Worse carrier in all of Mexico their costumer service line is down no one ever answers. I payed my bill on time and yet I can't make calls nor text. I use my phone to work so every hour is costing me. The won't answer any text or calls. Their services have been down for hours no and no sight of it being fixed any time soon.

landing screen just blinks on and off, cant get past this point. that was on like February 9 2019. Now it's April 10, same problem. La pantalla simplemente flashea y apaga, y es dificil salir de la aplicación. No funciona para nada desde 9 Feb 2019 y no arreglan nada.

Won't allow me to pay with US credit card, US debit card, or Mexican debit card. Every month it's the same thing! No me permite pagar con tarjeta de crédito estadounidense, tarjeta de débito estadounidense o tarjeta de débito mexicana. ¡Todos los meses es lo mismo!

Very slow to update, I tried several times and now that seems to be installing never end it, is like in a loop reading. I have enough space and memory so is about your app. I can't pay my monthly payment through the app just because that.

Worst app and horrible costumer support, they ask you for information to recover passwords but you have a limit and or just completely can input the information needed and there's no way of recovering anything because the option doesn't existe so your forced to deal with there horrible "help executives" over the phone which seemed all have been trained by a highly functioning atutistc dumbass. Edit: "You don't have an internet connection" OH is that so? Worst app literally.

I had to update the app forcefully now that I've updated the app dosent work. I expected more from an at&t app, specially from such a huge company. this was for my payments to be easy and for the tracking of my date usage to be on point. please fix this Asap I've uninstalled the app 4 times already

Amazing how I've been trying to login for about a month and the app won't just let me, the password is correct mu phone number too, it just says we're troubleshooting and that's it, used to work before the update, now I just struggle ro freaking pay att

AT&T is the best carrier among others I've used because it respects the durability of your whole service (cellular data, hot-spot, calls, and messages), unlike other local carriers. About pricing, it's affordable because, once you stick with the company, it allows you the perodical renewal of your older devices for brand new phones, data-plan, insurance, and accessories included. Just one thing, could you please update the current version of the app? A bug doesn't allow it to update itself. Thx

Es una basura. No hay servicio al cliente. Es una basura. No sirve para nada. Pones tu información y luego no te deja entrar. Y tienes que empezar de nuevo cada vez. Es un perdido de tiempo. Worst app ever. It doesn't have customer service. Every time you gotta login you gotta put your information though you have already a password it doesn't recognize it. Its trash. This app is worthless. Worst app ever. They shouldn't have this app because it doesn't help you for anything.

this app sucks. Update I guess you can use points to buy more time for the phone. It would not allow to be used. So I lost the points. Seriously would give no stars and thinking about switching over to another company

Full details about data usage isn't accurate and verification when adding new payment methods isn't always functioning properly. At least it can cover the essentials like downloading account statements and paying through the app.

Very bad app, it stop working for a long time I tried to enter again and looks like we have never registered, while trying to register you should receive a code, it never push to your messages, this should be removed from the store.

This app worked just fine in my Samsung Galaxy J4 for a while. Then it just snapped. Now I execute the app and it never passes from showing me the logo of AT&T anf then a white screen, a process which repeats itself in a loop and which barely forces me to remove the battery of the phone to get out of it. It's like a virus. Some guy at AT&T told me it's probably a compatibility issue after some update. Please correct this, it's a serious bug ...

It's very useful although I think current version (4.33) has a bug, when I try to change my password it keeps saying "BusinessCatecory empty or null" or maybe I'm missing something, if it wasn't for that I would've rate the app 5 stars, sorry but I think you guys need to fix that.

This is ridiculous I am in Mexico and I can't use app at all. They said I can receive doble gig and than I buy from other app my data so I can use it but I receive absolutely nothing compere what they say on this app. Also few weeks ago they ripped me off charging 11 euros and they never add that money on my account. So it's really bad app to use

The app is horrible. Billing information is not updated, I seriously doubt the data usage information is being updated either and, lastly, they are not clear regarding the payment methods on the account and it is impossible to get to a chat or to a customer service representative to clarify what's going on. I'm considering changing mobile company just because of this.

Love it. Works even when your prepaid service has run out of date. I just once had a problem with my credit card payment show as rejected but actually charged and customer services wasnt helpful but the app has worked great in the previous year... and i guess it was also a problem because I was using a new card so I it could be a problem to blame on the bank security process. i miss the fingerprint access... cant activated it anymore....

Pésima experiencia de pago Ha sido imposible lograr hacer pagos en tarjeta desde la App. Sin importar que banco sea. La aplicación solo sirve para consulta, no es funcional para ninguna otra operación. Horrible operation. The app only works to see your billing. Any try to pay online by any type of card, always show an error. Obligated to pay phisical on a bank or Att&t center. They need to fix all the payment methods in Mexico.

I'd say it's an OK app. It will at least prevent you from dealing with a call center agent for most things. I feel it lacks in the customization aspect of the app. With this app you may modify payments, addresses, view invoices, and access the FAQ for various topics. Like I said, an OK app. You should be OK getting it.

There's not really much this app can do for you. Not even basic UI/UX design guidelines such as placing important things, like statement due, in sight. Or having to type a password AFTER entering the CVV (which might be time-constrained). Furthermore if you forget you're overdue enough to have your line cut off, they ask you to use the app to add cards to pay which you can't without service and on top of that the servers it connects to are known tracking servers blocked by network security.
