Update I have changed my review (star rating) since working with the support team. I purchased 250 rubies. They were never credited to my account. I have a Google receipt. Sent note to developer. So far no response.

It is good and I am enjoying it but the energy gets used up fairly fast. The story line is really good and I hope once I have played the game more I will be able to increase the number of stars

The gameplay is nice the bgm is also great i have lots of fun playing it but I ran across an issue where u get artifacts after fulfilling special limited time orders my game got stuck then i couldn't move the screen or click on anything i tried alot but... Other than this issue its a nice game which i really wanted to continue playing but unfortunately I can't.

I'm at Day 19 but can't see the tasks. I need to complete Day 19 for my Swagbucks points, please fix asap immediately, so I get my points for getting this far. The least you can do to encourage us. Barring this small hitch, I am enjoying the game. Great.

I'm enjoying the game but I just paid to remove ads and though my bank shows the debit for it, nothing has changed in the game at all. Just took my money and ignored it completely.

I love merge games and would love this one also but I've tried 4 times to purchase the 3.99 package of 250 gems (totaling 15.96) and have been charged each time but no gems!! I will continue to play but won't try to purchase anything anymore

I give this game a 2 stars due to the fact I paid twice to have the ads removed and you took payment and the ads remain still. I'd like to reclaim my money back on this matter or for it to be resolved and 1 payment refunded as the game it self is good and ill continue to play

Ok i installed this game because i was completing swagbucks task the task was i had to complete day 19 in the game it took me 11 days (in real time) to reach day 9 in the game but suddenly everything started glitching like everything the board had nothing i can see or move the map completely disappear the energy stared recharging crazy fast i cleared the game cache and restared the game so many times didn't work this game doesn't have data save system i have spend hours on this game

It's actually a pretty good game for passing the time. it looks childish but is fun. ads are just if you need help to get extra something, there is no annoying pop up Ads. And if one needs some bonus, ads are short. I do like this game, and because developers don't do shady ad spam and po ups, it deserves solid 5 stars.

I was playing the game and spent £1 Google credit and £0.79 of my account for 100 diamonds. The Game kept buffering for a few minutes and nothing happened. So I was forced to close it and reopen it. I received no diamonds but you took my money. I needed the diamonds to finish a time-sensitive task which I was unable to do. So I lost the opportunity to finish the task, lost my money and received nothing. There is no support option in the game either. I'm very annoyed.

So many ads, the goals go by fast and theres an ad break upon every coin completion goal, and it glitched the game out to were i had to reboot the game because I couldn't merge the items. I don't have any income so even if i wanted to pay 4$ for no ads i cant.

You cannot get past a certain point without paying money. Even then it's not enough. It took me all day and lots of money later to finish one day. I play Mergedom and I have 25,000 energy without paying money. I can keep going and not worry I'm going to run out or cost me money! And you get to decorate rooms by making choices after earning stars which makes it fun.

Ad breaks every 30 seconds is a total joke! Oh but each ad break let's you know you can pay them to not see the ads. I have said on other game reviews... I get you need ads but not that many pushed at you so frequently! If you want us to stick around past bonus points for the reward app then stop with so many Ads.

I really really like this game. There is not too many ads really and you're able to skip them after just a couple seconds. But I just purchased an energy bundle and did not receive it in game. I'm just hoping I'm able to get in contact with someone to help me resolve my purchase. **Edit 7/19/24** I have gotten a quick response from their support team and they have been very helpful and very easy to work with. They resolved my issue very quickly. I have updated my star rating to 5 stars.

This game should have been better if the support team are doing their jobs properly. I'll tell you that this game support team really sucks. Another thing is this game has bugs like progress restarts to day 1 which is the first problem that happened to me wherein the stupid support team didn't fix the problem so I have to start all over again. Currently I am on day 14 and the game hanged so I have to restart it and now the game is not loading anymore. I'm giving this game a - trillion stars.

The story is great, I'm happy about the energy because it is easy to get. I don't mind the pop up ads Everytime I complete a task but suddenly I have trouble with the app while I was watching add to get the gem from the shop it suddenly crashed and the application refused to start. I'm now at day 8.

I have been playing for a while now but seemingly for some reason decided to spend money on this game, spent the money then my game froze and after several minutes crashed, after reloading the game took my money and would not pay out no matter how much I tried refreshing or looking for an option to recover it .. beyond unprofessional for a game to offer micro transactions with no way to recover and just fishy how my game has never crashed before yet as soon as I spend money it does.

This is the worst merge game! If you aren't willing to pay $6 plus tax for add free prepare to be forced to deal with adds popping up every few seconds! Also most games have a tutorial then just let you play this one is a constant tutorial where you can't play or do anything till clicking past all the extra nonsense! Games are supposed to be relaxing and enjoyable this one is just pure annoyance

Re-review here. Great game. Unless you buy "No ads" option, you are overrun with ads, but the option is worth it if you like Merge games. Had issues with some refunds and order ids and such, I apologize to the developer for the order IDs issue as it was MY fault. For anyone else, the ORDER ID is under your Google Play Store activity. It is not on your receipt. I sent a screenshot, and they sent me a refund because the game froze during the buying process and I didn't receive my purchase.

Decent game but the sound on sale popups still plays at full volume when the sound is turned off. Also, is there any reason the game needs to be constantly connected to the internet? The only reason I can see for a constant connection is the forced ads every five minutes, and not being able to play offline doesn't make me want to pay for no ads, it makes me want to uninstall.
