Dropping down to one star. ONLINE DRM PERSISTENT AS HECK. That means the game cannot be played OFFLINE at all. Nostalgia destroyed completely. Thanks CAPCOM.

Will not start... Everytime I open the app it says: "you are currently not connected to the internet." Even though I am connected to our home wifi and have Data on my cellular plan

You're kidding right? Absloutly horrible flash like animation, the worst attempt at a remake I've seen so far of my childhood classics. I seriously hope you pull it together Capcom.

I have beaten easy and normal mode without dieing and only using subtanks on sigma. The port is decent with zero crashes so far. There are lots of mobile friendly options like auto charge. The game loses one star for needing internet verification to start the game.

I'm buying this game to support the Rockman/MegaMan franchise.I hope you can continue the MegaMan Maverick Hunter X series,as I really love to know more of each characters in the series, especially the X-hunters member,Serges,as it is strongly implied that he is Dr. Wily,so I really hope MegaMan Maverick Hunter X2 can cover the identity of Serges, and more stories behind each characters.I wish your side luck in being able to make this series,as we,fans of the MegaMan series world love to have.

I don't mind the lack of controller support now that I can add my own through Backbone, but there's no reason this game shouldn't be available offline. That's completely ridiculous.

This is not Mega Man X. They have ruined the rhythm of the game with awkward screen transitions and other changes that are not in the actual Mega Man X game. Do not recommend.

First the graphics for it are awful. Looks like it was ported from an old mobile version of the game when the android was young. Second the controls will work one moment then won't at certain points. Third if you wanna play Megaman X I would recommend getting it in the console shops or buy the recent X collection.

Overall I like the game It reminds me of my childhood. But the controls i.e left, right, up down need to be more accurate and the quality of graphics has room for improvement

Decent port. Not a true 1 to 1 port, but very nice. Please add support for external controllers. I have a Razer Kishi which would be amazing to use with this and fighting Rangda Bangda with touch controls is absolutely miserable. Shots do not properly register.

Wasted opportunity... No controller support and the scene based stages breaks the classic action/platform game flow. Also it is quite easy, probably to compensate for the touch control. Down to 1 star, just realize this game requires a working internet connection. Why?

actually, i really LOVE this game since 2000 and ive never ever get tired to play it in arcade computer.. but, it lesten my satisfaction and excitrment cause it was too easy to play, and theres a missing press button, i cant play 4fingers at a time.. like making a combo. so please make it way better than this.. thank you..

DO NOT PURCHASE I don't know if this was released on older phones or something but the performance is so bad and the controls are so terrible that the SNES original beats this """""remake"""" out of the water. If I could give this 0 stars I would. Just buy the x collection on another system. This $10 would've been better spent on some lame gacha game waifu than this.

It's not meant to be a replacement over the original Mega Man X, it's just a little convenient way to play on the go. It's fun all things considered. The addition to switch to the Maverick Hunter X BGM is great! More Mega Man games in the future need to have something like this. It would be nice to have controller support and some special weapon re-balance.

This is a remake, not a port. A lot of stuff is different from the original, like strength of weapons and HP of enemies, and some other stuff, like clearing stages doesn't affect other stages. Graphics are cool. Remixed soundtrack is ok. Rolling Shield got a big buff which is nice. Only problem is its hard to control with touch screen and I'm not sure there is controller support.

$10 for a half-baked port/ remake with graphics that remind me of flash-based fan projects from the mid-2000s. Oh, and no backbone support, which wouldn't be so bad if the screen controls weren't janky. An absolute disappointment, especially considering the asking price. I can go pay $2 or $3 for great ports of other classic games. I think I'll do that.

A decent little port of a classic. The on-screen controls are actually pretty workable, and there are concessions like auto-charge and auto-fire to ease things a bit. I have two big gripes, though; the graphical style (nothing like the SNES original), and the lack of OFFLINE play. (Game needs an internet connection to run.) I honestly see NO reason making a game like this online-only... as a longtime Mega Man fan, that is what bugs me most about this port. Please add offline play, Capcom...

It's an early 2000s Flash game experience. It looks odd for sure, but whether you like the original Super Nintendo Perspective. This version plays and looks good, not spectacular, but it works just fine. It even has some good option customizations and difficult settings. Other than the design look, everything plays pretty much the same way as far as the basic mechanics and controller functionality from the original hardware.
