I have a loan limit, but when I try to borrow it gives an error. I visited the bank, and was told that the issue was forwarded to IT and would be resolved within 24 hours. It has been past 24 hours, and the problem remains unresolved. Please assist me in resolving this as soon as possible.

Keeps blocking me most of the time i try to use it and have to keep visiting my branch for it to be unblocked. Very frustrating and inconvenience.

Any time I download the statement it saves as pdf with zero kB size and doesn't open. Fix the issue. The issues keeps recurring. Fix it please.

The worst banking app ever, the only good thing about it is opening and telling you to unlock user. Then after you will wait for the verification for the rest of your life. Total waste of space and time 😒 😑 😪 🙄 I feel so disappointed , i wonder why i entrusted you. You NEVER even answer emails .

After updating to the current version 5.0, I can't now send money to mpesa number. The app keeps throwing an error - "request due to a system error. Please contact customer care". It's really frustrating

This app is literally slow at times. It irritates moreso when one needs to do online banking and it keeps displaying a dialong that claims the system is currently unavailable. Kindly work on this you can do better

Good and more of help and time saving, though in some situations this app behaves in a weird manner like it's hanging after inputting your details to login then the response is like "please wait". It gets boring to some extent i mean

The app works alright. There are instances where it goes offline, have to wait till it's back. There were some updates that required "updates" on some interface pages but we're sorted. Never had a serious delay or complain unless when not updated. Kuddoz.

I really don't know why the app keeps telling me "Please wait..." when trying to log in. It's even more annoying for me since this happens when I'm desperate to withdraw some money to send to Mpesa. The problem persists for hours and it's so damn frustrating. Y'all need to look into this and fix it immediately!

There is a bug - the favourites on the home page keep disappearing after a using the app and to get them back means unistalling and reinstalling the app several times over and over. Update: they addressed the bug real quickly. App has been awesome since then. Kudos 5 stars & thank you!

I've had the best experience. Transactions are immediately processed whether to other accounts or mpesa. I would only recommend to the customer support team to consider lowering transaction fee depending on the amount transacted. The cost even for buying airtime is too much + interest for your loans are absurd. I love it 🥰😘😘

Your app deducts 300 shillings when you opt for a service even before populating details. What's worse is that the deduction doesn't reflect on the balance statement. Screenshot your balance on the main page then screenshot again before when the app displays the Available Balance. The user will notice a substantial amount reduction. If this is as a result of a bug, then it's a very expensive one.

Co-op Bank is a multi-billion dollar company. It has 10000000X the resources required to build a clean app that's sweet to use. Instead, what they have looks like it was built by a 1st year student in his dorm room with the budget of a HELB loan. When I looked to download this I thought, "why does it have a rating of 2.9? It can't be that bad, right?" I was wrong. Nothing works — yet complaints have been there for years. Now anytime I feel unfit, I'll remember there's someone behind this.
