The game is good but it doesnt hold onto progress... the choice to save has a level requirement so after several times of having nothing left to do and closing the app I lost progress ... it progresses the same with the same peices and actions and play.... save should not be a level required action it should be a give in..... def would not spend money on this.

UPDATE: The devs got to my issue quick and were extremely nice and very thorough. Awesome game, definitely recommend. Especially if you have bad anxiety......it really helps. -------------First off, I love this game. However I just bought a package in the hot air balloon world (don't remember exactly lol) and now I'm stuck.....it keeps saying finish tutorial but I can't do anything ðŸ˜

Been playing this game for last 3 days, I really liked this games. It has good graphics, an actual decent story, and nice theme. But it is bit more demanding in terms of energy than other games like Evermerge and Mergeland and no events like stuff. I hope you guys will solve this problem asap. Also, it would be nice to play this kind of game offline. Still no save game or events. Devs surely are taking their sweet time 😑

I really enjoy this game.But I don't understand when i get my extra energy it doesn't give it to me?? Getting ready to look for a different game that gives me my points I earned.

So far so good. I've played for an hour and am satisfied with how smooth game runs, ads are optional and brief, they supply decent amount of energy and not trying to force me to spend.

What's wrong now??? I can't even open it. Always say, "Finish the tutorial first," which I can't. It is covered with all these little side games, and there's nowhere to click, uninstalling...D%#&£

Editing my review because the update i just did screwed up my game and I can't play at all the pop up screens come up and no matter what I click on even the x in the corner it says I have to complete the tutorial first but doesn't let me go any further no tutorial just stuck please fix I have spent alot of money for this game......

Love the game but haven't been able to play at all today. Only loads to 49 percent and stops. I've tried multiple times today with the same results

[update]: DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY IN THIS GAME PEOPLE. IT'S A SCAM. I uninstalled the game, reinstalled the game and opened. Tapped 'skip' on tutorial. Tapped ''Restore progress'' and tried to connect with the Google account that I linked. It says ''Couldn't find your account. Please verify your log in ID and try again''. WTH. All my progress is entirely gone. **Updated the game and now I can't open it. Stuck at 99% and can't do anything. No where to contact support or don't know what to do.**

Game play is fine when it's not glitching and closes out. The further you make it on the game, the more it closes suddenly. Merging also has glitches. Merge 3 items you get 1 new item. Merge 5 items you get 2 new items. That's great, however accidentally merge 4 or 6 items you loose other lesser item when you get the new item.

Kinda boring. Plus waaaay too many pop ups for stuff to buy every single time you log in. Like, I get it....you want me to spend money. No thanks, uninstalled.

Was going great for 8months, until it stopped working out of nowhere. It won't load progress, and keeps saying I have to complete a tutorial when there's nothing that needed tutorial. Redownloading to see if it fixes the issue.

After introducing the MINE, game refused to load properly. Loading always stuck at 99%. I tried restarting the game a few times, sometimes work, mostly failed. Please improve loading time, thank you.

I love the game, but lately there seems to be an issue with the energy system now and then. I don't always get the free energy like in the spins or when there is some kind of event at the bottom when you get free stuff like coins, chests, but the energy one doesn't seem to work. I can't explain how, but let's say for example. I have 100 energy and in the spin I get 100 energy it goes to 200 energy and in a spilt second it drops back down to 100 energy. It happens now and again. I don't know why

I've played a LOT of different merge type games, but I've got to say, this is my favorite so far! The graphics are awesome, the storyline is super cute, and the game is very user friendly! The items are big enough to limit the massive amount of merge mess-ups I make and that is a HUGE plus for me!! I definitely give this one 5 stars!!!

A bit slow after the first few levels. like all the energy management games you move through the first levels with energy to spare. Then soon enough it cost more to accomplish less in the hopes you will spend your hard earned cash. Spending money for in-game purchases is fine if it's a game one really enjoys. I am still playing though I am progressing VERY slowly. I refuse to spend cash on a game I would not miss if it was uninstalled.

I like the game, a lot, but it keeps freezing. Also, I'm unable to access the store or daily quests or anything anymore, when you click on anything the screen goes dark. I uninstalled, restarted my phone, and downloaded the game again, I'm now at level 6 starting over because the game won't let you log in until level 8 (?!) and it started freezing again. This time I'm just uninstalling it and leaving it off. It doesn't work. Also, your energy is super low and game is too expensive

Now i remeber why I unistalled this game to begin with. It keeps freezing, crashing and restarting. When you first launch the game it took 10 minutes to even open. Then it took longer when it crashed and restarted. Wheb you watch a video to get the reward I would never get the reward. And alot of the time I had to redo alot of the things ive already done because it crashed.
