Michu, as its name is like a close friend! It is a lovely app with ease of access, simplicity and reliability. The reason behind why I give four stars is sometimes the app refuses to connect to the server even when the network is fine! Thanks Michu!

I Really love the app and i also processing a loan that other banks won't give that much loan, it makes your bank unique , but am still facing problem that after getting contract agreement the system isn't working and i have tried to contact to your customer support but still not resolved. The other thing i want to recommend is that you better give more days for the repayment so that you can add some % interest rate.

The interface is so user friendly that anyone can process michu loan easily but the thing is this app keeps crashing over and over showing "unknown error" please fix it
