Absolutely, awesome for not having to go see a doctor, go in to an Urgent Care during these times, but as I live in an isolated area this saves me a 3 to 4 hour drive to see a doctor! Only downside was length of time to connect. A message or explanation, if it's going to spin until the doctor connects, ķnowing that would have been helpful. I kept thinking something was wrong.

I really do WANT to visit my primary care physician, but I usually procrastinate in setting up an appointment to begin with, it's always an appointment a few months out, and then there's actually physically showing up to the office (its own challenge these days). This app is just... too darn convenient. It's a great compliment to a primary care physician. It helps that my insurance covers any kind of appointment, too!

Overall I've had good experiences with this service. I've used it several times since I installed the app last summer. I've almost never had to wait. In fact the only time I've had to wait was yesterday. Yesterday there was a 3 hour wait. I had other options, so I did not wait. I'm guessing that with it being the week between Xmas and New Years and the current Covid spike, they are very busy and possibly understaffed. My previous experiences have always been fast and helpful.

I absolutely LOVE the therapist I found via MDLive, however... the app is absolute junk. I run into constant error codes, often cannot login, have technical issues during my appointments (from both sides), and cannot update my insurance without more error codes. The ease of finding and speaking to my AMAZING therapist manages to still outweigh these problems, but JEEZ. The mobile app is awful. I've had fewer errors on the web version, but still run into errors... but the doctors are amazing!

I have mixed feelings about this app. Yes it's easier than going to an office but every time u confirm an appt u get charged. But if there's a discrepancy or a change w schedule, it can be very frustrating. In my opinion, if u decide to use this app, make sure ur constantly checking ur credit card transactions. Other than that, I use psych & therapy services & both are very good & knowledgeable!

I joined my appointment early and began a discussion with the physician, who seemed great. Then while the physician was speaking, the video conference dropped unexpectedly. I searched for how I might reconnect but found nothing and there was no mention of my appt in the history. A moment later, I received a call with an option to setup a new appt. Tried that but this time it didn't connect me to appt at all. These appointments work fast better on a laptop/browser.

I really enjoy MDLive. Make sure you pike your provider because it makes a huge difference. You request appointments and the provider confirms. There are notification calls and reminders for your time, and the app provides notifications when you receive a message. Sometimes, I can't confirm an appointment that a provider requested, and the message it gives me is super vague. No ads. Connection is pretty good. Customer service could be more efficient.

I was able to see a Dr. very quickly on New Years Day. He was super helpful and very informed. Side note, I started the sign in process online because the text message took me there. I was already signed into the app to receive the call. It generated an issue with my sound. Once I completed the acceptance process on both, it worked. This was likely a user error on my part. Because the app was already engaged, I should have just opened the app to join instead of also clicking the link.

I have only tried one other on demand health app, and while it was fine and I thought the service itself was good, this app is much easier to navigate. I appreciate all the reminders I get (that I can opt out of, but honestly I need them!). I like that they give you an estimated wait time right off the bat, but scheduling an appointment with an existing doctor is super easy too. The psychiatrist I was matched up with has been wonderful, I only hope everyone else is as lucky as me!

Relatively easy to use actually. Tedious to get set up but once done it's a snap to schedule a visit and then the actual visit could be on the phone or video. It's all so stream lined that when it's time for your appt all you have to do is accept the call and go. Video was still and glitched only 1 time for 2 sec then was right back on track.

Overall, this is an amazing app and an incredible blessing during a pandemic. Dealing with continued therapy appointments has proved to be a tad difficult. Obviously one would like to keep the same provider but you are unable to schedule another appointment until the next day and unless the provider is currently seeing patients, they don't show up in the list to select. Other than this small issue, this app is worth dealing with!

Putting in the personal information was tedious, as there is no way to simply type in certain dates, and typing in allergies was impossible and had to be done by the doctor. However, once all information was taken care of, the appointment itself went very easily! The doctor was amazing! The video quality and sound were both fantastic, although it didn't transmit through my ear buds, causing my appointment to be less than confidential (I was at work) but no issues, otherwise.

The service is great, but the app itself is a bit of a mess - certainly in comparison to Teledoc or other alternatives. The scheduling process was not intuitive at all, once the appointment was supposed to start, I had to wait for 15 mins without any feedback, nor ability to communicate with the provider - just system clocking. They also don't have 4 of the 5 cvs locations in my current area in their system, which just makes no sense at all.

The scheduling and appointment help has been awesome. The major issue I have is that the sound when on the appointments will not go through my Bluetooth headphones. This is the only app that the calls won't go through. Edit: Appreciate passing it along. I isolated the issue; when the app is running, even in the background, no sound from any app will play to any Bluetooth device. Once the app is closed, the Bluetooth audio in other apps works as expected. Please contact me for more specific info

The app is fine. I like that you can use fingerprint to get in. The only criticism is that you cannot minimize the screen or go to any other function on your phone without disconnecting your appointment. So when my therapist asked to schedule and I pull up my calendar it automatically disconnects us from the appointment. In fairness, getting back into the appointment is very easy after you log back into the app. But it is a flaw in the app design.

I usually don't rate app, but this one is really ridiculous. It won't even let me log in, either using fingerprint or password, because it the app thinks that I'm not connected to the internet. If I'm not connected, why are all the apps on my phone working and online with no problem? My phone is connected, both on Wi-Fi, or data, but this joke of an app doesn't even recognize it. Edit: updated my rating to reflect recent improvements.

I keep forgetting my log in or password and it's not user friendly. I've since learned the way around the app and I wouldn't have any other platform. Now that I have mastered the log in information the app works better. I do a lot of video chats and there are times that I either can't hear or we loose the connections. Most times we only talk for about 30 minutes. The remaining time is spent reconnecting.

The app itself is pretty bullet proof. I had connectivity issues when I first started using this a few years ago, but it rarely drops my calls anymore. Maybe once in the past year it dropped a call or two, but I got reconnected almost immediately. It can get laggy, and sometimes it'll time out or hard lock my phone when I'm trying to schedule an appt. Haven't done that in a while, but it sucks when it happens.

Anytime I ever try to schedule an appointment it just keeps taking my back to the home screen. No description of what the issue is or anything. Just a quick flip back to the main screen. This has happened every single time I have tried scheduling appointments. Last time I had to call in, jump through the automated hoops, explain my issue, and then finally schedule. This has happened across different phones over the last few years. Very frustrating.

Sort of a buggy app. If you switch screens it immediately logs you out. I had to use the phone app because the browser version would just hang with a spinning icon (tried 2 different browsers). But once I finally got on a call with a Doctor the experience was quick and efficient. Will use again but please fix your buggy browser version and logout problem.
