The cleaning sign drops are ridiculous. I get 10 of the other stuff, before I get ONE cleaning sign. I just end up wasting my energy on stuff I don't even need at the moment

Just finished playing this for the first time. The game itself is nothing spectacular the concept is the same as any other merge game . That being said I do like the claim all button that is in the album, the game play smooth good graphics. I will be playing this again .

Customer Support does not respond to issues, in particular to buying diamonds and energy. The game glitched and never received them. Sent screen captures of the payment and game at that time. NO RESPONSE. DO NOT SPEND ONE CENT ON THIS GAME

This game started out as a 5 star game but it's been a long time since any new areas have been developed and now items placed in inventory have disappeared. I'm not very pleased with this game anymore and am close to uninstalling. I hate to as it was a favorite for a long time.

game crashes before loading, tried all the suggestions to fix it, sent email. website not in english.no options to translate. I got it 2 work ONCE. Now I'm back to fighting with this game again!!! This is ridiculous.

Recent updates have brought progression to a standstill. The orders are ALL of high level items, forcing you to delete items on board just to make room. Storage slots cost gems, and I am up to 64 gems to unlock a single slot, and still have no room for game play PLUS all of the building items required to open new areas. I cannot understand the logic in making these casual games so money hungry...this isn't FFXIV or WoW...yall need a serious reality check, and a new job.
