I like the app, it is easy to use and makes it so much easier to manage. Only draw back is the biometric fingerprint side of things. At first it worked now it says that I never selected it to use. When you go to the screen to enable it, it makes you scan your finger and that's it. Everytime I have gone into it since it still states I haven't enabled it to be used. A little annoying but luckily I do remember my password.

Outside of being able to make your payments on the app and checking your balance you may have left etc, the layout and the colors are attractive, however, logging in is a b****!!!! Every time I have to log in, I have to update my password which is ridiculous! I only go in maybe three times a month, the third time is usually to make a payment! Don't like this at all!.. bug's needs to be rectified or else I'm deleting this stupid app, I'll just make my payments online!!!!

The app is easy to use and to set up, but of all my credit cards it is the only one where I can not have notifications sent to my phone every time I make a transaction. There are other notification options, but not this. It is something I truly appreciate with my other credit cards so I know every time my card is used. If this feature was added I would upgrade it to five stars. Also being unable to lock your card in the App like Chase, Capital One etc... Is something that is truly lacking

I hate this new version. Ridiculous opening graphic and seemingly unending load time. Why change what worked well. Update 2/2/23 It's even worse. I can no longer log in to the account, via the app, mobile or desktop. It keeps telling me my password is incorrect. So I've changed it. 4 times. And still am getting the same message. Called customer support. Was put on hold then told to call back tomorrow. Omg.

I just prefer the old app. It was much faster and presented information more logically. Now you have to look around for everything. It's like they're deliberately hiding information from you to your disadvantage. For example, I made a payment and it didn't show. App doesn't show that you have made a payment. I called customer service and they too couldn't see the payment. So I made another payment over the phone thus double payment. They returned the money to me two weeks later.

I like the colors but too much time on an animated opening. To much eye candy. I would like the option to stop the notice that comes up everytime. You know, something like "stop seeing this" & "remind me later" so I can choose off I keep seeing it or not. The app may be new and have lots of time killing animation but I still have to log in a second time to see my credit score. Why?

I am blessed to have this card. I have had 0 problems with it. The app works well, customer service is good and credit line is generous to actually use resposibly and not have tons of fees. The interest rate is good and they have information helpful to cardholders. If you have fair credit, and make payments on time, your score will increase as you pay your balance down. Accumulate 1000 points to redeem for statement credit. Overall, good Card to have in your wallet. Thanks for the card Mercury.

Takes me 5 to 7 tries to get signed in everytime because I get message. "Due to inactivity, you have been logged out. Please login again to continue." I get that same message anytime I try to do anything in the app. I make a payment then try to go to home screen and I get the message. I end up having to go website because I get so frustrated trying to get into the app. The website never remembers my device and ALWAYS has to do the text code verification foe the last 3 months.

I don't use the app very much except to pay bills down on the card, usually sub $500 because the company refuses to increase my limit even after calling them about it and even though my credit score has been over 700 for the last couple of years and ive never missed a payment. You can't request a limit increase from the app or do some other usefull things like other card companies allow or give access to other than to mainly pay the bill. I'm sure they'll ignore this also and do nothing.

I find the payment option frustrating because you can not enter the balance of your credit card. it gives a message that the payment must be equal or less. It is equal to the balance, but the app won't take it. So I enter 1 cent less, and then I can process my payment. I then have to return and pay a penny after that transaction clears. such a bother.

App sucks, runs/loads slow, stupid animation. Im not using this app for entertainment. Doesn't even give you an option to get notifications for purchases or even a daily balance. I want to know when something is charged to my card ( just in case) it wasn't me. There needs to be a card lock/unlock option in app. So it doesn't take 15-20 minutes to do so over the phone

I'm still having trouble signing into the app, when I sign it that little circle just keeps turning and turning and won't open the app, I always have To go to the Google website. At first it worked fine, fours some reason it gives me a hard time, i absolutely can't get signed on by using the app. The circle just turns and turns. Sorry I couldn't give a better review but I always have to use the good website.

Avoid at all costs! I'll admit this card worked for a bit as an entry level credit card. But recently I had my card lost. App doesn't let you freeze your card nor request a replacement. Only way to do that is call customer service. When I call customer service, they consistently don't hear me and hang up right afterwards! I've called over 10 times and same thing happens even though my phone shows that mic is on. Tested with other calls too, works just fine. This company is a joke.

The app is decent, though it's frustrating that your app doesn't show the full number of the amount I'm making a payment of. For example, $1000.00 cannot be completely seen. Only the middle 5 numbers. I have no idea if I just typed in the proper payment amount! And I shouldn't have to wait until the end, only to edit, every time I make a payment. It's frustrating!!

I was disappointed to learn AFTER I received the card that I could not use it to pay a car payment. I read the agreement, but somehow that particular sentence didn't appear applicable. Other than that they've been fantastic, quick, kind, informative Customer Service Representatives! Which nowadays isn't the norm! I was able to attach my bank account and set up auto payments immediately. Usually you have to wait until after the first payment!

Love the card, they have boosted my credit limit 2 times without me having to ask. The app is useful but a little overboard. Everything you need is right there in the app, but waiting to get there is like watching the opening credits of a movie, I don't care who the director of lighting was for the movie and I don't care for the grand entrance to the app. However, once you're in then navigating is easy, so I still use it on the regular.

Card works in a pinch but definitely not good to carry a balance due to the high interest rate. I have a 795 score and the interest rate I got is almost 30%, wild. I will say they upped my limit a couple times in a year which is cool. The app seems very streamlined but it's not letting me pay my balance with my bank debit card, it keeps declining. My debit card works fine, I just bought stuff with it so it's not my card/bank. App payment process needs some retooling.

The app is great if you want to be bombarded by pop-ups or make a payment. It works PERFECTLY for that. But if you wanted to, idk, redeem your points, suddenly and mysteriously, the app just magically happens to stop working properly right at that moment, and the point redemption page won't load. 😯 Now, I'm not saying it' aliens, buuuuut... it feels like making it difficult (or impossible?) to redeem your points is a feature, not a bug.

I would give less stars if I could. Everytime I send a payment they send it back and charge a fee even with money in the account. when I call I have to sit through an automatic voice message until finally! someone answers only for me to get absolutely nowhere after explaining the problem to no less than 4 people. no one seems to have answers when I call. can't get rid of this thing fast enough. to go with literally ANYONE ELSE

Customer service is a joke. Card is a scam with hidden fees for certain payment options. I used the text to pay feature and was still charged a late fee every month due to payment not going through in time. So between interest and fees I was actually going negative every month. The text even says, "Today is the day." When actually today is too late. I went paperless, and the app was not letting me see statements. Called customer service, they said they could not give them to me. AVOID THIS SCAM
