Worst banking system ever seen. Customer care system is not replying on time phone call system not working, complained to email that was also not good, Bankislami app not working, whatsapp live chat system is the worst one I'm completely unhappy to this banking system. Even the email complained system is the same like your app and whatsapp live chat system I have every single prove what I'm wrinting always get reply Request can not be performed this time. Please try again later.

I submitted my issue regarding my account transaction blocking.there is issue id card expires. I submit my id card copy as per your staff requirement but There is no proceeding. I visit 3 branches in last 3 days. You staff is too lazy to acknowledge my complain. Kindly resolve my issue that i submitted to your dha g block lahore. As soon as possible. Thank you.

Extremely third class app. No app can be worst than this app. Negative 1000000 rating. Even it's banking operations r pathetic.seriously thinking to switch over. Not coming as a surprise to me. Most of the reviews loudly tell how horrible this app is. Crashes every other day. Reinstalling doesn't work at all. Help line is also useless.

Keep asking to update the app when its already been updated. Does not allow to login and do transactions quickly. Has a lot of loading errors. Takes too much time and is always under maintenance. Very disappointed

Since the app has updated, it doesn't work at all. Whatever I try to do it gets crashed and logged out itself. I didn't have any problem using this app but now it's becoming a headache for me. As I mostly ise the app for my banking transactions. I hope someone from the relevant department could help to fix it.

Worst app. It is seeking upgradtion, but when try to upgrade, all is vein . I complaint on theirs email but no response despite laps of over one month.

Overall experience of the app is good ... Transactions are smooth and fast ... A little improvement can be that we are not able to understand the transaction history clearly because of no option of viewings receipts of previous transactions

The most pathetic and useless banking app ever I would say registration process is so boring and I must admit that this application is far more pathetic than the meezan banking app every time I enters password it gives an error of pass word mis matching don't know who were the animals who designed this stupid app even my first experience is so bad with bank islami

Pathetic app it asks for login first then it tells you to login and after waiting for some time it tells you to update app. Which by the way, is the worst possible way to inform user about app update. Also, it now 475MB app in size which is amazing considering the fact that it's working like a Web app not even a native app. Just pathetic. Frustrating. Dumb.

The app has nice interface, works smoothly, stable and fast. Proof of payment is not so great. Transaction receipts can not be retrieved later. Proof of online payment in account statement is vague, without any specific details of the beneficiary. Furthermore, we cannot download account statement from the app

Edit: from past few days I have got some issues While login or making any transaction it shows process transactions faild please try again later or when I do transaction it keeps loading it won't show slip of the transaction I clear cache but the issue still exists please solve it I am so frustrated.

The app interface is not friendly. Moreover, while opening the app it says to update the current version, whereas no update option appears on the playstore

The app is no longer working. It is asking to be updated but it is not working even after updating and keeps showing the same msg. I have reinstalled the app but it is still showing the same msg.

Extremely disappointing experience. Most of the time the app is down. Especially during month end the app doesn't login and shows error. This has been happening since a while now and organisation doesn't seem to improve its availability to customers. Pathetic.
