If there's 0 star allow I will totally rate for this app!!!! Called customer service to complain about the app issue and they just reverted there's no other people complaining! Tried many times login and it keep showed invalid details padahal website login got no problem. When it's urgent time to do transaction or check payment, this bank service is useless or its under maintenance every single time. I have created HLB & OCBC biz account thanks to MBB. And they're hassle-free!

This app is somewhat ridiculous. Its user friendly, yes, but you have to force the app shut at least a few times before it finally will log in and once you make a transaction, you have to keep exiting and entering back the app in order to use it again. Disappointing.

The app is very unstable as compared to last year. Kept showing service is not available and it crashed almost every 3 times when I used it.. I hope such a big Corp can really do better job

What's with giro thing when doing transaction to other bank? It's not faster transaction anymore.. i need the money urgently..but,, the transfer from maybank2u biz is too slow... I need to wait for 2-3 days to get the money..i hate this!!

(5th Dec 2023) It stuck when I click approve during secure2u second page. First page click approve Wil direct second page. But at second page no response either click approve or reject. Stuck there.. only can click cancel. (19th Mar 2024) Second time.experience can't click secure2u to approve or reject again. Can this bug or error to be eliminate? Pls improve the application features. Should give us security and convenience, call up customer service ask to reset phone n redo. Result is the same.

Lousy app. So many problems from error of payment, suddenly no service, won't receive secure2u and failing to produce payment receipt. So many payment without any receipt for my transaction. Had to show bank statement as proof of payment. Personally I'm moving my asset to a more stable bank with better app.

Useless app. The secure2u for maker doesn't even appear. Errors keep popping up and I have to key in everything again. I have to key in the transaction again and again on the app, until no errors, one transaction has wasted me so much time. It is ridiculous! I want to call and scold Maybank for this horrible product!!

Used to be better, but approving multiple transactions doesn't work anymore, the OTP never go through. It only goes through if you approve one at a time. It also keeps saying services unavailable. So you need to do it multiple times before it goes through. 🙄 User Interface is much better than the website however. Just really frustrating right now.

Another marvelous example of sub standard programming and bad app. When trying to add the second user / login (for approver), or gives the most ridiculous error ever: "you can only add account that you own". Moreover, it only allows passwords of 12 characters whereas mine is longer than that and I've been using it on the web app.

It's not working as per expected. Maybank requested the shift to use the app to process the transfer and to activate the Secure2u. I can't even activate the Secure2u, if the app is not consistent with the outcome, please do put longer timeline for people to activate. I uninstalled and reinstalled app and tried to activate Secure2u, it still doesn't work. 😡 Fix the bugs please. Its very annoying.

Rubbish app.. Added 3 companies account but only can access to the first 1. Another 2 totally can't click and access in. The secure2u totally no come out.

Very lousy. Can't do approval for secure2u. The button after pressed nothing happens and transactions delayed. I don't have time to just keep pressing and waiting for ur lousy app. Pls improve it or am changing bank!

This app is rubbish! The old app worked fine but this one doesn't work at all even though I have done all the necessary set up for my companies. Now I can't do any online transfers at all. Way to go Maybank! This is a sure fire way to lose your corporate customers. If we didn't still have our trusty chequebooks, we won't even be able to get our $ out!!

The secure2u function is buggy. App needs to be deleted, reinstalled, re setup for it to work. It seems the update app function is not being triggered. Had to try multiple times, called customer support only to be told I need to troubleshoot. Troubleshoot means either restart phone or uninstall and reinstalling the app. Reinstall worked. Painful. Hope I dont have to do this each time the app doesn't trigger to update on its own.

Our company account is operated by 2 persons, and we use 2 laptops to do online banking. WE tried to download your Maybank Biz App onto the second laptop Huawei but we get the message that we already have the App on another device, so the system do not allow us to download to the 2nd laptop. Why is this? Please help as it is delaying our work!!! Also your review page do not allow attachments so we cannot attach the screenshots.

By far my most used banking app. However, there's some glitch/issue. Favourite payee for Maybank Business Account only able to create via mobile app. Payment remark couldn't use special character such as - / : on the app while it's usable on web browser.

The secure2u notification and approval is not working. It has been reported many times but no update to fix the bug. It has been a hassle to approval transaction. Bad customer experience.

As a checker...really a painful experience. Re installed,restart my phone so many times, Black screen popup when I'm trying to open this application cannot log in, No approval can be done . Wasting my time , going back to old days, cheque and bank in.. online banking with M2U Biz failed..
