There were a couple issues with this app, as well as important missing features. I contacted helpdesk, and they worked on everything immediately. Now the app is nearly perfect. The functionality is great. The interface is still cumbersome, but it keeps evolving for the better, so I highly suggest you give the app a try

The last upgrade DESTROYED the app. The app used to work without any problem. The last upgrade made the app look differently (much less comfortable), and it doesn't work whenever I get a phone call. So I guess it worth nothing. The last upgrade was clearly a disaster that probably will make me delete the app soon.

Didn't find it useful. Edit: The very feature of finding out the names saved on other devices. I couldn't find where that information could be found on your app. Edit 2: Come on, that's not what we expect when you say you can view the contact name saved on other devices.

-2 stars for blocking a big part of the screen when receiving a call, which makes things difficult when driving/doing something while trying to answer the phone. Other than that - all good!

Quite happy with it, although (understandably enough I guess) it often takes so long to look up the caller ID that I'd miss the call altogether if I waited. Taking off one star because of the video ads WITH VOLUME. Not cool, guys. **I understand that you need ad revenue to cover the cost of a free app** - but autoplaying with volume on is so not user-friendly.

The search identify number never work, few years now already, to go over this, you have to copy the number to clipboard and open app again, then it look the number in clipboard and ask you if you wanted to look this number, annoying, but since your app request constantly a review, so I give you 1 star. To make things worst the annoying pop up have a white X and disturb the screen.

I hate that people who dont know me can see my "Profile". And the app doesnt always work fast enough, when I get a call it often takes way too long to show who the caller is/was, as it will often pop up only after the person hung up. I also am confused as to why it shows my Adress book contact name instead of whatever is saved or known in your app.

App runs all the time in the background causing sever slowdowns in s22 ultra. This wasn't used to be, bad update.

It let's you know many times when incoming calls are spam, so it can save you time from answering. All over good for identifying calls. I just wish that they'd make it easier to answer the call. When you try to tap the phone icon, it doesn't always work and then you have to try to move it over to reach your own phone's answer button. I've lost some calls because of that time it took and had to call back if it was an important call that I didn't want to miss. Please make your button work better.

The older app may have sluggish design, but it were simple. The new app is just too complex, too many options, too many jumping windows, the caller id stopped working, now bubble jump up. Everything is slower now. I used this app for 3 featuers: to id incoming unknown calls, searching the name by the phone number, and from time to time i watched how my contacts saved me on their address book.. Your app was dope, and now it's a nope.

The last upgrade just ruined the app completely. The app used to work without any issue and now has full issues and glitches. Beyond the design that is inconvenient to operate the main problem is that it is not possible to search a random phone number at the app. So I guess it's not worth anything. The last upgrade was without a doubt a disaster that would probably make me delete the app.

Don't ever bored yourself installing this. This app is not working 😒😪. I thought that it will review how people saved my number but I was just wasting my time. When you want to se how people saved your it say invite friends and I did,but nothing changed .I would like to say that it is important to read comments first before you install it. I did read comments but I thought that maybe it won't be the same on me

I contacted you about two months ago about not being able to delete contacts from the "My Names" list and you told me that you would take care of it and it still hasn't been taken care of! Extremely disappointing

The app requests a check on your location every 12 minutes, huge breach of privacy. Why would a phone screening app require my location every 15 minutes?

So I can't see what people save my contact as if they are not using the app.. what's the use? I wanna go incognito seeing how people save my contacts but end up having to expose myself by inviting them? Nah thanks

Instagram linking is bugged, I think they updated their API. It was also an issue with apps.

Very useful caller ID with an additional (albeit less useful) feature that lets you see how others have you in their contacts. Unfortunately, the pop-up doesn't disappear on its own so it's a huge PITA when you're driving - after the call is over, the pop-up remains and covers the nav app. It does not turn into a small bubble. If this is an option in the settings somewhere, I haven't found it. Moreover, it really should be the default.
