BRING BACK THE OLD VERSION OF THE APP. This update/revamp is so not it. 1. The app has became more laggy (could not even play the Happy Place game before they removed it). 2. The new app interface sucks!! On the old app interface, I could see multiple deals and all its info at a glance 👍. With the new one, the deals are unnecessarily enlarged so I can only see a few at a glance and worse, I have to click into EACH deal to view its expiry and other info. 👎 IMAGINE REGRESSING, SHAME ON YOU

Developer did not test app in dark mode, background stays white while text turns light grey (except the order tab, did someone else code this part?), making it impossible to read; password reset doesn't work, tried multiple times and haven't been sent the reset email; while switching tabs app randomly opened the browser to some promotional site. Only worth keeping as easy way to check on latest specials.

Top part hidden away, like it's better suited for phones with longer screens. App should be user friendly for phones/tablets of all sizes. Unable to view reward points balance or history. Also, always get error when redeeming deals UNLESS app is launched from Google Play Store (troublesome). Bug also affects the Happy Place from loading rewards after completing mini-game. These problems have persisted from previous versions for a long while. I think it's long due for developers to fix these.

The App is awful. The coupons are scam and not available. While the promotion says you can get a 10hkd worth coupon everyday, it's a patent scam. When you download the app, it says those coupons are unavailable. So. Cut it out. It's just so awful a practice when you put up an offer, it's entirely untrue, and even if I were to accept those promotional coupons are limited. That's a non mention in the ad. Is that a usual practice for company of this kind of scale?

It is good, slightly slow but good in the past. But now it say something went wrong and i have to use another address or go pickup. Try the Get Help button but it didn't say anything about the problem i am facing. Even uninstall and updating the app didnt work.

11.00am, thinking to order in advance for lunch delivery, but lunch menu isn't shown on app. Everything was for breakfast. Possible to show the day menu too so that we can order items other than breakfast, especially when it is near to lunch time. Thanks.

Even worse than previous app. This 1 doesn't even allow for delivery order any more. Last 2 times I wanted to order delivery but had to switch to one of those delivery apps. And then I have pay higher prices. Waste of time.

The app abuses the notifications and bombarded us with ads. The setting in the app to disable promotions doesn't work, and the app doesn't manage separate notification channels for food-read message and promotion message (which most other apps do). That's simply asking users to disable notifications from the app. McD should fire the guy who manage the frequency of the ads.

The compatibilty of the app is too demanding, what does it so good in order to demand min Android 10 ? Besides too many bugs on latest version, even the coupons give error right after touching. The previoun version was much better and worked on Android 8 and up. Please fix asap and add again possibility to use on older devices with Android 8. Thanks.

Generally worse than the old version in HK (which was already one of the worst apps I've ever used) except for the look. The coupon get locked for 15 min if you accidentally choose "Scan at Counter or Ordering Kiosk". The worst of all is that it does not auto select or remember restaurants (it does cache my choice for a short period of time, which is useless since it expires before next time I visit the same McD). I'm forced to choose on a GLOBAL map EVERY SINGLE TIME.

The points don't actually get added to your account. The last two transactions did not earn points even though one was for a deal in the app so I know I entered my code correctly. Contacted customer support and they want order numbers which is a little unrealistic. I don't hoard order numbers and receipts just in case an app doesn't work as it should. Won't try for a third time because nothing has been done to fix it.

App has a lot of bugs. Does not work properly.. I tried ordering for 10 April morning, after confirming it shows 9 April (which is yesterday). It refuses to change. I went to support link and tried to send in my feedback is this issue, after writing for 20 min, the app closes on its own when i tried to attach screenshots and all my feedback is gone! This happened again when i tried on the morning. The estimated time of arrival/delivery is not sync with the timeline.

Very rarely can I complete a whole order while using the deals and rewards from this app. Often see 'offer incoming' on the kiosk, but it sits there until the kiosk times out and you end up back at the menu with no indication of success or failure. And you don't actually know it wasn't successful unless you check what's in your cart which is tedious.

Something went wrong! Not sure that's the correct wording from the app. It just flat out won't work. I was in the drive thru twice this ween when "something went wrong" updated the app and that made it worse, can't get past the first screen to get my member number the second time. Rather miffed about that after having to pay full price! Sort it out please.

The app just keeps getting worse. You would think by now that someone would have been able to fix the problem with it. It still locks up all the time I hardly ever use it because it seems to always be down when I go to McDonald's now it won't let me added a recipe after the fact it just keeps saying there's an issues with the connection even when on wifi and to close and restart the app. So after doing that with no luck I restart my phone and it still saying the same thing.

This app would be great if the app wasn't so difficult to log into every single time. It takes so long to log into every time that I'm there for like an hour trying to do it. Ive done it on different phones and everything. . and ALOT of times I have to delete the app so when I have to reinstall and re long in it's such a hassle and a mission I just can't deal with it anymore I give up! Fix your app!!! Thanks...

The McDonald's app is a disappointment. lts interface is clunky and prone to glitches, making ordering a frustrating experience.
