This app is a fraud. I was close to the withdrawal threshold and the app automatically changed my gender to Male, this makes it impossible for me to withdraw my earnings. Don't waste your time downloading it

Don't ever download this app, they're scammers. I withdrew 14$ from this app, they did not pay, it's over a month now, I wrote their customer support severally but they didn't reply me. I noticed they wiped out all my withdrawals today, but I still have the screenshot. They're just criminals. I'm disappointed at Gemgala for introducing scam to us

Its worst than the previous app, very bad decision of removing random chat with strangers feature.. This decision might lead to lose the users of the app, I suggest to put that feature back in the app..

Worst customer service, I tried to recharge but the coin not credited my money debited from my account. I reported to them daily they tell the same story and we need repeat the story again to every customer executive daily. I shared my bank statement all and I mailed to the mail id also but no use. We can't escalate the complaint or we didn't get any tracking number. No people from service will not contact you regarding the issue we need to daily follow up and daily need to tell the full story.

Need to revisit changes made to apple master, keeping big win mode and auto send of coins doesn't help players and might start leaving the game .. unsuccessful update .. auto send of coins should be stopped .. players need motivation win .. auto send is always loss bigger than win recieved.. plz correct

No proper customer support i have recharged diamonds but not received almost 2+ weeks even after sharing the recharge receipt i have not received the diamonds. I am trying to reach out customer support in this app as well as using the customer support email but no response yet. I don't wanna rate a single star to this app. Before chamet was very good but this app is worst. I don't even recommend anyone to download this app.

Warning: This app has a fake beans exchange feature. When I tried to exchange my beans for diamonds, I encountered an 'exchange amount error' and didn't receive my diamonds. I also didn't get my beans back. Avoid downloading this app to prevent similar issues.

The name of this app before was chamet. It is a good app but the update ruined it to new lows. The interface may have become colourful and performance may still be top notch. But the service is becoming under par. They removed random match. For all the odd amount of diamonds left you can't make a call so random match was the best option to make further business. Instead of removing it they could have increased the rate by 100. Now it's gone,the app will lose popularity.

This app is only to recharge and don't win any game. Once you win, your account will be not accessible. Shows low internet and I had 5g connection and every OTT is streaming. But, not this app. Only reason is that it tries to copy all your data. Also, recharge page works fine. It will recharge and don't let you access anything. Do not download this app or any this kind. It will download your data and blackmail you. If you don't have any blackmailable data then won't let you access the app.
