Used to absolutely this app. Made my trip fantastically easy. Especially because I'm a platinum card holder it came with a nice perk of checking in. I could see my room and when it was ready. Not anymore. I'm not able to check in through app, I haven't been the last three trips. I have to physically check in. A real waste of time when I could be spending money instead lol. I've called and asked for help several times. Unfortunately No one can help me.

Never works properly. Too frustrating to bother with. Every time I try to use it, It won't let me scroll through different room options. Glitches out, and paused mid scroll. When I actually am able to book a room it tells me it can't process it and to call the number. Then I'm left on hold for an hour +. Horrible such a large company would allow this. I even tried Uninstalling and reinstalling.

My biggest problem with the app is that there is no way to see WHEN free play is going to load. You can see if you HAVE free play available and how much, but if you don't have any active, you cant see when it's coming. Tomorrow? The day after? Every other rewards program is clear about monthly free play offers and when they will load. It kind of blows my mind that this one doesn't. Am I missing something? 😕 there are also some technical issues like the inability to scroll unless on a browser.

We stood in line waiting to check in, then we discovered that we could check in and get to our room without the front desk..wrong. The link to give a roomkey to your guest was flaky. Instead we went to the app store from my phone to download the app, and was still a waste of time. The app could not verify our ID. Also the app doesn't work for anything. Edited this app 10/7/2022. I cant even book a room. Literally nothing works

Great for hotel check-in, monitoring expenses/points, and use of key. App tends to be buggy at times and I prefer going on a computer to book rooms and explore my offers. For example, I'm here because the app is telling me I need to update and the only options in the store are open or uninstall (was giving 4 before this real-time issue).

Pros: let me check in instead of waiting in long line. Cons: did the digital key option, elevator worked with app, went to room, door wouldn't unlock, had to walk long distance back to lobby and wait again to create physical key. Also when checking in, it doesn't assign you a room for 10-20 minutes so I'm constantly refreshing phone until a room showed up. This was around 8pm.

This app is garbage. Had nothing but issues trying to use elevators and getting into our room. Spotty reception in the hotel makes the app so much worse. Needs access to way too much information and features on your phone, draining your battery significantly as well. Also, where the hell is a property map in this app? MGM is massive and there is nothing to assist with finding where to spend money. One would think this would exist.

The app will work once and then when you try to use it the another time it says see front desk. I have had to uninstall and reinstall it 3 times just to get through one stay. Easier to just go to the website which it sends you to anyway. Very unimpressed with ability to check in, check out, or find your reservation. Yes, you can find a restaurant, but so what. As I mentioned before I can find that on the website that works every time.

The feature list is good. And it was great to see the digital room key option... Then I tried to use it. It requires an internet connection and often completely hangs the app if you have any connection issues. 1. Dont require an internet connection for a room key. That's absurd. 2. Don't completely hang and stop responding if there are connection issues. A potentially good app ruined by a major bad decision.

This is second time I've had to uninstall and reinstall bc of "something went wrong on our end, please refresh". This is very inconvenient whenever I want to use the app or see my account. Why has this bug not been fixed?? This has been happening for over 3 months now. A company of this size and magnitude should have a working app or at least fixed bugs within a respectable time frame. Yes, I can always call customer service, but that defeats the purpose of having an reliable app.

Mobile check-in worked great. We we're able to see when our room was ready and didn't have to wait in line to check in. We were sooooo excited to use the digital key feature... It worked in the elevator to get us to our floor, but when we got to our room, no luck! Had to go aaallllll the way back down to the lobby to get a physical key. Never could get the digital key option to work. App is useless once you're checked in

The app is very unstable. Sometimes when I want to see my existing itineraries I can only get to one and it won't let me out within the app to get to the others. It's also makes it difficult to change a reservation. You have to completely cancel the first reservation and then book the second reservation as a brand new reservation. It's a nuisance mostly because each one has a separate reservation number rather than just change the details within that reservation number and it can be confusing

The app is garbage. When I installed the app last year to make showing my M-Life number and status to relevant sellers, it worked fine. for the past few months, opening it only results in a "go front desk" error. Would only be annoying if their mobile check-in process didn't require this craptacular app (other hotels' process only requires scanning a credit card and ID).

Generally a great app. 2 things I'd like to see. Ability to choose the room I check into (let me pick something near the elevator without waiting on line to check in with a person). A couple of months ago my comp nights/room rates stopped showing in the app, but is viewable if I log in to the web site. Also, the old Borgata app showed the nights I'd already booked, the new app doesn't.

This app has been a huge pain. We loaded it to avoid the big line, only to find it would not open the door to our room. Two phone calls (with long holds) and a trip to the counter through the line anyway, and they issued us plastic keys. But we could use the app for parking, right? No! When you use the barcode for parking, you can't use the keys anymore, we learned after needing help to get in and out of parking several times. Either the Luxor is falling apart or the app is broken. Maybe both.

It worked. . . For a while. Had the app for a few months now. It's been running fine. Digital check in was streamlined, I set up my whole itinerary it was great. Ever since the trip ended though the app has been wonky. When i use the Book Room feature I can't scroll past october. When I pick dates I'm not able to scroll through all the hotel options, it just sticks on Aria and Bellagio. I've reinstalled the app twice and restarted my phone but still no luck. There is a bug that needs fixing.

Definitely lacking...Caesar Rewards App runs circles around this and theirs has room for improvements. This app doesn't update tier points (refreshing the screen gives you a checkin at the front desk message), it sends notifications to mobile check in but you can't, to view anything (offers, correct tier points/card status, reservations, etc) you have to go to the website. I don't understand the purpose of the app if you can't do anything and the information shown is incorrect. It looks nice

They went from white to a dark screen it's so hard to see. It ruined the app. Also, they keep moving things around that used to be easy to find. You'll have to go searching for how to print room keys etc. It's a waste of time. Functionality first, particularly on a hotel app. They ruined the app in my opinion. People that make apps and code, constantly upgrade apps and software. It always entails what they think is an "creative" when it's really just an inconvenience to the customer.

This app has gone badly downhill. Please change this, it is horrible since you were hacked. It is very slow and glitchy. I wanted to check on different casinos on different dates, it froze or was so slow it is useless. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, but nothing helps and I can't seem to find another way to book using my points. This has been since the hacking incident.

The app made things so awful. Ive been trying to communicate with housekeeping and get information and where it would just take a phone call from the room, I've been trying for 20+ minutes to do this. The app doesn't connect you to anyone that can help via phone and the "digital concierge" is worthless. It did the exact opposite of what I wanted and talking with an "agent" is just as bad. The app disconnects the chat if I try to do anything else and the agent takes forever and doesn't answer.
