that their app is so bad.

Its a scam!!! Many of my friends experienced what I am experiencing right now..the app does not work. I have unistalled and installed several times and it keeps asking to update where there is no option to update. Mastercard and banks..they are fooling us in the name of Lounge access. I have international credit card valued almost INR 1 million and i use it regularly for transactions ,still, i have not been able to access any lounge so far. Total Scam!

I was unable to Add multiple cards. And I need to create new account to add each new card and when I try to contact the mastercard travel pass on the app . It is not allowed and show message to contact the bank 😒

Happy to Mastercard travel benefits, but I was requested to shows the app... after installing and queuing, it shows: "It's detected that your device fails to pass the compatibility testing and it may have been modified. Please STOP using this App ok this device", and the app automatically close. Unfortunately, the only way to access to lounge was by using the VISA.

Cant register my supplementary card, cause it keeps saying my credit card number is already registered, despite FAQ claims i should be able to register both primary and supplementary cards as long as they are under different names. No way to contacting them is really annoying too. Called the bank, said clearly this is an app issue , NOT a bank issue. I want someone to contact me or tell me how to pass first step to fix my issue.

The app is not working. It's always asking me to update the Google play store app. I'm at the latest version of the app store and can't use the Mastercard app .. can someone help to resolve this problem?!

After signing up with the app, it does not show any lounge available in Doha, Istanbul or any european counties. However when I search on their website without logging in, it shows all the lounges in these countries. This is misleading in terms of marketing. It is a total lie. I am a frequent traveler. Mastercard please respond.
