This app has very limited feature compared to similar apps. No watchlist, no history, no tracking features. The most disappointing is that you can't access all the movie or series from HBO GO. (I cant watch his dark materials S2 from this app where it have been available at HBO GO).

Can't login. Session expires all the time. Seriously? Why building an app when you cannot even maintain it? I have paid the quota for watching movie in this app, but the app still annoy me with advertisement videos n they often occur in the middle of movie, so disturbing. And for the record, I have more than 50 GB of Maxstream data package and almost have never used them each month. And that's pissing me of...!!!

Nearly worthless app with so many contents that need me to pay separately. I didn't ask for the extra gigabytes resorted for only this app. I don't even use it! I'm more disappointed by the fact I get extra quota reserved for this than to actually just pay for the exact amount of quota that I can use freely. 24 GB with 2 GB for this is more infuriating than just to pay for only 22 GB. Same amount, different perspective. I didn't want this, but I have it, and I can't use it. Sucks.

Improve the UI Add a bookmark and/or history system Made it so whenever you lost connection you could just refresh the page instead of closing the app Includes trailer for the TV Shows and Movies Add more video quality settings instead of being on Auto-mode only etc Otherwise it's pretty decent for the first Indonesian-"streaming services", wide-variety of choice since it includes lots of other services show.

I was watching a movie about 30 minutes, it is good enjoyment using this app UNTIL a pop-up notification appeared saying that I was logged in another device. What?? I have only logged in with my phone number in a phone I was holding all the time. I just used this app in less than 30 minutes after the first ever sign up, and I inevitably am very confused about this app. Maxstream would be a better friendly-user app, IF you fix this trouble.

I think they removed my review, I've already written a review before saying how much frustrating it is to use this app. It doesn't bookmark whee I left off watching, it doesn't display any shows I'm currently watchinh just the same old nonsense on the mainpage. Opening the app takes forever, if there's a problem with the internet it completely errors and takes you out of the show you're watching, not even a buffer. It really is an awfuk product, even mola is more bareable and that's also bad 🗑

Most of the movies old one and if you want to watch other channel you need to pay more to unlock it really? I rather used "other app" rather then waste my time on this app. I suggest to you guys dont use it waste of time and money if you ask me im already waste 150.000 IDR just to unlock a few channel. Not all channel unlocked and the movies hmm suck

I have downloaded the app and registered with my kartu halo, when I tried to watch a movie or video it kept on saying that "application is busy, try again later, server error". Even after I bought 1 package it still showing that message. Don't waste your time to download this app. Netflix is much better and easier to use.

Total MONEY GRAB. I bought maxtream bundling package from telkomsel app, the price point was interesting but the experience though, utterly dissapointing. It keeps showing "system is busy" or else lagging many times i can barely watch a movie 🙄 Should have bought the regular internet package & stream from the first party application instead (HBO GO, Viu, Vidio,etc) with higher cost for sure but works effortlessly 🙌

APP IS BROKEN & UNUSABLE. None of the button works. pressed login, nothing happened. entered verification, it stuck on loading. I've successfully watched 0 program with this pile of stinking app. I chose a football match to watch, it went into scam loop where I'm forced to login, failed, got assured that no login is needed to watch, and back to got forced to login again. It hasn't worked for more than a year, whoever running this joke aren't doing anything to fix it. We should sue this company.

So I thought I bought viu subscription via tsel (my bad for not read it carrefully) it ended I have to open it from maxstream to enjoy the premium, no issues at first, but few days afterward it showed ads during the play. And now I cannot see premium content of viu. Damn, the subscription only works for 2 weeks. Annoying! And the app UX is bad. Video is not fit to screen. Top Back button does not work.

When watching the movie and the connection swift from 4G+ to 4G, so was the movie. It swifted from running to stopping, and when it finally run, I have to start from the beginning title after watch it for almost 45 mins.... And it happened many times as my telkomsel reception is not stable. No "download to watch later" button so it kinds of annoying. Prefer other app then this, just wasting my inet kuota if I have to start from all over again everytime the connection is down.

I'm very disappointed with the company that doesn't improve the app experience. I always have problems with re-login, everytime I use this app. There is also problem often with connection to the server when you are watching the streaming. This is a very poor product, and you guys should learn from Netflix on how to build the movie streaming app.

It seems that the video player is web based, which is ultimately not interactive. My screen does not automatically rotate and does not have fast forward button. Whenever I quit the player and resume playing the same video, it restarts from the beginning of the video. I need to download the 3rd party app (iflix/viu) so I can get the BASIC experience of video streaming service which sadly MAXStream doesn't have. Kindly resolve these issues.

First time using and it's already a disappointment. No matter how good the connection is, I can't even watch up to 10 minutes of any shows/movies without it shutting down and replaying it from the start. Subtitles aren't even working properly. While you're at it, might as well add a "Favourites" Tab. It's a pain to keep looking up what I've been meaning to watch. And add an "Offline" feature to download shows/movies. The only good point there is, is the menu layout.

Lots of movies and series collection, but no control over the video quality, and most importantly, the subtitles aren't working. Everytime I choose a subtitle language and closed the choice window, when I opened it again the option would always revert back to Off. So it's pointless to watch foreign movies and series. Really, had expected more from the 2GB MaxStream internet quota I got from buying a 4GB package. I thought maybe I don't have to pirate movies ever again with this app, but meh.

Aplikasi cacat!!! Still 1*. Login expired is still there but not so often now. The only down side is no watching history like on the other similar apps. I need that feature because I don't want to search any movie series everytime I want to watch the episodes. At least a 'list' or 'bookmark' or anything else similar feature. More rooms for improvement! And for the record, I have more than 50 GB of Maxstream data package and almost have never used them each month. And that's pissing me of...!!!
