About 3 weeks ago streaming started to work awfully, some movies work perfectly in 1080p, some lag even on 320p. Even with TV series (like game of thrones) some episodes are streaming 1080 without any issues and some lags on 320p. Contacted support, spent almost more than 2 hours talking to them, followed all instructions - they created issue record and promised that someone will contact me soon. After almost 2 weeks - nothing. Bought a year subscription and now can't get even partial refund.

Incredibly spamy app. Once you gave your phone you will receive: one to a few times a day ads in viber and inapp notifications, once in awhile sms directly on your phone. No settings in app, in web version, in desktop web version will help you with that. Negotiations with call center brought me to only possible resolution - block megogo everywhere I could. And it's sad because I intentionally wanted any other resolutions, to keep in touch with service. P.S. If it wasn't obvious, I deleted app

Useless app. Very limited number of channels if you are not in Ukraine. Poor interface etc. Waste of money

They cheating with payment for the service.They took 4 months service charge with cheating and didn't inform me.

Great application, overall! I moved from Oll.TV when Champions League moved to Megogo. Since then, Megogo greatly improved navigation in Sports, while TV and movies were good from the start. What I would like to improve is a possibility to sort the order of favourite channels. Now any newly added favourite channel comes first in the list and you can't change this. Also, films or series marked as favourite are not listed, I need a separate list of favourite films and series like on Netflix.

More than 2 months can not open the megogo in smart tv, in android phone, in ios. Its not working. Give my money back!

It is two weeks mobile app, web and tv do not work. There is no information on internet what is the reason. UPDATE: it is our country blocked megogo so sad the application is really good. Changed to 5 star.

Worst app. Almost a month is not working. App is not opening. Support team did not solve problem yet.

Approximetly one month not working. And developers can't do anything about these problems. How many times i wrote but no any result, still the same problem.

Great App, satisfied 😌 However, it would be great for most of the TV channels to be able to select the English language, especially the movie channels like Viasat Kino Megahit. Most movies are from USA and it's sad not to be able to watch in original language.

Problem. App does not open in my samsung after update + on my TV I paid for movie but did not open the movie and now movie expired. I guess there is a problem in server

Can't watch Game of Thrones. Every time I try to play the series, it only waits and says error with connection. Terrible experience!!!

I made yearly subscription, but app stopped working for already 3 months, developers still not interested. Waiting for refund! I sent several emails, but you still not taking action, already 4 months.. Nobody should never make annual subscription!

Be careful FRAUD and low quality service!!! I bought 2 subscriptions to watch Fury vs Usyk fight, they got money and service didn't start to work! I got access to the platform on the next day after fight when it was already late. I contacted their support and asked for refund, but they didn't respond!

I have not been able to open the app from TV or my phone (Android) or my sister's phone (iPhone) for over a month. Today, I got charged the subscription fee. I tried to enter their website to cancel subscription from there, but even the website is not working. If I can't cancel it within the next month and I get charged again, I'm taking you to court. This is pure fraud - taking money for no service.
