I've used this app previously and my kids loved it so much I bought the full version. I just recently switched phones and am having trouble getting my full version back. I've emailed for help already but it is a bit unfriendly when switching devices.

I absolutely love this app! I have a four year old son that could not believe that Santa actually knew how old he was. I loved seeing the joy on his face when he got to speak to Santa! Absolutely one of the best apps ever created. Thank you for understanding that kids can be a challenge at times. This makes things so much easier. Sincerely, a very thankful mommy 😊

FURIOUS!! My app wasn't showing as the premium version despite me paying.Contacted them to advise. Received a reply to advise that someone else from a random fb account and email that I don't recognise has been using my account. Finally got back into app to find that I have access to someone elses childrens info and videos, so I'm presuming that they have also had acess to my childrens personal calls/videos. This is so wrong on many levels. Just doesn't seem secure at all. Avoid!!

Until recently was great. Since recent updates, however, doesn't allow access to premium features even though I've paid. Also purchased tour of North Pole video and it's a nightmare to create. One ad after another. Only allows me to add one recipient, yet it suggests adding at least two recipients for best experience. Supposed to be able to add up to 8. What was once an entertaining app has turned into a frustrating waste of time.

I paid for the subscription and it won't record all of my calls. It's gotten most of them but a few times it's said 'mic off' and hasn't recorded the call. I have my settings correct, tonight it only recorded two out of three calls and we missed a really good one of my youngest daughter. The app is really cute though. My three year old loves it.

Best Santa Calling App for Children hands down! My children are 13 and under and they are always impressed with a personal call from Santa. They are believers (like me 😉 ) and this helps them identify their behavior and correct it. I love the video options and I wish they would add more. Also the messaging feature needs a bit of work as my children like to message and ask questions that are a bit more detailed. This is the best app I've purchased and I will continue to do so, So Worth it!!!

I have premium last few years. My one issue is my child stutters, as will many others and there isn't much of a silence for response. So "Santa" is constantly interrupting. Recently i have caught a hurt look on his face now he is a bit older. I do feel its something that should be considered by either giving a longer pause for children to speak back, or providing an option to create a longer pause. Many children stutter. Many children that don't are also generally talkative.

Been using this app since 2016 when my daughter was 7yrs old .. now I use it w my son & I absolutely love it !! Great price for premium and u get to customize wht ur kid likes, their names and choose options if they been good at home ,at school , or if they are listening ! lots of options and never had issues with it !!recommended to all the parents all yr !!

This app is wonderful. Seriously. It is so realistic sounding. My kids love talking to Santa, but I think it's time to add some different things that Santa says in the beginning of the call. My kids are starting to catch on bc he says the same few things everytime. And at the end of the call as well, when he's telling them goodbye. So the kids won't think it's just a pre-recorded message. Other than that, this app is awesome.

Update...it's suddenly back working all fine again, and We're happy with this app again. : ) Suddenly keeps coming back saying No intetnet connection. I'm on wide open intetnet connection, network n WiFi both. What's going on?! It was working just this morning. Just tried uninstall then reinstall, still coming back in error. Fix it please!! My son is so disappointed.... : (

Love this app. Had the free version for a while which was brilliant, just upgraded to premium. Best app of its kind in my opinion, I checked out loads of other similar ones but non as good as this, i like that the santa has a British accent. I love that the calls/videos can be personalised & I like that it saves any interaction so you can look back on them. The only thing which would make this app better is an option to 'facetime' Santa. Ideal for kids. Would definitely reccomed.

Overkill on the ads. Remium is a scam as you charge annually for the same thing. It's an app not a subscription. A one off charge would be more attractive.

Absolutely adorable! I just downloaded the app and it has been adorable. It does ask the age each time and then tells them something they like which my son is alwayd surprised as it is always something different and bc of settings it is something he likes! It helps a lot with the huge selection of reasons for Santa to call and makes it more realistic for the kids! You all did an amazing job with this app it was well thought out and not just a fly by night generic call app!! Thank you!!

❤️ The app. Option to add things to the app would be great, like reasons for call when being good. For instance this morning when I brushed my 5 year old daughters hair for school she didn't scream and cry like she normally does, instead she helped me by holding her hair with me (since I have arthritis) so the brush didn't tug as hard which made it a lot easier and less stressful for both of us. If this becomes available to do I will definitely give 5 stars. The kids love talking to 🧑‍🎄

I was so glad to fine this app. I had been using a different platform for years but this year you have to pay a crazy amount to use it. This app is mostly free and very good. Wish there were a few other options like is helpful, is trying hard. I would also like when the calls are over it goes to a black screen for a bit longer to give parents a chance to get phone back. But that is getting picky. I would suggest this for everyone.

Out of all the santa apps this one is great. Alot of the apps out there are maybe a little better and have better features but they will charge you per call or text or per video. I think i paid maybe $5 in 2016 for all the full features..... Forever. I somehow lost this app and thank God i found it again. I logged in and i still have full access. You cant beat this. Im not sure what is costs now but some apps out there are super expensive. This one is well worth the premium price for what is it. I definitely recommend this app

I used this app last year and loved it. Renewed my premium subscription last night a. D used it once and it worked great. I just went to use it and, while it's showing on Google play tjay I've paid for the premium version, the app itself is requiring me to upgrade to unlock the paid for functions. On top of that, the button to get help isn't working, so that's always fun. Update: after going back and forth thru email(because the support button in app wasn't working), they corrected the problem!
