I am writing to express my deep disappointment, frustration, and anger regarding your extremely poor service concerning the delivery of my order. I placed an order online with the expectation of receiving it the next day. However, it has now been five days, and I have yet to receive my package. Despite my multiple calls to your customer service team and submitting at least five complaints, I have received nothing but false promises. 🤬🤬😡😡😡

Please process my refund immediately!. The service and app are very bad. The courier was terrible, and the delivery was cancelled because of them. I ordered in early April and still haven't received my refund. It's taking ages,this delay very unacceptable!

I am not able to update my mobile number in the Max application. I emailed support, but they say uninstall the app and reinstall it. I tried, but the same error appeared again. there is a problem with their system. they don't want to resolve it, instant they are telling us to reinstall app.

Very bad Customer Support,in KSA I ordered some products, I did not receive the product and it is showing as delivered in the application, then I went to customer support and the error is coming there also. Somehow I found Max's Twitter account and posted there and also messaged him. But I did not get any response from there either. Application review is my last option. That's why I am coming here and telling you. Very bad customer support.

I have a bad experience from Max online. I bought two items I returned in next day for exchange..the max guy collected the item from..but still its not showing in system..I losed the trust on this max online..

Heads up on their notifications noise Today I receive more than 30 notifications in 30 minutes once I clear them they pop up again with noise So I silenced the application for good and thinking of removing it

I went many times in-store shopping that's good but in first time I did online from max that's going worst experience I ever have I placed order on 14th June still waiting today is 23rd June many times calls to customer service but each times they told me we are checking even email about it still no response didn't recommended online shopping to anyone

The application is full of bugs. when I tried contact section, it is always showing error. also when tried to change the phone number, it is showing error. Sometimes the application take too much time to load even if I am using high speed wifi connection.

my experience with max was extremely poor, they even dnt know the order details even if had repeated the order number for 4 times, my order was for one item which they fail to deliver even after 5 days and no one has called me, I had called helpline many times but no help was provided on order & after 5 days instead of delivering they cancelled the order without Informing me,

careful folks, I have had an instance of dual amount being deducted from my account for a single order being placed, after reaching out to alshaya, they are not able to identify nor assist with the problem. multiple mails sent on their suggestion help email, however no response. it's been over 3 weeks now n yet no update of my funds to be returned. maybe visit the store if you life something but avoid transactions over the app, as you too might be a victim and might not be able to get help.

This app really frustrates, it's near impossible to set it up, even after providing all the info required, they keep asking me to give them my full name in capital alphabet, loosing on sales cos I can't keep items in my basket, max is a good shop but with this heat nobody has the energy to swing by the mall which makes online shopping a convenience but your app is pathetic to say the least.
