I've tried signing using the app but it just doesn't work. Keeps showing some error when my internet is fine, email address and password is correct. This has really prevented me from starting my program. Please look into this.

Ever since I downloaded the app, to sign in it's impossible. Always blocking the link saying URL not found even after putting the link I received from my email. I sent you a message and you still haven't replied me

I have to keep logging in which wastes time because I have type in a long password that was originally autogenerated by my browser. Why not log in once on my device instead of a gazillion times on the same day for that matter

The app is wonderful, the only problem I have with this app is the network glitch all the time and it's making me lag in the learning. I wish one could access it using Chrome and not only the app.

I have not been able to log into the learning platform because the app keeps saying "No Url found" even though my platform Url was copied directly from the mail sent to me. Please try and fix it up Although it works perfectly on a laptop but on mobile phone it sucks 😔

Technical issues I am really sorry for such terrible experience with app. It does not work properly in addition to did not showing any information. I hope that you give us a feed back as there is no response for our emails about the issue The website also is not the perfect, that's why we can not complete our mission

The app keeps on installing and re-installing, I have now missed two weeks of sessions, this is my second time taking this class and the first time the app was working just fine. Where is the external link that mckinsey provided from the previous cohort?

The learning resources are wonderful and impactful. However, the network issue being encountered on the app is making it difficult to progress through the programme. I've seen others complain about similar issue. Kindly look into it and fix the app.

The app requires you to keep uninstalling and reinstalling which is an inconvenience. Kindly address that as I can see many people are complaining of the same issue. Otherwise when it works it works fine.

The app was working manageably well before i updated it but after, it just displays a white screen after logging in and I can't access my courses. I am really lagging behind in the Forward program and it's really bothering me.

Terrible app. Unable to access learning profile for a month. However, the McKinsey team continues to send reminder mails telling me I have only a few weeks left to complete training without offering any substantial assistance. Of what benefit is this, I wonder?

It is a good app. Makes the learning easier. The app does have challenges. It helps at times you unistall and reinstall. At times you get to the login page or get past the login page and then it doesn't load the learning content.

I cannot complete my program because the app frustrates me into leaving it for days. It's terrible that it keeps saying "No Internet Connection" when my network is 4G and works very smooth. The easier app was much better than this to be honest. My program expires in a week and there's nothing I can do to salvage the stress this app puts me through.

I have made little to no progress because I keep getting "no Internet connection " despite having 5G and other apps running smoothly on my phone. I really want to complete this program but it's frustrating when it keeps you out.

My advice is not to join this Academy it's ways to time the browser leads you by forced to the app and the app is not working always in the frees mode or if it's not freezing it will log you out and no customer support a pop up with log in credential when I try to log i've been more than 6 hours now trying to log in and trying to reach out to someone to solve my problem with no result i couldn't even start my learning journey I think they need to hire another developers to solve this issues
