I just updated it and now I can't open it... it just closed automatically just after I tap on it.. it's been almost 5 days and no responses what a shame Well it's fixed now and I got replied after almost 2 weeks so services are slow that's all rest is fine I guess

It worked fine but after the latest update it keeps crashing whenever I open it! I deleted Cahce, Data and reinstalled it several times too..

I've been using my account since 2022 i opened it With my UAE ID through the UAE pass since then the experience is great and it's very easy But now it's true tha those want too active new account now are finding it difficult ot open through the UAE pass maybe their id got expired And it's true that the UAE pass is not functioning in the app because before i use to assess my account through the UAE pass but it's not working anymore i use my biometric or password now

Since i downloaded the app, it's been working perfectly fine until now. I have been trying to open login to my account but the app won't even start. This problem started yesterday and it was on this morning but I have been trying to open the app all evening and still can't.

I'm pleased because it's One of the easiest and fastest ways (less than 10 minutes) to open a local bank account. Very practical! Recommended!!

The worst banking app I've seen till date. Can't even open an account. The app keeps reverting back to the same page. Fix this as soon as possible please.

Really need to hire some app developers to fix this app, as there are so many bugs. The main issues you would face are the following: 1. Authentication. 2. Account view. 3. Receive late debited amount messages. 4. Autofill OTP, IBAN, and account number.

The app Even after many updates still not. opening just revert back to old version if the devs cant fix the issue. its keep saying (This app cannot run because the environment is not secure and your data may be at risk.)

Please Don't Install This application because waste of time. I installed this app over three weeks. Still I can't activate the debit card or use any service through this waste app. Each time we need to call customer service for the activation. But no use. They tell it will be activate within 24 or 48 hours. But still I can't use.

Bad app ,Bad experience. more than month and I try to use my account , there's no response " this app can not run because the environment is not secure..etc " what's that MEAN really, really guys there's a money for people in this app how we can use it!!!! talking and sending many emails, just same answer we will fix it!!! Okay when which time folks. And please don't reply and tell me contact or send email, I do all this procedures, and there's nothing happened.

Most of the time it shows error while login. This morning all my money is suddenly gone and it shows 0 balance. Also it says I haven't open any account yet. While I connect to customer service, it reply just useless messages.

I highly recommend Mbank for its simple, convenient, seamless, and secure services. Opening an account and managing it is very easy. The digital banking features are excellent, with strong security measures in place. Overall, a top-notch banking experience

This app is a complete waste of time. I've been trying to register with UAE Pass, but it doesn't support it. I have repeatedly attempted to register myself through the manual process, including uploading my EID and photographs, but I consistently encounter errors. I have tried using various devices, but the issue persists across all of them.I would recommend you to consider other banks instead of wasting your time on this one.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I've had with your mobile application. Despite multiple attempts, I am unable to open a new account using the app, as it consistently fails to work properly. Furthermore, the integration with UAE PASS is not functioning, which is critical for my account setup process. This has been a very frustrating experience, as I was expecting a smooth and efficient process. I urge your team to look into these issues promptly.

Opening an account was very straight forward. Getting an actual debit card and other customer services is quite the challenge. Using the app I can not even send feedback and raise questions. Many bugs to sort out! Looking to close the account is even tougher! Gave two stars as their opening process was good. Rest has alot of room to improve
