Can not see information when entering password.user age is 76 wife 68 two different phones each with different logins and passwords. Difficult to set up account.

i can never log in with my username and password.. I have to contact support in order to re- enter the same information...it doesn't retain it...

This app. is a waste of time. Can't schedule an appointment with my PCP, messages never replied back, and why set up an account if it's always asking for responsible party guarantor number!

Absolutely horrible. Save your time and use the website. You can search for it, log in, and do whatever you need in the time it takes to get you to a log in screen that never remembers your information

It used to be a great app. Now it is really difficult to use. Most times, when opening the app, I get the message: SSL Certificate Error, it takes a lot of time to open the requested option, it freezes often. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but I got no improvement. I am missing the old style app which was also better looking ( not that the outlook counts).

It's good but not updated often. From my discussions with * there's a wait list to get your stuff uploaded. Sometimes you have your ask and you'll be moved up the list.

Ridiculous amount of time spent on trying to access my medical records. After emailing support, I was told to look for a link to reset credentials. I never received any link in my inbox or SPAM. Called support and issue was blamed on Nationwide AT&T outage. Customer support and the App is a JOKE.

I can't get past the "agree" page. After I agree it just shows a white page and goes no further. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck.

Total garbage. Created my account, try to log in and it says no such account. Try to recreate the account and it says the account already exists. I'm just going to uninstall the offending app and be done with it. As a side note for Google, you should seriously consider giving people the ability to rate apps with a "zero" star rating. I believe it would be a more accurate representation of some of the trash that gets passed off as apps.

Please take some notes from the Sanford app. This app Is hard to use and is basically useless with the options it has. Your pictures show "billing" but the app doesn't have that option. I would expect to see this app in 2012 but not 2024. Do better.

The telehealth feature of the app is completely non-functional. I have reinstalled it cleared catch cleared storage rebooted phone nothing has helped. I have enabled microphone and camera permissions verifying this multiple times yet telehealth conferences do not work in this app at all: "Test Failed Permission to use the microphone on this device has not been granted. Microphone access is required. Permission to use the camera on this device has not been granted. Camera access is required.

Good app, does what it needs to. Shows all medical records, allows you to make appointments, and lets you message your doctor directly. Very convenient to have this information accessible whenever and have the ability to communicate with my doctors easily. I really wish there would be notifications when you receive messages from your doctors though. The lack of notifications is very inconvenient. Please implement this feature and I'd happily change my rating to 5 stars.

Cannot access acct. Have been trying with my portal tech support but cannot reset credentials despite about 20 trys. This is horrible app. Less than 1 star! If this many people are having the same type of issues, why don't you address the problems? Obviously there is a problem with the app. I have been trying to use this for over 2 years. Come on guys!

Horrible. I'm on an android 11, I have the setting on to save credentials and still, I have to keep entering the login name and password manually. The biometric sign in is not working with the app, And it also always shows that I have no recent portals even though I was just using it a few minutes ago. Very, very, irritating. Please fix this problem!!! It's been like this for months and someone is not doing their job of fixing this! I even see a ton of other reviews with problems. ....

Used to work beautifully. It saved my password, and entry was a breeze. A week ago, it said "cannot connect" for about 3 days. Thereafter, it wouldn't save my password. I tried to get Google to help, but it still didn't save. Contact feature is also flawed, cannot update med list, and when I sent a msg via the contact link, it didn't solve anything. I ended up uninstalling the app.

I'm sure it would be great if it weren't broken, but after I choose my areas portal it just gets a white screen and hangs until I close the app. So instead, I have to deal with the website and resetting my login information almost every time I use it, because even if I enter it perfectly it still denies entry. This whole system is just a headache.

This app used to work but now logging in is basically impossible. The loading screen for logging in takes forever. If you like to do nothing but look at a loading screen, then this is the app for you! If you want to see your health record, don't bother with this nonsense. Even when this app used to function properly, the navigation was poorly designed, which made it frustrating to use. Positives were that it let you see most (if not all) of your medical history/information before it broke.

This is terrible. Every time I try to get in with the app I get error 404. When I get an email from my doctors office with a link, I have no problem. So now anytime I wish to send my doctor a message through the app, I have to search for an old email and go that route. This worked at the beginning (except saving passwords) but since the first update, it hasn't worked since. Very disappointing. At least Geisinger's works!

Using almost 1 year; Galaxy S7. Great app. Has all the info I want, nothing I don't. I like that it is simple-looking, easy to use, and not all cartoony and fluffed up graphically. Would get 5 stars if I could print from it and if it would actually send a notification to the top of my phone like every other app, ever. Overall, I really love this app. Bummed for people who can't get it to work. I noticed my hospital updated their computer system and now all results are 1-2 days later.

Worked well for a while, but then some features stopped working and the app started freezing a lot. I made sure there wasn't an update available, restarted my phone, and uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail. The feature that causes the app to freeze is the visual chart for lab results. When you try to open one the app freezes. Maybe the last update caused the issue...
