UI is really bad. Connectivity and options are really messy. Please, note this app is key part of the Meo use, not just a fancy addon to play

Horrible they state they support Google chrome cast and it's not true I can't do worst of all the is a paid service. So if this isn't fixed in next version I will report Google has to remove paid service on app that is not true.

HORRIBLE! Paid for something that does not work! Completely useless, full of bugs and errors. What a disappointment.

In general MEO Go is a good app from a latency and picture quality standpoint. It does however critically lack Chromecast support and an Android TV version to become an overall acclaimed 5* app.

The new UI of the app is very complex. In order to atract someone to watch TV it should be very easy, like netflix easy to open and start watching.

Imagine i want to watch Euronews everynight for a while. Its a nightmare to find the tv channel. Should have a feature to save favotite channels and /or a possiblity to search channels by name.

This has no respect for privacy. Why do I need to share access to my phone calls, contacts and storage for a streaming app? As opposed to the BS you state in your comment. There is no technical need on having access to my contacts to be able to use the streaming service. Otherwise, why there isn't the same requirement on the website? STOP LYING... you guys are harvesting personal data

It lacks support for Android TV. All other major TV/ISP providers in Portugal offer this. And furthermore, Android TV is way more popular than Apple TV (no, I will not buy one just to have a proper DVR/Box.

Before this last update I'd be giving the highest rating for this app, but now I simply can't use it, so just one question: - How can I undo this last update and have back its previous version? (I'd much appreciate a quick reply from the MEO GO support team, otherwise I'll need to find another provider.)

it should mean something that this is the 5th app review I write about this app! This app is deceitful and borderline fraud! Google should seriously consider removing this app for misleading advertising! I tried to watch yesterday's Roland Garros final. So I list yesterday's programs and when I try to stream it is says "Content not available". So basically it lies about what it streams. This is fraud! And fire the whole development team already!

The redesign of the app is a shitshow for whoever is trying to use the app as your TV plan on the go. The new "Netflix esque" approach simply doesn't work for who's looking into backtracking a channel's programming, or looking into a schedule ahead in the day. So mmyeah, whoever suggested this design change and who agreed on it, needs to share whatever they're smoking. Personally, I'd vote on a return to the previous version or, alternatively, a built in option in the app to choose the version.

No chromecast support. That's a standard today. Almost every single decent app has some kind of cast functionality. You've said it's only meant for android phones and tablets but that's not really an excuse is it. Also no search for channels, UI is rudimentary.

The worst experience ever with a service (and paid!). Errors while trying to see channels; Consecutive interruptions on the service; Application down during several consecutive hours, without any previous warning; Contacting the support several times to alert about the problems, always being told that the issues are solved, but everything remains the same 🤦♂️

Awful! Always appearing errors and not able to login or enter the app. Very recurring. You pay for the service and you can't use when you need.. more than 48 hours without being able to use it Replying: I already did the suggested several times, uninstall and install again as well, but it always says "Lamentamos mas de momento não é possivel satisfazer o seu pedido. Tente mais tarde" . Maybe I should pass 1 year trying and probably one day will work. Shame

I tried to install it on my MiBox (Android TV v9) and it says you need fiber to run it and just won't give you the chance over ADSL. Whereas an older version of the app grabbed via Aptoid works just fine, especially for SD. And like others noted, Chromecast, which even the most simple indie app uses, is not being implemented. Honestly, one more reason to maybe choose a different provider.

Worthless. Not really an app. It simply behaves like browser bookmark shortcut that will re-direct you to a webpage where you login to access your account. This comes with the added downside of in user tracking nefarious features which no one needs. Simply use your browser of choice, bookmark the url that allows you to access your account and device, add it to your screen as a widget or shortcut and you will also save storage space in your mobile.

Great app! MEO Go is by far the easiest to use in Portugal. It runs smoothly, makes discovering new shows simple, and accessing my favorites is effortless

This update made the app go from bad to worse. The same problems are still there, like suddenly losing access to a channel because "it is being used on another device" which is not the case. On the old version this problem could be solved by switching to another channel and switching back, but now that doesn't work with this new update, so when this bug happens, all one can do is wait some 20 minutes until the app realises that that channel wasn't being used on another device all along.

Kinda works. Yes, you can watch TV on your portable devices, but the user interface is extremely basic. If you want to watch Bloomberg, for example, you have to scroll and scroll and scroll to find the channel. Want to watch something else? Scroll again. Adding a simple "my favorite 10 channels" would greatly improve the user experience.
