Very bad experience because we don't make international calls and in application there is no language for tourists only Russian and Kyrgyz you need to add English for tourists

Generally the app is very convenient. But be aware that unlimited internet tariffs after about 5Gb decrease speed to 1 Mbit/s untill the nearest noon.

Very bad internet when you are using unlimited package and it's not even send the message on whatsapp so bad network 😑😑very disappointed ☹️

This is the worst sim i ever seen. I brought the sim with 850 com package, but i had used it only 2 days. After that sim internet gonna down. 👎👎

Too much bugs. I installed this 2 times but every time it broken and never run. Just showed black screen.

English language and balance top up. Please add English language to the App for tourists and add the ability to top up your balance using credit cards

Mr. Developer, still what are you waiting for. Alots of megacom users complaint to update english language as an optional on This app. But still only Russian language. It's really unfair with foreigners. Overall i will give 4 stars. 1 deduced just for language unfairance

It's better for foreign, that you also add (English) language in this app. Because most of people understand this international language. So kindly consider this request and add english language in your next update.

Megacom is providing very rubbish quality of internet. I have experienced it many of times. When you will do monthly unlimited internet package, except package charges it will also cost you daily balance and moreover only 6-7 days it will provide good quality of internet after that almost about 10 days its quality of internet is very rubbish. Here is honest the advice especially for the foreigners if you are looking good internet speed please don't go for it, it's the loss of money and time both

My megacom app is error .there it shows system error,I couldn't even login in for a day.

I used a MegaCom SIM for 3 months, and for the first 15 days, it worked great with good speeds. But after 15 days, I couldn't even play 360p HD videos. My package is unlimited, and I don't understand what's going on. I've also used Beeline, which is better than MegaCom in terms of speed, although it's slower at first, but remains consistent until the end. But with MegaCom, the speed drops to 40KB after 15 days

The internet speed went down to 0 for no reason. I can't even check the status in the app, because it decided to update at the same time without an option to postpone. So I'm stuck not being able to update the app (because the internet speed went down to 0) and not being able to check info or fix anything in the app.
