Tried to update and then went into the app, nothing was there just a black screen like others are saying. **After about a day of being frustrated I uninstalled the app and installed again and then was able to sign in.

App randomly stopped worked one day and wouldn't let me log in, I reset my password 3 times and nothing helped, reinstalled, checked for updates. Nothing would work.

Worked for a little while. Now try to login, it doesn't load, swirls a second, then just sits at enter password screen. Tried clearing cache, clear then uninstal,l restarted phone, reinstall but still the same thing.

Sadly, after may 3 2024 update app did not work at all. Support not helpful. After uninstalling reinstalling, I had to clear all data and cashe and then reinstall the app. Finally worked. Love the app when it works. A pain when it doesn't.

There is always trouble with this app. It always glitches out and messes up. It constantly sends an error message about how it can't access my account or information. The spinner doesn't spin most of the time. There are no good coupons most of the time. The deals are not as good as I thought. The other problems aren't with the app, they are with the store managers and some of the employees. My rating of this app does not reflect the in store issues with the store managers and employees.

Very broken. The map is extremely laggy to the point of almost being completely unusable. The amenities filters no longer do anything to filter locations. It used to work on this same phone a couple years ago, but not anymore. So, I don't think I can blame the phone. Maps in other apps don't have that problem.

This app was kinda slow and janky already, and the lack of a widget for easy scanning was frustrating. Now, they've removed the barcode entirely and I just have to enter my phone number on the keypad every time I check out? Who's stupid idea was that? It's not even worth using the rewards anymore anyways, since the points required for a free burrito coupon are more than most burritos would cost using points anyways. Makes me want to give my business to Circle K, and I HATE Circle K.

for some reason when the app updated it wants me to login every time now. qhy does the app have to update every day and kick me out of the app. im not sure why it did that but its really annoying now. please fix the bugs and problems with the app that way it wont keep asking me to login every time i click on the app because its really annoying now

This app used to be one of my favorites, but now I get all these points, and I can't even use them. It makes me upset. 2024 has been horrible. I am tired of my phone number not working, and I also get a maverik card and fill that out it still does not work. I am just wasting my time at maverik when it shows I have points but can't use them.

Have reset my password multiple times and still cannot open the app. This latest update has caused many issues. Even uninstalled and downloaded it again with the same results. I am deleting this app. Not worth the aggravation.

I use to have this app on my previous phone, which I had replaced last February. I use to have issues with sign in and app crashes in the middle of a purchase. let's hope that this app works on this new phone. I'll update my review after some time has passed. Now that some time has passed I have more to add. The app works great, but the issue that i have is when I open the app at the Maverik store the app takes a takes several seconds to "checking for updates" then it finally loads.

Cannot login from the app. Wont send emails to reset password. It finally did and still tells me my password is wrong. Not happy with it at all. I think it took a dozen times or more for it to finally send me reset password email and that's how I get on there to spend trail points. App is basically worthless in my opinion.

After the last update, the "spend points" screen does not load into the car (or prize) details screen. Normally this application is very helpful. Edit: over a month and it doesn't work still. I've just been using the online site itself. And now I don't even live near a Maverik, so yeah.

The app auto updated on my. Had me reset my password and was successful. Now it won't let me log back in. It gives and apology "The sever does not appear to be responding at the moment. Please try again later." I guess I lost all my points I've put in for the drift vs lift contest who knows. Would have been nice if it was left alone. It worked just fine before with never an issue.

Can't make a account. Tried the app, the online mobile version and the desktop site version. All the information has green check marks next to it indicating that everything is correct. When I hit sumbit it just doesn't do anything. I will be uninstalling and getting rid of my nitro card that I never even got to set up. Looking in the reviews I can see this was an issue for many people almost a year ago. Glad to see you guys are on top of it lol. Ridiculous.

I updated my App on the upgrade release date but I still can't reset my password. I've received several Maverik Password Reset emails but the email doesn't give me the option to reset my password. I've been a loyal Maverik customer for years . . . maybe that's the problem. My card is old. I'd start all over again but I don't want to lose my points. Everyone that uses a computer knows that the key to EVERY upgrade is to Test, Test, Test before you go live. In my opinion this upgrade was a major fail :(

Multiple account/password reset attempts over several days - finally got it reset, just to get continually unresponsive servers. This app rollout is just a hot frustrating mess. Not what we expected. UPDATE: It appears the squirrels are back on their wheels and powering the servers. Now that I'm actually able to access the app, it works fairly well. thanks.

UPDATE: It's been 3 months and no change or help from support. Deleting the app... Just updated the app and now it won't work. When I open the app, it's just a tiny little window that opens in the top left corner of the screen. All it shows is my points and I can't navigate anywhere else in the app. Tried reinstalling but it just does the same thing.

I've had this app forever, and it used to work pretty well, I was able to keep my email and password saved and automatically log in, see all my points and spend them, keep track of my punches etc. Now I can't log in at all, it wants me to create a new account since my card is older than 2013, but every time I do I get to step 2 and get stuck, it just sits there with the giant 'processing' cirlce spinning and doesn't do anything. I'd like to see my points and punches and I can't do anything.FIXIT

This app always starts the map in salt lake city, which I've never been to. I wish it would start in the location I'm at and I didn't have to change screens and come back to get the correct map location. Also some of the stores are listed in the wrong place on the map, such as #490 which is clearly on the other side of the highway when comparing Google maps (accurate) to the maverik app (inaccurate).
