I've been having terrible experiences with this app. When I created the wallet I guess I connected it to the Samsung blockchain keystore (note 10+), and have been trying to send out ether, but everytime I try, the app crashes on the final step to confirm the transaction. I try to view my recovery phrase so I can remove and reinstall the app. But the app does nothing when I tap view phrase. Reached out to support and haven't heard anything back.

Just keeps getting worse. Now, every time I open the app it tells me I have no internet connection. Even when I'm standing next to my router or have a 4-bar 4G signal. Funnily enough every other app on my phone seems to realise the internet connection is fine. So the app is basically useless, as all I can do is view my balance. Wish I'd kept my Eth in cold storage, instead of entrusting it to this.

Unable to access wallet at this time. I am still waiting for an update to fix the issue with biometrics and entering the last digit of the pin to access my wallet.

Doesn't allow to send a transaction to a contract with hex data. At least, there's no data field to enter it when creating the transaction, and I couldn't find any setting to enable it (BTW, if you connect to their web on desktop, through there it does allow to add data to the transaction, so, it's even more stupid that they don't allow it from the mobile app). Also, doesn't handle EIP-681 links.

It may seem complicated at first, full of unnecessary options and frills. BUT it's just because ALL the other APPS are really REALLY pitiful. When you start using it and learning the functions and all the possibilities it offers, you understand that they(MEW Wallet) have done a near-perfect job. not only is it like using a desktop, it's better! So after almost 6 month using it I have to rise my rating to 5 STARS.

So far 1 star as I'm having the same issue as a user below. Can't get past biometrics and unable to enter last digit of pin. Have emailed support. Edit: support responding quickly and added a star because of it. Will update rating once the issue has been resolved.

My wallet has been completely drained a month ago. It's my only wallet that got hacked. I didn't do any defi stuff or NFT, not clicking on any link. Tried the Enkrypt wallet recommended by Mew website. Not sure what the attack vector has been but his has been my only hack so far.

Nice idea, but it crashes every time I try to migrate my stakewise V2 funds to V3. Contacted support, didn't get any answer for four months, then they marked the issue as resolved, which it, however, still is not. It sort of critical since I'm worried I might not be able to migrate my funds for much time longer.

Easy to use, updates fairly often. Have had issues in the past, but those have all resolved fairly quickly. I would use MEW more if the Eth network wasn't so expensive. I understand MEW has no control over this, but it's effect on dApps and the ecosystem at large is a growing problem. In order to use MEW I have to have an outside source to load money or Eth into it. None of my CC work with MEW so it would be unusable if I didn't also use Coinbase.

EDIT: new update is great. Created wallet quickly and easily, which is what I needed to do. Will update review if I have strong feelings about swaps or something, but 5 stars for ease and approachability! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Pixel 6, running Android version 12. App unfortunately opens and freezes immediately, I am unable to interact with anything then it either closes itself or my phone system says it isn't responding :( Will update if it is fixed, want this to work!

I'll re-rate if customer service ever gets back to me but so far I'm a bit disappointed. The app was causing issues and I couldn't open it. So I Uninstalled and reinstalled it. After logging back in with my recovery phrase, one of my wallets was missing all together. I dont know if I've had coins hacked, but the entire wallet is missing! Edit: yep all you had to do was add a new account and it will show up. I do recommend to MEW that you guys make that more obvious but thank you for the help

Easily access all the coins you wanna swap with (and I'm brand new to crypto). Doesn't prompt you to view coin details before swapping so I buy a small amount first, then view details and make sure it's what I really want and then buy more. Also, it updates very slow. No real time price changes. It's the best thing I've found for Eth
