Poor app I had registered my card and it won't let me make the payment, asked me to enter card every time.. omg doesn't work.

Bad conection service. I still got 700MB but no a single video can be played, just instagram and whatsapp are decent.

For the last few weeks app doesn't work for me at all, loading screen then white screen. Reloading, reinstalling, restarting the device nothing seems to work on my Android 12 but on my IOS old phone works fine

well, the apps it's so great or kind of! But sometimes when the signal its poor or its not available😏😏 I'm felt bad about that.... So, please take care on that, for the signal👍👍 And please fix on that wrong service, thank you for take my comment into account😁😁

Can't add balance with my capital one credit card. Gets declined or error message. They always show wrong balance, due to promotion $ that has been added which is unusable in my experience.

This application has evolved to the point it became a really good application. It's really easy to check balances for the different plans and quotas arranged with TIGO. I haven't had a single issue when making my payments in the last year and the overall design of the app results very comfortable to me.
